We recently moved our RV over 1,900 miles from Florida to Colorado. When we arrived, we discovered…read morethat our city water inlet had cracked, which meant we couldn't connect to city water at all. I called Scott, and he spent a solid 30 minutes on the phone with me talking through the issue and helping me understand what needed to be replaced. I ordered upgraded metal replacement inlets for both the city water connection and the black tank flush, but the Amazon delivery was delayed and didn't arrive until 5 PM on our third day without water. To make things worse, it started snowing, with temperatures averaging in the 30s. I told Scott we could reschedule so he wouldn't have to work outside in the rain and snow. He insisted on still coming out because he didn't want us going another day without water. He showed up, installed the parts, double-checked the fittings, and gave me a few helpful pointers while he was there. He even offered to waive the service fee, but I insisted he charge the full price because he absolutely deserved it for coming out in those conditions. Techs like Scott are a dying breed: knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. I highly recommend him to anyone in the Denver metro area. He will definitely be my go-to RV repair tech moving forward.

Explained the above, my insurance quote, etc. Igor & Eden handled all my roofing and insurance needs! Their expert knowledge lead to maximize my insurance claim which helped immensely! I was made aware of their 20-year warranty, the high quality roof material that would be used & the entire replacement process. Also if the damage does extends beyond the rubber, which was case for me as there was some rotten, wet & hail damaged wood. Which they immediately wrote an additional supplement for that & sent to the claims adjuster. They also have the option to come to your home. I took advantage of that as my truck was currently in the body shop. The crew was professional, courteous, well versed & especially were tidy, maintained a clean work area & took "all" the old materials with them leaving my yard neater than before. And it only two days, amazing!! I am 100% satisfied with the outcome & the entire process. "I truly & honestly would recommend RV Roof Worx to my family, friends & to you!!"

BAD SERVICE, UNDEPENDABLE, RUDE, DOESN'T STAND BEHIND HIS WORK! Paul Kitchen failed to show up…read morefor two appointments without calling or apologizing for missing the appointment. He installed a new water heater in my camper trailer in June (finally showed up after one no-show); after my first camp out a month later the plumbing leading to the new water heater sprung a leak and flooded the camper. I removed the drain plug, called him, explained the situation, and scheduled for him to come out the following Wednesday. I texted him Tuesday night to confirm Wednesday morning appointment...no response. Didn't show on Wednesday morning. Tried calling and texting repeatedly...still no response the entire day. He finally replied to my multiple texts on Wednesday night as follows: Paul: "Sorry, just started a divorce. I'm only going to be doing winterizing for the rest of the year." Me: "Paul, you installed a new hot water heater in my camper and it leaked...Are you going to stand behind your work or do I have to take it to someone else to fix your work? Not to mention that we had an appointment this morning and you didn't show up or bother to call to reschedule." Paul: "Bull, I test those, when was this?" Me: "Can we talk?" Paul: "Obviously not, if you say my install was bad you can f*ck off." (Except without the *) I couldn't believe it. The text conversation went down hill from there and he repeatedly refused to talk to me on the phone. I ended up having to fix the problem myself which turned out to the connectors leading to the hot water heater hadn't been tightened down enough and had come loose. He could have figured that out in about 10 minutes or even talked me through fixing it on the phone, but he instead preferred to hurl insults, curses, deny any responsibility, and refused to stand behind his work. Unless you want to deal with someone who is undependable, rude, doesn't stand behind his work, and thinks that he is the only person in the world with personal problems and thinks they give him the right to treat people badly and say whatever he want, then STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!
