I brought my boat trailer to Parker Trailers based on a recommendation from a coworker and…read moreunfortunately have experienced a series of issues following the service. My trailer is equipped with a VAULT Hybrid Lubrication System, which I later learned is a sealed system that typically requires little to no routine bearing service. Despite having only about 2,500 miles on the trailer, the bearings were serviced using grease that does not appear to be specified by the VAULT manufacturer. After the service, I took the trailer to Lake Powell and discovered multiple wheel studs had been cross-threaded. I was forced to remove a damaged lug nut and ultimately drove home with only four lug nuts on one wheel. Parker later repaired the studs, but I have since discovered the replacement hardware includes mismatched lug nuts requiring different socket sizes. Most concerning, I recently learned the hub/bearing assembly was not properly adjusted during reassembly. The improper bearing preload resulted in excessive wheel movement and premature tire wear, causing me to replace a tire that should not have worn out so quickly. I have contacted Parker Trailers directly and given them the opportunity to review and correct these issues. I am hopeful they will stand behind their work and make things right. If they do, I will gladly update this review. At this point, however, my experience has been disappointing and has left me concerned about the quality control of the service performed on my trailer.

Sorry it's taken me almost a year to write this review, but better late than never. Last August…read moremy boat was caught in a windstorm while tied up with another boat the same size, about 33'. The winds were so strong our stern lines that were being used to tie the two boats together snapped. When this happened, the hullside of our bows started rubbing together, up and down and side to side. My boat sustained deep gouges in the starboard hull side running about 6 linear feet and a foot tall, a portal window frame was demolished and some other damage to the fiberglass was sustained. Les and his crew at Calibre matched the gel coat on my Cobalt perfectly! The boat looks brand new again and the quality is outstanding! Thank you Calibre!

Took my boat into the shop for the following reasons:…read more 1. Look at trailer guide boards and secure wood to frame better - Said they would do it, but was not done. 2. Look at trailer lights and fix issue with lights flickering - was told it works fine, and it still doing the same thing. 3. Fix broken reflector on trailer - glued cheapest looking reflector you could imagine and it's even crooked. But no big deal. I'll fix it. 4. Make sure all boat speakers were working properly and fix if needed - was told they'd do it, never happened. They said when I came to pick up the boat that they don't do that. So still have the same problem. 5. Check pontoons for leaks - they said they checked for leaks. They said there was an obvious leak in the middle pontoon (it's a tritoon) due to water being inside. It rained and water went through the upper hatch in the floor of the boat. They said the bilge pump inside the pontoon wasn't working. I ask them to fix it and they said I need to get the leak fixed and the water drained before they would do it. Come to find out from a different shop there was no leak, they just didn't want to siphon the water out and replace the bilge pump. 6. Fix bilge pump (see #5) 7. Perform engine maintenance to ensure everything is working properly - Changed gear oil and said that it needs a fuel additive to clean some carbon in the motor. They said it comes in a case of either 6 or 8 bottles. I was charged for the whole case and they only used 1 bottle and then told me they placed the other bottles in the boat. Got home. Nothing. It's ok if they don't do certain things but done say you do if you don't. Maybe they should say they will only work on engines. Anyways here is the real reason for the 1 star review. I wish I could give 0 stars. When I parked my boat and trailer at the shop, there was absolutely no damage to the trailer, with the exception of 1 reflector as mentioned earlier. When I picked up my boat and took it home, I realized it had been in some sort of collision. The right rear corner was bent in, scratched up and the tail lights are broken. (See pictures) I called the shop to inform them of the issue and was told they'd didn't do the damage and they have video from when I dropped it off, showing the damage was already there, to prove it. I said great please send the video and this would not be an issue. They called back 30 minutes later saying they will not send the video to me (because it doesn't exist) and they said they are denying responsibility. The owner seems to not be very interested in their customers. I've asked repeatedly to speak to the owner, and he was on vacation (understandable, that happens) they told me he would be back in a little over a week. I waited til the owner was supposedly back. And I emailed, no response. I called and was told he'd call me back. Then the same employee calls and says he's in a meeting. And that he'd call me back still. Still have not received a call. Then I get an emailed video of them backing my trailer around the shop and there was damage. But it doesn't show any of the other 5 or 6 times it was moved. They selected a later video that shows damage and are trying to say that it was a video from the morning I dropped it off. Also when asked them about the tail lights flickering issue. They said they inspected all of the lights and they were all working properly. That's when I added for them to service the motor. And NOW there is damage to the trailer, and they didn't do it. This was the first and last time I will use this boat shop. Unfortunately good boat shops are hard to find and this one is no exception. They will take advantage of you any chance they get and will damage your stuff and lie about it. I was charged about $1000 for them to change gear oil, replace propellor, and add 1 bottle of fuel additive. Now I get to find a place to fix the boat trailer and then go through the process of suing them. I have a feeling the lawsuit might be more expensive to fight, than if they would've just done the right thing.

Nick also was great with my children and ages ranging from teenagers to young adults. Nick gave use tons of options to help us maximize our fun outing and we got to experience the 3 person tubing/ float., then we also got to surf on the short boards, and wake boards. Nick was always communicating with us prior to our visit , and he had great communication prior to our arrival and also upon our arrival checking in at the boat ramp. We helped celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday with her sisters and friends and we had a blast! We booked the boat for 3 hours of fun! And I recommend for families parties, , team bonding , etc. We highly recommend this company and this experience! Great time and we look forward to booking with him again in the future!
