Met the owner, Robert, who was extremely professional and had a lot of great options for detail options. Everything was in a contract, pricing was beyond fair, and the payment was easy online (includes an Apple Pay option). This guy helped me when I couldn't find anywhere to take my car. My car flooded in a bad rainstorm. My car ended up being totaled so no repair but this place is the best. Robert is so helpful and professional. He spent so much time going over all the issues with me. You will not be disappointed in their service. I'll leave it at there problems, and they were not addressed. Owner voided my contract with them and told me to never come and to never refer anyone. He was supposed to send me surveillance videos and did not. I did carbs them pictures showing that my car had no damage before they took possession. Many other have had positive outcomes; mine was not. read more

As an Observer, my first impression was that neither me or my friend detailing her car were welcome in his shop. He was not only dismissive, but rude and short with his answers on why the price of testing the car for drugs cost $700 and he only took 10 minutes to test the car with what looked like a Homekit strip. When asked if he tested the seats he "Guaranteed" that the test was going to b negative and to his Big Surprise. It was Positive (it's a good thing he has 28 years experience!). Total price he was asking to detail the car was about $3,500. on top of the $700 Home Test Strip. Not even wanting to provide a line item for his services. I just picked up my daughters car that we had detailed and all I can say is wow. This looks like a brand new car except for the rock chips on the front The engine looks brand new also. Robert is excellent when it came to my car. I spilled a Whole Gallon of Black paint in the trunk of my Mini Cooper. I was devastated to say the least. I called, Robert was so kind over the phone and was even willing to stay late for me!! When I saw what a incredible job he did, my day went from being one of the worst to one of the best! I brought my wifes car in for an interior clean and exterior wax. After talking with Robert I was confident I chose the right detailer. I left the car with him, knowing it would be safe and secure inside his 7000 square foot building and came back the next day to pick it up. It is no exaggeration to say the car looked better than when we picked it up at the Mercedes dealer. The black paint job looked like a mirror finish, he removed all the tar and road grime from the rocker panels and thoroughly cleaned the spokes on each wheel. The interior was in like new condition, including the floor mats. Robert is honest, straight forward and very reasonably priced. The Guys at Colorado Custom Auto Detailing did an amazing job on my Lexus. I had a lot of scratching in the clear coat and they were able to completely take those out and make my car shine like it was new. Robert provided outstanding service from start to finish. We accidently spilled gas from the container for our mower in the back of our car. The car was not useable and the fumes toxic. The carpet had to be replaced and the interior damage mitigated. Luckily, found Robert after calling around to a number of places. He explained what he was going to do to fix it and did exactly that. The other places were not very confident. Robert had the expertise to get the job done right. The car is completely fixed and in pristine condition. Robert and his firm did an amazing job on my 2015 Kia Soul! He treated me and my car like it was a Bentley! I had to go out of town, Robert took me to the airport and when I returned picked me up at my house to get the finished car. His attention to detail is amazing-I have always taken care with my cars but the interior, after his detail work is like new. I had smoked in the car and after Robert was finished you would never know-no more smoking in the car! Quality service and attention to detail and a quality individual as well. I recently bought a used car and was looking forward to getting it detailed so it would feel "new" again. I had to wait a week for the next appointment, but that's okay. When I called that afternoon and said I was on my way to drop off, I was told they thought I was coming in the morning and had filled my spot. I never would have said I was going to drop off before work. Due to their mistake, my spot was filled. They didn't take any blame for the mistake or make any effort to resolve the problem. I was told the next available spot is next month. Not good customer service. I decided to take my car to a different company instead. The ceramic finish came out well. I was told and and a friend I sent to them that the inside would be wiped down and it wasn't for either of us. The running boards still had dirt on them from where He stepped but I guess I'm just a stickler for presentation. Also When I asked about the spots on the chrome siding to the running boards, I was told they were mag chloride. I wiped them off in front of him. Two of my friends liked the shine on my truck and I told them who did it. I was told I'd get a free wash for any referral. I called him about it and he was out of town and said he would contact me when he got back. I never heard back. I really liked the work Robert did for my friend but they exchange work with each other I believe. Being in the auto restoration business for 22 years myself and worked in several different countries at automotive plants maybe I expected too much for the price. read more
