Well, it's a butcher shop in the Castle Rock area, offering a number of different items and lots of marinated meats. There is also a nice selection of sausages if so inclined and a number of less easily found marinates like Claude's. It's not inexpensive but the quality tend to be better than the average grocery store. Staff is at best inconsistent - asking for specific items on the floor was an experience like finding the mines of Mandalore - pretty unimpressive. One of the staff behind the counter very helpful while the other was irritated he needed to address a customer. Seemingly the Centennial location is better so that may be your better bet if you need to get some meat cuts, but this location might do if you know the experience to be anticipated.

Disappointing Tony's sandwich. Got the procuitto and mozzarella sandwich. Not much meat or cheese for 12.00. The roll was not fresh either. Really was expected more from Tony's.

Gourmet cuts of meat and fish. Delicious prepared side dishes and easy to heat entrees

Overpriced, and rude staff. The older lady with the glasses at the register could care less if you die or not.

Amazing place to shop when you're cooking special meals. Way better than Whole Foods, local and family feel. Pricey but worth it every time.

Tony's is usually overpriced but worth it. I bought a strawberry rhubarb pie that was seriously deficient in strawberries and rhubarb

Of the produce we tried, BY FAR, the best watermelon and corn on the cob we've found in the Castle Rock area.

I was searching for something on Yelp and came across the page for Hickory Baked Ham Company. I'd…read morenever heard of it. I usually buy a bone-in spiral sliced glazed half ham every 3 or 4 months from another company that is a national chain (with a similar sounding name) and thought I'd try something new. Wow! I'm glad I did! This is some REALLY tasty ham! This is a small place - more of a warehouse with a small storefront. I didn't know what to expect before I drove over, so I called and asked about availability for a half ham in the 7-8 lb range. The person I spoke with asked when I wanted to pick it up. I was nearby so I asked if I could pick it up in 15-20 minutes. It was ready when I got there. I had a little trouble finding them, though. The building they're in is on the corner of Castleton Dr and Commerce Ct. Their address is on Commerce, but their signage on the building faces Castleton (and I didn't see it while trying to navigate there). I called them again and they guided me in. Anyway, this is some fantastic ham and I will definitely be back to buy another! I'm attaching their price list. They also have bacon, sausage, ribs, etc. I also tried some bacon, which was also good, but the ham is the standout! This is a great local place, which I'm always very happy to support. Tip: It's just me and The Hubs, but I always buy a bone-in half ham around 7-8 pounds. When I get home, I break it down and wrap slices for the freezer in 10-12 oz packages so we can have a little at a time. I also wrap the bone and the unsliced sections of ham together for a soup-making kit later down the road.
