Knowing I may get something in return for spending so much somewhere softens the blow to the wallet. I didn't have a whole lot of confidence the guy we talked to really knew what he was talking about, but then again, how the heck can anyone know something about every product they have?! So I am putting this at my standard 3 as okay, where as I continue to go perhaps it will change as a result of my other visits.

So packed, I had to ask for help to find one of my supplements in the sea of bottles! The associates where pretty helpful (although even they couldn't find what I needed at first) and in the end I got what I needed. I like Vitamin Cottage better for the overall look and feel. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there. It is a big overwhelming when you first walk in. I was able to quickly locate what I initially came for. Rodney was biggest help. He made a recommendation on what I was purchasing so I decided to go with his suggestion and change from one flavor to another. While it's the first time I have used this product, I am glad I went with his suggestion. I bought some Mancakes( High Protein Pancake and Waffle Mix) 23 grams of Protein in a serving ( 3 waffles) and No soy, gluten, gmo or added sugar. They are really good. I had a little time to look around and ask a few questions before I had to head out. I will be returning to pick up a few other things as well as restock my Mancakes.
