Decided to get my husband a car detail for Father's Day. Thankfully Yelp does multiple quotes for projects, but I already had my heart on Mr. Detail. I did all of my communication with Kevin, the owner through Yelp. He was very helpful and was able to get my detail scheduled for the date and time I wanted. They came earlier than scheduled but it wasn't a big deal! They did such an amazinggggg job! My husband is very happy with the work completed! They had their work cut out. 1/2 gallon of milk spilled and marinated in the heat for nearly a week before they got there. I thought I was going to have to donate the car. Windows down and you couldn't walk in the garage it smelled so bad. Kevin did a he ozone treatment etc. and 2 days after everything dried there is no hint of rotten milk. It took him 6 hours. I hired these guys to come to my home and "detail" my SUV. I was quoted $265 to have my whole SUV detailed. There were 2 guys who were very nice and did an excellent job, but what they did was the exact same thing I could've done myself at a car wash. It was such a waste of money!! Make sure you know exactly what kind of service you are getting because $265 is ridiculous for a simple car wash and cleaning of the interior of your car. Oh and you also have to tip them too, so it was actually closer to $300 read more

I had Mr Detail do the interior on four cars. While the quality ranged widely (the Lincoln was great, on the Bentley they actually damaged the arm rest slightly) I felt generally they only performed a perfunctory clean and went heavy with armor-all. There were still smudges left over and you can see in the pic below that on the Mercedes they did not even fully apply the armor-all. The main request I had on the Bentley they were unable to accomplish. I also asked them to steam the seats and it does not appear they did this. Update: The main car I needed detailed was my 2014 Cadillac CTS which is going to be sold. Insurance is off the car so I don't really drive it. I took the car for a photoshoot prior to putting on BaT and was absolutely appalled. They didn't even bother to clean the rear seats prior to putting leather conditioner on. I had to go over everything with simple green prior to the shoot. Downgrading to 1 star. I'm definitely unhappy with the $720 I gave them and will be finding someone else in the future. read more

All of the plastic surfaces looked great and they got the stains out of the front seats. My only complaint was that the back seat carpet was still a bit dirty, but I know they're not miracle workers. Very disappointing! The guy was very respectful, but the quality is not impressive Nothing was evenly spread on the interior treatment, windows have missing spots all over, and I could hardly tell a difference on the interior from when he started. He wasn't able to do the exterior because of the weather and dust, but the rims and tires or attempted, but missed so many dirty spots I was quoted the full service on the exterior wash and polish and was only discount of $15 when the service wasn't completed This is my first and last experience getting my vehicle, professionally detailed! Had a quick conversation with the guys at Mr Detail and they took care of my Jeep SRT. Went with a Premium Wax, told me what to look out for regarding the Drive Thru car washes - phenomenal work. They come to you, with literally everything. You simply just pull your vehicle out of the garage and they take care of it all. They bring the tools for the washing, drying complete with an air compressor, they vacuum up everything, put a nice leather cleaner on the seats, and made the shine with the wax amazing. Overall they did a good job, but I noticed a couple of areas they missed (the wheels hadn't been fully wiped down, there were still a couple bug splats on the front). This is a father and sons business, a three man crew came out to give my car a scratch removal, polish and ceramic coating. They did an amazing job! Absolutly blew away my expectations! First of all I had emailed and requested a quote and a kind of hard position of only being able to do it certain times, not only did I get a response so fast it was so early in the morning I wasn't expecting a response for a couple hours! They gave me many options of days and worked with my crazy schedule! Showed up on time, early even and waited on me to get my son from school and they started right away! My car wasn't terribly dirty but definitely needed some help since I practically live in the car lol! They got it so clean even little crumbs in crazy areas and spots of Red Bull that was spilled and caramel from my sons Starbucks! I can't recommend them enough!
