King Soopers first didn't want to refund me then I had to tell them to, and they said it would be 2-5 days, I don't know why it wasn't immediate. I told them I'd overdraft FOUR TIMES and every cs rep said it was on the way. It's 6 days later no refund and 240$ in overdraft charges. I'm never giving them another dollar. As bad as Instacart is, you're so much better off using them.

Had one of the worst experiences today at this location that I have ever had with any business…read more Place the pick up order through Instacart because I had a $30 off coupon when I showed up to get my order a high school kid that worked there came up to my window and told me that the Instacart shopper had walked off with the order and that they didn't have it. I proceeded to ask then what happens and he just looked at me completely dumbfounded, like a deer in the headlights and said I don't know. I then proceeded to go inside to talk to the manager and figure out what to do and he basically said he didn't know either and was the most unhelpful manager I have ever come across. I basically asked him if they had any way of keeping track of people walking out with orders and he said no so it seems like anybody can just walk in there. Fill the car and leave. It was then on me to call Instacart and figure out a solution didn't seem like anybody wanted to help me or even knew what to do or what to say, and I was completely amazed at the lack of help and understanding of the situation. Just seemed like everybody threw their hands up.

Other items that I was looking for were out of stock. Their hot food and salad bar was very low on food. The pizza looked like it had been sitting out for a long time. This whole foods is not very close to me. So, to go out of my way to come here and then just need to go to another grocery store anyway was quite disappointing.

Fletcher -specifically- is one of the most miserable, rudest jerks in existence and not only rude to me but even when I avoid him, I hear him being short, sharp, extremely unfriendly, dismissing people when they ask for his help or just totally ignoring them if their self checkout machine is giving problems. There's also a female cashier who oversees the self checkout who is always accusing people of stealing and gets really mean if anyone tries to go through self checkout with even 1 item over the "15 Items Or Less" rule. While adjusting to some of the Colorado grocery bagging laws I was helped by the staff when my energy crashed. What I did have a problem with was as we walked from the cash register by the door and had the receipt in hand, the door person had to check that we paid for our purchase. I felt like we were targeted as plenty of other people went through the door with no receipt in hand. Whatever. It's Wal-Mart I guess.
