I've never been disappointed in any product purchased from this store, ever. We went together for pick up. The person who helped us when through the entire smoker bundle to show us the contents and then got the rib roast. Everything was well packaged and arranged. It was so shocking and so rude. I thought the person was joking. I said you're joking right and she goes, "No, I'm not joking! We're closed! I went with the Kids meal brisket with the Potato salad and added a Sweet potato with the candied pecan butter.
