It doesn't matter where they are. This 7-Eleven store is more innovative than I've ever seen. Look at the bathroom sink. If you say this is normal in Denver, I'd consider moving here. It's busy serving the surrounding technical business offices. I happen to stay at a hotel nearby. I'd rather go to a 7-Eleven than anyone else. It has everything I need, including travel-sized toiletries. The staff is so friendly. The coffees and donuts are fresh. Look. It has a pizza vendor. During lunchtime, the store smells like a gourmet kitchen. I love all 7-Eleven stores outside of Houston. Don't know when we can get some real ones. read more

Rude service, constantly changing Rewards benefits, and a consistent choice to stock products in a way that inconveniences the customer. They never properly fill their latte machine; there are always options on the menu that are unavailable. DO NOT PAY CASH. They will insist on rounding down your change by 4 cents instead of rounding up by 1, and then blame you for not paying in exact change because the penny was discontinued. read more

I think this has to be one of the worst 7-11 locations that I have ever visited. Walked in and the store was in complete disarray. Frozen pizza was in a green plastic bin in the floor, the isles were dirty, every drink shelf was 3/4 empty except for the beer. Ants near the slurpee and sticky mess all over. read more

It took 5 separate pumps to finally get gas. The first wouldn't take my card. The second wouldn't let me put in my pin. The third wouldn't let me decline a car wash. The fourth was totally frozen, and the fifth finally let me get gas, but had no receipt paper. read more

I use to work here on the laredo taco side. Let me tell you why you shouldn't work there or do business here. Let's start with the store manager Tiffany. If you don't kiss her ass to a T then she threatens your job all day long until you do kiss her ass then she loves you all day long and won't leave you alone. My second day i was left alone with no manager no training and no help from any other employees. My first day I was being yelled at in front of customer and staff about not helping or hopping on the 7-Eleven registers when my job title and role says I work for Laredo Taco but Tiffany expected me to be learning Laredo Taco's rules while also helping her own staff with the job they get paid to do just like the rest of us. She's yelled at Diane who is an outstanding worker and an elder lady about helping a new hire with things that needed to be done and Tiffany didn't like that so she screamed at Diane in front of customers and told her she needs to hurry up and clock out or she'll be terminated. She brought Diane to the back room where the managers sit and started scolding her about the situation which then brought me up into the situation of racial discrimination. I have no idea why that or my name was even brought up due to the fact I am another minority working at this job out of 4 of us at the time. I was never trained properly and never was watching any training videos I was just told to go help and that's what I did. Eventually after a month I learned my way around the store but then this is where things get pretty rocky. The first day working at this job I requested my birthday off, now realistically I knew that wasn't gonna happen because what job even considered that kind of thing when it's your first couple days. Me and my boss, Sharon, who was also poorly trained and couldn't handle pressure or stress in a proper way, all were talking in the manager area and we were talking about the days leading up to my birthday which is memorial day weekend and I was told to my face by the both of them I was allowed to have my birthday off plus an extra day just because my birthday was Sunday and I didn't wanna show up hungover or groggy. Now the only reason I was allowed to have those days off was because they were covered and I already had the weekends off. All of a sudden we have an employee I absolutely will not say his name but he just got out of prison 10 years ago for doing a crime and his time and he was in there for a good amount of time. Everyone at work kept saying that his background check was coming up with some flags and so I thought they knew about his past and I found an article with the explanation of his past and showed my boss and Tiffany. Tiffany decided to use that on her own free will to fire our employee who had perfect attendance and also perfect skills being he was just as new as me. With there only being 2 employees including me and my boss she decided to still fire him which now means that I have to go to work on a weekend I was already having off plus the entire week because now we have no employees but me and my boss. Tiffany will make you work for her only if you kiss her ass and if you don't then she puts you on Laredo Taco side and works you like a literal slave. read more

Just got done filling up my car for 60 dollars go in to use the restroom and this rude employee is standing near the restrooms to tell me "bathrooms aren't open to the public." This is always on route to my jobs in the area and I can buy stuff inside or spend over $100 in gas and for the past 4-5 months it's been one excuse after another as to why the bathroom is not usable. Today it was that the key was locked inside by a customer. Last time they had the restroom open to the public was immediately after the remodel and then never again. I'm a mobile tech working out of my truck and I rely on public restrooms and the staff here claim it is open to the public when asked but just out of order for one reason or another. And sometimes they will rudely yell that the restroom is closed if you walk in and head towards them. I don't know if this is a staff issue, management, franchisee or what but this place is over priced, rude, and never has the facilities open. If you need to pee find somewhere else folks. read more

This is by far the worst 7-Eleven in the area. The store used to be clean, organized, and had friendly staff. For some reason, this store is very dirty now and out of the basics. Their espresso machine has been broken for months, they are almost always out of lids, there is trash left on the counters. The 7-Eleven down the street on Arapahoe is much better than this, and doesn't have the same issues at all. They stay stocked, and actually pick up trash that customers leave. Also, there seems to be a vagrant problem at this store, and they let them come and go and do whatever. Avoid this store, it's truly gross. Whoever would eat food from here is taking a big risk. read more

Was one of the friendliest gas stations I have been to. It is very clean and in a good location. Gas prices aren't the best, but if you're going in to get snacks or lotto tickets then it's worth it. I never get gas here because it's always super expensive. The staff here is usually nice but the lines have been extra long lately due to the powerball jackpot constantly rising. I've been here a few times to get the lotto tickets and have never had an issue. Today, I went up to get it and was greeted by the girl who already seemed annoyed. I mean, you're busy, I get it, but come on. I am not a big lotto player so I don't really know the rules/etiquette. I asked her for the 3 tickets that I picked and she asked if I wanted to "play". I was confused and asked her what that meant. And she rudely said "never mind" and went to hand it to the guy that puts it through the machine. Ok, so it's unusual for me to review a convenience store, but I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service...so here it is. As this place is located on my commute to and from work, I swing by several times a week. The staff always has a friendly smile on their face, and even though sometimes it gets crazy busy inside the store... They are always quick and courteous of getting you in and out fast. What put me over the edge this morning on writing this review, is they got an influx of a lot of people and one of the ladies behind the counter was working both registers to expedite people getting through the line quickly. Management, well done on on training your staff. The only suggestion I would have, is I am a fan of Go Fast energy drinks... And you only supply one of their product lines. read more

As far as gas stations go, this one is at the top. Its clean, as in, the whole store looks like it is kept up really well. The drinks and snacks are displayed in an order that just makes sense. And, the staff are friendly. They actually looked happy to be there and working. The gas prices are decent. They aren't the cheapest along my drive home, but if I'm in a pinch, I stop in here. Always the most expensive gas around town!! Otherwise it's clean, convenient, and well stocked. The staff generally care how your day is going and choose to interact instead of go through the motions. I was skeptical about how innovative this place was, but when I went to see the sink I was blown away. The only way to understand it is to see it for yourself. You see, all I wanted was some gas, but the reviews said that there was much more to it than that and they were right. The stalls are stainless steel and the locks are sort of abnormal for a restroom lock. If your thinking that the innovation stops there you would be wrong. The atmosphere is very similar to that of fancy Walgreens mixed with The Intel engineering department; very clean, very quaint, very innovative. For instance, the isles are all spread out perfectly with all of you favorite things in the right spots just like a sexy Friday night. 100/10 must see read more

Best 7 Eleven I have ever been to - very clean, great bathrooms and terrific layout. I think the most impressive is that all the employees are always happy, friendly and helpful. I work right by here so I am in there a few times a week. I asked 1 employee why everyone was so happy and helpful and she said because they love the owners - they treat them with respect and really take care of them. Very impressed and yes the gas is expensive but the experience inside and supporting this type of management and environment is worth the stop! read more

Out of all the 7-Eleven stores that I've been to, I think this one merits a Yelp Review. It's spacious, clean, and modern looking. The cashier clerks are always really quick too. They're sometimes able to manage two cash registers at once!! Last I checked, they have fidget spinners in stock! read more
