We call around and several shops were obviously trying to upsell us to the most expensive model (based on Amazon prices and other research). Get recommended to Vital Parts by a shop down the street from them. Over the phone, they explained everything we needed and might need, very honest and upfront. When we get to price, the cost of the part is lower than anyone and install is on par maybe a little less. We make an appointment. Upon arrival, everything is explained again and we are walked through all of our brake controller options. He explains why this one is more expensive than that one and what features are what. We decide on one and they get started. While we were there, we realized they had the towing mount we needed. Again, low prices, options explained and no hard sell to buy the most expensive one. Since we didn't want them screwing into the dash to mount the controller permanently, they actually knocked off a few bucks and didn't charge to get the hitch on the back since it was just the ball mount and ball, yay for the Tacoma towing package! Out the door, we ended paying less for EVERYTHING than what other shops were gonna charge for just the brake controller. I mean, do you want a customer for life? Because this is how you get a customer for life.

When I return part because it was not right, I was charged almost $6 for just using a debt card. Thank God for the boys in commerce city at western plow, they actually know what they are doing. Sorry Vital parts, I will never do business there again. It's hard to get plow parts as you must go through a dealer. I just need the dealer to actually try to get the right part. Or refund all my money. Bad business.

After bringing my concerns to Parker Trailers' attention, they took the time to thoroughly inspect the trailer, listened to my concerns, and worked to correct the issues. I appreciate that they stood behind their work and made things right. They addressed the bearing and hub concerns, corrected the wheel hardware, and ensured the trailer was returned to me in proper working order. Throughout the process, they communicated professionally and demonstrated a genuine commitment to resolving the situation. No business is perfect, and mistakes can happen. What ultimately matters is how those mistakes are handled. Parker Trailers earned my respect by taking responsibility for the concerns I raised and following through until I was satisfied with the outcome. Because of that, I am updating my review to reflect not just the initial experience, but the way the company responded. I appreciate their commitment to customer service and their willingness to stand behind the work they perform.
