Who gave you the right to speak down to your customers like that? I've never experienced such rude and judgmental behavior in a place that's supposed to provide a service. The more calmly and politely I tried to interact, the more these two bald men acted like they were personally offended by my presence. They didn't just lack basic customer service -- they looked angry from the moment I walked in, as if smiling was beneath them. I came here for a service, not to be scolded or silently disrespected. I came into this store to return an item and was greeted very rudely by the cashier. Seemed like she did not want to help me and yelled at me when I was inputting my member phone number. She then rolled her eyes and looked at other customers as to let them know she was annoyed with me. She then proceeded to say "I'm gonna get my manager to deal with you." I was shocked with that statement as nobody has ever talked to me that way while giving my business to them. The manager then came over and was very helpful and kind. But if someone who is a manager at this location is seeing this the cashier is a shorter lady who wears a mask and she is making a very negative impact and impression on your customers and business. I hope this doesn't happen to other customers. I will most definitely not be returning to this location. Unacceptable. read more

Scheduled a vaccine at this Walgreens. They text and email you constantly to be there on time. So I arrived 10 minutes early. Huge long line at the pharmacy. I let woman in white coat know I was there for my Vaccine appointment. She hollers get in the line and tells me to stand on the dots on the floor. We will get to you when we get to you. Walked out. It appears as though the appointment process doesn't mean anything here. I will never walk into this Walgreens again. read more

I've been hearing horror stories of understaffed Walgreens lately so I was a bit nervous when my son said he made an appt for his latest Covid shot at this location. When we showed up there were 3 people in line, but there were about 4 people running the pharmacy department. I was happy to see that. He was checked in quickly, I even asked if both of us could get flu shots too and the girl was happy to do it! The best interaction was with the man giving the shots, he was funny, friendly and so kind to us. I wish I had gotten his name to thank him, but I'll for sure be back to this location. read more

I had an e-script sent to this pharmacy at noon. I called the automated line after my surgery at 430 to check the status. At 430 I was told it was in process and I would receive a call when it was ready. I called again at 6 and was told it was still in process and would be done by 7. I arrived at 7 and was told it would be 30 - 60 more minutes. The pharmacy tech then proceeded to tell me " You should come work here if you have a problem with our service" This was absolutely insensitive and out of line. I am appalled that a healthcare employee would talk this way to a patient. This is unacceptable. Zero stars. DO NOT COME HERE for prescriptions. read more

Extremely unfriendly. I got an online confirmation that my Rx had gone through - they said an hour later that they hadn't seen it yet. Then I called back and waited on hold almost 40 minutes to be told that it was "still transmitting" and "needed to be typed". I asked if I could update my insurance information and they said it would have to be "typed" first. I asked if I could give them GoodRx numbers me she said she wasn't ready for it yet. Then I stopped at another Walgreens to see if they could see it and they said "Yes it's right there at Dry Creek nd I asked what time it had arrived and they said two hours ago. I called back and sat on hold another twenty minutes and got someone who said "yes they are ready and I tried again to give my Good Rx numbers. She said just to give it when I came in. When I came in I waited another 10 minutes only to be told "Your insurance doesn't cover this - that will be $107.59 please. I explained I had been told to give GoodRx coupon numbers when I came in and was told "We can't take those right now - we have to close for lunch". Ridiculous!!!! This is the most customer unfriendly pharmacy I've been to in a very long time. read more

My husband had an appointment for a Covid Vaccination. The pharmacy staff was rude after my husband waited 45 minutes after his appointment time and asked how long it would take. He was told they were busy. He finally got the vaccination that took less than a minute. read more

OK, the secret is out. I love Walgreen's. No I mean it. I looooove Walgreens! I think it is a genetic thing. Say you need a new nail polish? Got it. Excedrin for that long annoying day at work? Check. New Passport Photo. Yep. Some Cadbury Eggs, because well they are there they are ooey gooey yumminess? Oh yeah. It is a one stop shop when you can't face walking into a Walmart and don't want to schlep to a King Soopers. This one Dry Creek/Yosemite is my lunch time Walgreen's and one of my faves. Lots of parking, easy to get in and out of and they have a large holiday/seasonal section in the middle (some stores only have part of an aisle - not this one). Quick, convenient and plenty to browse when you are killing time at lunch :) read more

The pharmacy @ this location is a joke. Long lines then when you do get up there to be waited on they say that your prescription is not ready even though you were given a time to pick up. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. The ok'd lady working the register has no business having a job. She was curt with me, said she "didn't know what to tell me" when I showed her my $10.22 credit in Walgreens cash, until another employee (presumably a manager) came to her aid. I showed him in my app where my reward credit was, and despite having changed my old phone number to my new one three times each online, in the app, and in-person at Walgreens stores, it was still incorrect. I told him I called customer service and he said "yeah they're not helpful at all." He then told me to make an online order for pick-up, which I did, sent it to the store I was physically standing in, and the app sent the order to an entirely different store over 50 miles away. He did not help me with my transaction whatsoever, and said "that's not my fault, there's nothing I can do." Absolutely garbage store, company, and employees. Very telling that the three people in front of me in line also were there dude to returns or wrong orders! I will never shop Walgreens again, especially this store. BEWARE, Pharmacy will try and give you the wrong prescriptions and overcharge you. $400 for a steroid inhaler, people need these to live!! Just got a pcr covid test here. The technician at the window was fast, courteous, professional, and great at instructing us. I'm visiting from PA. This covid test took me 10 minutes total. I've never done a test in PA that took less than 90 minutes. Way to go, Walgreens! read more

Terrible experience today with the pharmacy. Scheduled a booster through the website, arrived timely and was refused care by the pharmacist, Rachel. Evidently Walgreens policies don't align with CDC policies And even though I'm eligible for the booster, my health care request was denied. There were no other customers waiting for vaccination services and one surmises that there was no shortage of vaccines at this facility as I was able to schedule an appointment. To add injury, when I inquired from the staff the name of the pharmacist that was refusing health care services, the pharmacist became indignant and confrontational. It was a simple request to protect my person. Too bad Walgreens failed me. read more

Walgreens Pharmacy - Yosemite and Dry Creek Today is Christmas Eve and my son came down with a very dangerous croup. He was seen twice at Childrens Hospital. We left the hospital the second time with a prescription for a steroid in the event it recurred in the middle of the night a third time. This pharmacy was listed open today until 5 pm. My wife approached the counter at 4:50 pm to turn in the prescription. The pharmacist told her they were closing soon and it was too late to get filled. This is horrible service. I understand wanting to hit the road for Christmas Eve. I can maybe understand turning someone away who comes up after 5. But a full ten minutes prior and the kid is right there with her. With this kind of nonsense I would normally contact the store directly. I really don't think I HAVE THE TIME either to take it up with someone there. They can just have the experience shared on Yelp and of course we will share our crappy experience on social media, at family gatherings, work and so forth. No, Walgreens will be fine, but the poor actions of a pharmacist there will go forth. read more

Walgreen's holds a special place in my heart because they were my first employer but I'm not a fan of this location, mostly due to their pharmacy techs. I used to come to this one alot since it's near my work but finally had my prescription transferred somewhere else. Every time I've gone there on my lunch break, it's the same dark haired chick working the pharmacy and I had to ask a question about one of my prescriptions and she seemed annoyed by that. Then another time I had a coupon and she got frustrated because I guess she didn't know how to enter it in. Meh. read more

I came in. Was asked to sit down and the paperwork will be brought to me. I showed up at 6:15 for my 6:30 appointment as requested. I sat for half an hour while 4 or 5 people were vaccinated ahead of me. I waited in line again for 10 minutes and politely asked if I needed the paperwork. The pharmacist then WENT INTO THE TRASH to retrieve my vaccination card. Then another 10 minutes and my paperwork was brought out. It was for the incorrect person. I politely asked for my vaccination card back (the one from the trash) and I was handed it back. With zero apology for any of it. I am absolutely flabbergasted by the staff here. How is this kind of disorganization and lack of professionalism even tolerated? Why would I want to even get the jab here and trust that they wouldn't botch that as they did the entire situation? read more

Call I went in there to pick up items for a friends torn MCL and went and asked the pharmacy technician where I could locate the product because I couldn't find any other sales associates or staff aside from the person at the register. When I went to locate the products all of them were out of place and the one product I ended up purchasing was fully stocked in a different price point section. When I got to the register I asked the cashier if she could check on the price of that product, she ended up going to check the price and said sorry my staff must've stocked the product wrong. When I asked her if she could adjust the price to the price labeled on the shelf she told me no and I said with the manager be able to and she said no I asked if I could speak to him and she told me he was busy. I went and found the manager in the store and the managers response to my concern was everybody makes mistakes it was an honest mistake I will not adjust the price but if you'd like me to return your products for full price I can absolutely do so. This location is subpar. Doesn't use any notification system to let you know if there is a problem with your meds or when they are ready compared to other locations. Eta- they have improved somewhat. I now get notifications when my meds are ready but they still screw them up once in awhile with insurance. It's much better though. Eta - have messed up my meds multiple times, given me another patients meds, lies about when they are in which has resulted in having to go off them because they said they weren't in when they were. Screws up insurance. Multiple md's frustrated with their approval and lack of sending wrong refills, wrong Meds entirely, and do nothing to help or even apologize. read more

Very good prices! Fast cashier and very helpful! I had to run in real fast to grab spoons because I'm always on the go and sometimes I'm forced to eat in the car! I was able to run in and out real fast before my ice cream started to melt lol very clean store and grounds! I also found my smartwater for a great price when you buy two! read more

I found the pharmacy to be not very helpful. I came in for an Rx I've never had before and no one asked me if I had any questions. I opened my Rx to ask a question to the kid assistant and the rude pharmacist at the computer just bellered over the side wall "there's no demo in there, just two live Epi-pens". Well you are wrong and don't even know what's in the prescription you just filled. Upon getting to my car I opened up the package and there was a demo pen along with the two real pens... sheesh. I don't like crappy customer service and I will never visit this location ever again. They earned an extra star for having it filled within 15 minutes. read more

My husband went to fill my prescription today and was told to come back and pick it up in a half hour. He came back and was told it wasn't available because they have 24 hours to fill a controlled med. The tech said she would get the pharmacist and he said "please do." The tech came back and said that they wouldn't fill it. The pharmacist didn't speak to him. When I called for an explanation I was told that the script was one day early. I explained that my doctor wrote it for today and she said that didn't matter. The most likely explanation is that they refused to fill the script because my husband is African American because they were acting very strangely towards him. I took the script to the walmart pharmacy and spoke to the pharmacy manager about what happened and he looked at me like that was the craziest story he ever heard. He said he had never heard of A pharmacy refusing legitimate script from a doctor with the correct date. I live right across the street from this Walgreens and go there on occasion. The staff in this store is always very friendly, whether I am at the cashier checkout or photo center. The store is also very clean and there is always ample parking. read more
