I called and gave them the list of items and set up an appointment. They were super helpful. When I arrived they have a large work garage, and it is l clean and well organized. They kept me posted throughout each step of the process regarding any findings or items that needed to be done. They even had the replacement awning strut that I needed, and were able to install it for me. You cannot tell that I ever damaged the original. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain RV repair. They exceeded my expectation for timely, efficient repairs.

It was $611 but unfortunately it all needed done. The day I got it back, my step was not going in to get into the house part of the RV. I was able to swing back by the next day and apparently the little step magnet fell off. Donnie was quick to not only fix that, but also looked at a leak on the outdoor shower, and replaced a knob that was broken. All of this that no charge since I was in there the day before, getting the other repairs done. He even hooked up a diagnostic machine to see if I have a DEF fluid sensor. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were going to have a safe road trip that day. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain RV Repair! Five stars!

I was looking for quotes for a receiver hitch for my new Tucson to carry a recumbent trike rack…read more Robert texted me back promptly. RMRV didn't have quite exactly what I was looking for. For instance, I didn't need a hitch for 3,000# or greater, just something to carry the trike. Even after we agreed that I should look elsewhere, Robert continues to discuss my needs and offer suggestions, such as contacting my bike shop. Robert went above and beyond to assist me, even after it was obvious that there'd be no money in it for them. Based on my experience, I'd return to them for a quote next time I needed a hitch for another reason.

Took my RV van in in July to have the AC serviced and house battery replaced With a lithium ion…read morebattery. I specifically said that the cab AC was not working and that I thought a rodent bui a nest in the intake. The rear AC probably needs a new compressor. 3 weeks later I got an estimate for $800 and a note that said there was no house battery. I called and said that I knew there was a house battery under the chassis on the driver side. They said they didn't look there. They said they needed to order parts. After another couple weeks I wanted to take the van camping so I went to the location and the business was gone! I called and they said they moved. I decided not to go camping. A few weeks later I called to say I needed the van in early October and they said the parts were on the way. I called every day and the day I was to leave they finally said the van was ready. The bill had grown to $3,500! When I went to pick it up I discovered that they only serviced the house AC Which was working fine. They said they didn't work on the van's AC. Be sure you are very clear on what the are doing and do not let them proceed with work without an estimate of both costs and time. Buyer be aware !!!
