This is a review specifically for the pharmacy. I went in to get my Covid shot (I had a dizzy spell the first time I received the vaccine 4 years ago) and first they make me wait 30 minutes until a man finally came out and screamed at me that they wouldn't give me a shot. I've never been treated so horribly in my entire life by a store. Was going to spend another $50 on kids toys but I put those down, I will NEVER visit another Walgreens again. Longer than average wait times, however due to the fact that they're giving SARS2-COVID-19 Shots I suppose some leeway should be granted. This is NOT a review of the Covid-19 vaccine [FULL STOP] period end of story. I will add that people in line do not hesitate to get in your business as if you need advice from others or go to Walgreens seeking the advice of random people whom you have no relation. Location-8151 S QUEBEC St. Centennial, CO I have been using the Walgreens pharmacy as my go to pharmacy and I have never once experienced such a rude and incompetent staff. The pharmacy staff has embarrassed me when I pick up my Rx as well as act "unavailable" when I have questions. Their actions on one occasion could be seen as a HIPAA violation. I was humiliated. Very unprofessional This Walgreens is walking distance from my house but I would rather go out of my way to go to a different location just to avoid these people. read more

DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS AS YOUR PHARMACY!!! I recently moved to the area and since I was using a different Walgreens for my pharmacy beforehand I figured I might as well switch to another one in the area. This was the closest one. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Rebecca has a total attitude and made my experience with this location very unpleasant. No one seems to care about any of their customers. The customer service is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you want to get your prescriptions for the correct price and in a timely manner. read more

Gotta agree with poor ratings. Guy checking me in for flu shot was great but process is terrible and appointments are useless. Got my shot 40 minutes after my appointment time. Suggestions - schedule appts for every 15 or 30 minutes. Have paperwork online. read more

Techs are rude and give attitude with just asking a simple question. Worst customer service. I am not a person who makes a big deal out of people but I was sure not welcomed here. The attitude while I was asking questions was way too much. Not once where they nice, I am a nurse and I know that is no way of treating customers or patients. If it's not your day techs take a breather but there is no need for the attitude we all don't have the best days and it's understandable but as a patient it doesn't feel the greatest to be talked to like that. read more

Had just left hospital after having spine surgery. My family dropped off the prescriptions for pain control and pharmacy said it would be 2 hours, before they could fill it, "because we are giving flu shots". The worst part is that it actually took them EIGHT HOURS to fill it! There is absolutely NO excuse for this kind of abusive treatment. read more

Super friendly and helpful staff. Picking up prescriptions is generally pretty quick, especially in the drive-thru. They have a great variety of food stuff (like that Haagen-Daz ice cream pint on a kamikaze mission to get in my cart last night), baby stuff and the always necessary medicine section. Walgreens brand meds are a great value, and I tend to buy them frequently as I don't really notice a difference from brand name. I've used their photo services as well to order prints from my phone via their app for pickup and it's never failed me. I like their rewards program, as I seem to rack up points faster than I'd expect and get $10 off. read more

Went to Walgreens to fill my prescription 40 minutes before closing. With COVID-19 and the pharmacy hours it is extremely difficult for me to get there as I work in healthcare. Walgreens also told me that I can not pick up my prescription until 2 days prior to being out because of COVID. I leave work early today to get my prescription filled (and completely out of). They give me attitude about only having 40 minutes to fill the script. I tell them I would have dropped the prescription off in the morning but I had to be at work at 7:00 in the morning and they don't open until 9. I get a call 10 minutes later because they can't fill the script because it is missing information. I make a special call to my doctor after hours to see if he can get things sorted out. He is awesome and calls Walgreens and sorts it out within 10 minutes. He tells me that Walgreens will be able to fill the prescription and per Walgreens if I don't get a call within 5 minutes to call them. I give them 10 minutes and I hear nothing so I called them. Well they inform me that they won't fill the prescription until tomorrow because they are closing soon. I tell the guy that I want the prescription back and I will go elsewhere because I've had nothing but issues with them. He tells me he already shredded it. THEY HAD TIME TO SHRED MY PRESCRIPTION BUT NOT FILL IT! I am so pissed off that Walgreens gave me the run around on this crap. I fill meds all day and it doesn't take that long to fill a script, 20 minutes is more than enough time, they just didn't want to do it. So now I'm out my meds that I desperately need and now I have no prescription to take elsewhere. I'm am beyond pissed that Walgreens thinks this is ok. I will be contacting the corporate office and moving to King Soopers Pharmacy. read more

I'm not sure of their names but the young man and young woman working in the pharmacy on July 2nd at around 4:30pm were awesome! I was picking up a prescription and have been having issues with my insurance so I was just going to pay full price for it. These two wonderful pharm-techs found me a coupon for the prescription and I paid a quarter of the cost. The world needs more employees like them and they need to be rewarded! read more

It's unfortunate that the regular staff are being called in to help the pharmacy when they get busy (every time I've been there). They don't have the training or regular pharmacy support to operate the billing & insurance software. I waited 30 minutes to complete my transaction while other pharmacy staff ignored her calls for help. Meanwhile, a very frustrated line of people grew behind me. Slowest pharmacy in the state of Colorado. Walmart has worse employeees and they are faster at the pharmacy! Waited for over an hour to get medication and by the time I got mine I really needed anxiety medication bc of the extremely LONG WAIT! With a diabetic daughter, I have to make pharmacy visits very frequently. I wish I didn't have to use Walgreens as they clearly understaff, making it very difficult for those working. I often get unhappy and somewhat snippy pharmacists, but I don't hold it against them because I see how overworked they are. I had a wonderfully compassionate and helpful pharmacy manager help me yesterday at this location. Jennifer was amazing, and was more than helpful. You are lucky to have her! read more

The pharmacy is painfully slow! Every time I come here I wait for no less than 15 minutes. Hire more pharmacy staff! And managers should jump on the register when there's a line at the front. Basic customer service. read more

Oh I do not like the pharmacy here. The clerk working today was slow, had attitude and both she and the pharmacist was busy chatting with one of their friends. My doctor's office claimed to have called in the prescription more than an hour before I arrived. They admitted to not checking messages in awhile... When you're sick, this isn't the pharmacy you want to have attend to you. It's right near where I live but I'll gladly drive somewhere a little further with better customer service. read more

I switched from the King Soopers pharmacy to this Walgreens on County and Quebec. I am very happy with the friendly service they provide and how responsive they are to my inquiries. I wish I wrote down the name of the pharmacist that helped me this morning but she did everything she could to help me by taking following up with the insurance and my doctor out of my hands. Whatever you do don't go here late in the evening because the help has no clue. I had a coupon and some guy who couldn't stop petting his beard and claimed to be the manager said they couldn't take it because it was an online coupon even though it clearly stated "not available online". He said corporate office wouldn't let them yet it was a corporate coupon. Then I asked him to contact customer service and talk to them, he called them and they were closed for the night. He didn't even know customer service had working hours, he thought they were always open. Their pharmacy is incompetent - period blaming everyone but themselves. Their management at the store - did not respond until corporate called saying 'I wasn't at the store that day' meaning this manager forget to designate who takes calls. The story. I have a dog with epilepsy. A RX was for 120 pills. When I arrived the first time after the automated service from Walgreens said the Rx was filled. They filled for only 60 pills. The druggist noted in the computer their mistake and said it won't happen again. The second refill was fine. But the third - and the automated service said, 'your Rx is filled' pick up after 11 am - was not. Not only not 120 nor 60 but only 10 and at a price of 90 cents each rather than the 40 cents. The women at the Rx gave a song and dance blaming the automated service. Walgreens has over what 5000 stores - really - the service doesn't know a partial refill - and further given the computer instructions of 120 placed again after the original mistake again. I have spent over 2 hours calling Walgreens headquarters - and a Stephanie said she would take care of it. She did not. She failed to say it would take 3 business days after finally I got a hold of a Steven who got this Walgreens manager. I can't believe this is isolated - but the tip of the problems of management - and both systemic (hard to believe) or this store. The store manager then tried to deflect to how I was talking to her rather than take responsibility for failure to manage, failure to delegate - and she hung up. I would suggest fulfilling Rx's if at Walgreens at any Walgreen's but this. But in any event - if systemic - their automated notification - do not rely on it or you will make 3 trips waste time and 2 hours read more

I go to this walgreens at least once a month for my daughter's medicine. I have never been treated as awful as I was today! They had about five people in line and Ellen was the rudest person I have had contact with in customer service in awhile. Not interested in helping me. I stepped aside to let others go ahead while I got the information I needed. Here stands a sixty or so year old man and was as rude to him as she was to me. My suggestion is to never let that lady have contact with customers ever again.. However the last time I was there Jessica? Jennifer? was amazing!! read more
