Robert, the owner, promised to have it ready in two weeks. That did not happen. In February, we finally picked it up. When we took it camping, not only did the furnace still not work, but the entire solar/lithium battery system did not work. We took it back to have the problems addressed in April. Robert quoted an amount of $5400 to revamp the system and to install two new awnings. After 18 unanswered phone calls and several visits to the shop, we were finally contacted and told it was ready. When we showed up to retrieve the camper, we were shocked to discover that the new invoice was for a total of over $13,000. None of this was ever presented for our approval. And just now we tried to roll out the awning, and it is broke. Unbelievably terrible experience.

The winds were so strong our stern lines that were being used to tie the two boats together snapped. When this happened, the hullside of our bows started rubbing together, up and down and side to side. My boat sustained deep gouges in the starboard hull side running about 6 linear feet and a foot tall, a portal window frame was demolished and some other damage to the fiberglass was sustained.
