This little shop is wonderful. I love rye bread and found some delicious rye bread at this shop. I only needed a small amount and they had half loaves already packaged and sliced. I always find my favorite products from childhood there I especially loved the delicious sunflower seeds and the real Borodinsky bread fresh, flavorful, and just like homemade. First time visiting today. Large selection for such a small storefront. Prices were reasonable. Fresh deli counter has meats, pates, dry salami, lots of cheeses, and a big selection of desserts. Service was friendly and helpful. Note: Customers expecting cheerful, smiling service may be taken aback by the Russian way of doing things. While visiting Russia years ago to adopt my son, I was also taken aback by the unsmiling, seemingly uncaring demeanor of the people around us, primarily store employees. I came to learn this is part of Russian culture: If someone is overly friendly, that creates suspicion: Why is this stranger being so friendly? Are they trying to con me or sell me something? Don't let this cultural difference keep you away. Europa Market is certainly worth a look. I'm definitely going back. read more

Went next door while waiting for our pizza. They have more items now than before and I was glad to see they seem to be doing well. Lots of meats and candy by weight. Fresh veggies in one small section and baked goods too. So many interesting items from overseas. I like being able to purchase items I remember from childhood and tried from friends. The whole rabbit amazed me and I wouldn't eat one but if you want one they have it. The store is clean and the associates were helpful. Stoic but helpful. Searching for Fresh Kielbasa, the refrigerator case had a huge selection different wurst, but no fresh kielbasa... I was only able to find 2 types of mustard, both in the refrigerator, which was odd...didn't need to be. I surveyed the cold cut case, as I spent 13 years in a German Pork Store on Long Island... had a pretty good selection. The biggest disappointment was that nobody spoke any English. I ended up getting some Wide Bologna and Blood and Tongue... Got home and they'd sliced it with the plastic casing on the cold cuts, BIG PROBLEM, also, they gave me the discolored first slice. I'll look for another place, likely need to drive to Lakewood.... The fact they didn't know what I was asking for, even when I said the item in German, well. Big let down. Pastry case looked great, but not what I was shopping for; cold cuts were delicious btw. read more

Was looking for authentic German deli, but am glad we found Europa. Cannot read most of the signs or packaging as it appears to be Russian. The deli counter is fantastic and the goodies and breads from Europe also fresh and delicious. The ladies behind the counter are helpful and pleasant. Clean and well stocked. read more

Not my favorite Eastern European-Russian market but it does have a wonderful deli, and their selection of baked goods is amazing! They did a renovation a while back and doubled the space so hope they can double all the grocery selection as well (right now it looks super empty). Major area that needs some improvements is their customer service - other Russian stores have very friendly sales associates but, unfortunately, not everyone at Europa is friendly but I guess maybe that's what some patrons are missing from the USSR as Europa seems to be super popular amongst Russian speaking population :) Overall, it's a great store with a nice selection of basically everything! read more

Stopped by Europa for some chocolates, candies, and other treats for various family members for Christmas. The store is well stocked and contains a pretty wide variety of canned goods, jarred goods, meats, desserts, candies, and drinks. I got help from one of the clerks regarding some candy that I was buying, and assistance on how best to prepare the frozen lamb dumplings. Exploring international food markets is one of my favorite things in the whole wide world. The hubs can only take so much moseying and browsing before he checks out but fortunately we came with friends that fall more in line with my thinking than his with this particular scenario. I could have spent so much more time here. Many of the items are in another language and we did need some help translating a little of the Russian. Turns out you can buy fresh/frozen pirogues that are made from a woman who supplies them to the store. Once we had that translated a bag of the cheese went into our cart. That was followed by teas (one apricot and one golden kiwi), jams, small little chocolate candies, more chocolate candy, lamb and cabbage dumplings and some bread that is as heavy as a newborn baby. We cooked up the cabbage dumplings last night, sautéed with a little butter and topped with a dab of sour cream and they were delicious. read more

We came across Europa by chance as we were looking for a place to pick up lunch and snacks before visiting Cherry Creek Reservoir. Our kids were immediately enticed by all of the different candy available for purchase by the pound. I headed straight for the deli and it didn't disappoint. Even when I accidentally ordered salami cheese instead of what I thought to be salami meat. The employees weren't exactly friendly, but acted professionally. It would have been better if I could read Russian or had someone to explain the different products to me, but the cleanliness and variety of products made our visit to Europa a positive experience. read more

So many cakes, cookies, chocolates, and sweets! My favorite! Aside from that there was an assortment of teas, coffees, and juice drinks. Produce looked good and fresh. There were chips and breads. You can buy a pound of chocolates for $4.99-$5.99. They sell lots of Ukrainian and Russian foods like hams, cakes, meats, jarred food, crackers and teas. I got a grape and kiwi tea here. These were pretty unusual flavors that I haven't seen at American stores! The store is very clean and is basically odorless. I like their honey cake and chocolate cake. You can find all your Russian snack needs here (sunflower seeds and all). read more

I haven't tried the rest of the store items, but I love the assortment of unique European candies, like mini cakes, creams, chocolates, and vodka in the chocolate for stocking stuffers and birthday piñatas. I just love how authentic and different it is than the usual everyday brand name candies where most know what to expect and because it's kind of like traveling and exploring. I've been going there for almost five years now just so my loved ones can try out the different sweets, although we don't speak the language on the wrapper. read more

When asked if the pastry had nuts, the young lady assured that it's no nuts and all chocolate pastry. My son who is allergic to nuts, took a bite at home and immediately reacted to it. This market has the freshest deli cuts, the most AMAZING prepared foods and their advice is always on point. The ladies here are the baddest Russian woman you'll ever meet, they know their products and their brands! A Ukrainian friend introduced me to this little store about five years ago. She explained everything the first few times I went there. She no longer lives locally but I still stop in. When I go, I am always looking for something specific (aerated chocolate is a fav, and the birds milk candies) that I know they will have on hand. Caviar is a great price and so is their deli stuffs. And where else can you find good English tea at a great price? Stuff can look questionable in the fridge, but I try to think of it as stopping by grandma's house and rooting through her fridge for goodies. Some staff speak English, most don't but I don't really care since I know what I want and and can read the register when my stuff is rung up. read more

Ya gotta love a place that when you ask if they carry "Duck Blood Soup", the employees don't bat an eye or make a "yucky" face. By the way, they do NOT have Duck Blood Soup. Fabulous eastern European market, not stellar but a good find. Mainly canned products from Europe and the majority of the items are in Russian & Polish. But the employees are very willing to help find what you're looking for, if they have it. I found a jar of lecso!!! Blah. . . . lecso was the bain of my existence when I was a small kid but seeing that jar brought back great memories of gramma!!!! Pretty good selection of sausages and other meats. We purchased some skewered marinated pork which was wonderful. A bit gristly but that did not overshadow the deliciousness. Mmmmm. read more

We happened to find this store in a strip mall after getting gas tonight. We looked around the store. Most of the writing was in Cyrillic, so we didn't know what everything was. The 3 ladies working were very friendly and spoke English. We were given about 5 samples of different meats and cheeses. We ended up buying a bag of frozen potato pierogies by the pound and a Russian chocolate bar. We are going back next week to buy some deli meat. read more

This place is great if you're looking for Russian, Ukranian, Polish, etc. groceries. The reviewer who expected to find German food was just in the wrong store. I've been to plenty of Russian grocery stores around United States and this one is great! The deli meats are good quality, they have their own lightly salted cucumbers (like brined pickles, but with less salt), they have locally made pelmeni (dumplings) and pastries. Some of it looks a bit weird (the homemade pelmeni are just put into ziplock or plastic bags and labeled with a marker), but I've never had a bad experience. The candy is usually fresh and of high quality. You can also find things that are really tricky to find around here - aerated chocolate, real caviar, smoked Russian meats. read more

Very convenient location considering that there are few eastern-european stores in this part of town. The selection isn't staggering as compared to some bigger locations but what they sell is high quality. I've yet to find anything past its expiration date on their shelves (seems like a given but if you've shopped enough in international markets, you know it can be a problem at times). Prices are what you'd expect considering most of the goods are imported. What keeps me coming back is the costumer service. Clerks are always pleasant, friendly and know their merchandise well.
