We purchased a used camper and took it here for repair. It was kind of a disaster. We asked them to…read morecheck the electrical system, replace the battery, and put in a new carbon monoxide detector. First, it took them 5 weeks. The battery went fine, but when we got home, a bunch of lights didn't work. Apparently, they didn't check the electrical system at all, but charged us for it. They also left the new carbon monoxide detector just sort of dangling from the wall because the screws didn't fit. We asked for our money back for everything but the batter and they refused, telling us we had to bring the camper back in to give them an opportunity to correct it, so we did. When we got the camper back, the carbon monoxide detector was installed upside down (an easy fix, but ... really?) and the protector that holds the electrical wires to the ceiling had been glued on very poorly and fell off within a few days. They also left giant grease stains all over our carpet. We called again, they asked us to bring it back a third time to have it professionally cleaned. I just refused and demanded a significant refund. Go elsewhere. Terrible service.

When I arrived, there was no record of them actually knowing that I was coming, despite the text exchange. However, they had Brandon come out to look at my camper. He inspected it and showed me some details - so far it was going well. He said he would have an estimate later that afternoon ("in a few hours"). That was a month ago. They now ignore any texts that we have sent asking for an update. Absolutely no communication from Brandon or anyone else there. It is impossible to actually get someone on the phone.
