What made the experience even worse was that by the end of the meal, the service had become so bad that we were literally trying to pay just so we could leave, and even the manager could not seem to bring themselves to come process the payment in a timely manner. I got the Pho 11P with iced coffee. There wasn't as much meat in the bowl as I was hoping but everything else was fine. I'm sure I'll cross paths with Pho Lee again by pure coincidence in the future.
