I had a very similar experience, mirroring the other 1-star ratings. I was not paid for rentals of my camper, the camper was damaged and the company never informed me or repaired the ($16,000 worth of) damage. The camper was found missing several key components when I recovered it from the unsecured lot in Brighton. Neither the company, nor Chris, has returned multiple phone calls or emails for well over 9-months. My husband and I rented an RV for the first time and found this place! We were happy to rent from a locally owned business vs a national chain and happy that we did. Both Victor and Chris are friendly throughout the whole process! We took the 25' one slide out for the week and with two people it was easy to drive overall and easy to find places to stay and to boondock. They were available if we had questions about the vehicle or wanted recommendations on where to go along our trip. The unit was a 2017 so pretty clean and up to date. There was plenty of space for us to store our stuff and to bring a week's worth of groceries to cook as well. We set our sights on going to Yellowstone and Jackson via the east entrance but being the second week of Oct it ended up snowing and the entrances were closed. We stayed safe and warm in the RV while we waited it out in Cody, WY for 2 days and then slowly made our way back to Denver. We'd recommend these guys for anyone looking to rent an RV or travel trailer (pull behind) as they have several models to choose from. We'll be back to tent another next year for another adventure! read more

What an amazing 5 start experience, start to finish. I had trip planned to western Colorado with some friends over Memorial Day weekend. Originally the plan was to bring my RV from Chicago for the trip.. except the hot water heater blew up just as I was getting to leave. I called Chris at the last minute and they just had one RV left for the weekend. As a RV owner myself, I'm up on what it takes to maintain the RV and the things I often forget when I hit the road in my rig. Chris thought of everything and made sure the RV was ready to go when I showed up. Towels, linens, coffee filters, cups, pans, pots, plates, etc. He even had the fridge nice and cold when I arrived, which if you know anything about RV fridges, they take a while to get cold.. like forever. Especially on propane mode. It was a breath of fresh air to let someone else worry about the RV side of the trip so I could just focus on enjoying the trip with my friends. 10 out 10, I'll be back again. read more

Beware of this owners' fraudulent activity. He is a scam artist. I rented an RV from him in June 2023 and he held on to a security deposit of $1,000 for over a year and a half now. I backed the RV into a trash can and the tail light had minor damage. My insurance covered the repairs but he failed to get the repairs completed for over 1 1/2 years, during which time he refused to give my deposit back, despite confirmation and approval of the claim through my insurance company. Finally in January 2025, he submitted the repair costs to my insurance and despite them telling him the entire claim was covered, he then began refusing to return calls and return my money. I have emailed him and called him several times over the past month, with no response, as has my insurance company. However, he cashed the checks he received as confirmed by my insurance company. Additionally he tried to defraud my insurance company for an additional $3,000 for fake damage to the vehicle. They agreed to pay him until I informed him the claim was false. He is also using a fake contract from Outdoorsy when he actually isn't contracted with Outdoorsy. Do not rent from this company. read more

We rented a 26 foot trailer to head up to the Black Hills. The trailer was clean, modern and in great shape, both inside and out. Chris spent the right amount of time walking us through the trailer, functionality and amenities. We had rented RVs before but had not towed, so I was most concerned with the connections and Chris explained it all very clearly and helped us get on our way. The communication prior to the rental was great as we had a number of questions given it was our first trailer experience. This was a very personalized experience, so pretty much the opposite of the larger RV renters. I would rent from them again without a doubt and had a wonderful experience. read more

Chris & Sarah made our first RV rental so easy! We came to Parker from AZ for a horse show. They got us set up quickly and explained how everything works. The RV was clean & outfitted with everything we needed for the kitchen & bathroom-hand & dish soap, towels, tissue, paper towels, tp to name a few. We got the linen & kitchen package. Around the Park RV is run by a lovely husband and wife team: Chris and Sarah. My fiance and I decided to find a new kind of adventure so we rented the 30 ft Chateau RV to find the eclipse, hiking, biking and rafting! From the very start of the rental process, Chris and Sarah were by far the best in the area. It was nice to contact a company and talk to real humans, and very accommodating ones to boot. The prices I was quoted were the best in the area and also covered everything (no small print details that would wind up costing you a fortune in the end). We were given great instructions to their office and we easily arrived at their office location. Once there, I let it be known this was my first time in a motor home and was nervous about how it worked and driving it. Chris and Sarah were extremely patient and gave me thorough instructions until we felt comfortable enough to hit the road! Once on the road, and after exploring the RV a little bit more, I had additional questions and Sarah and Chris were easy to reach and happily answered all questions. Even better, when I told them of our plans, they provided potential itineraries. These itineraries were not just suggestions, they were full day activities with everything from the perfect camping spots to best hikes within the camp spot as well as rafting and hiking adventures. Furthermore, when mentioning these activities, Chris and Sarah opened up their office to reveal a variety of toys that we were able to borrow. If they did not have those items available, they knew of the best places to rent and when we mentioned we were renting with Chris and Sarah, everyone knew them and gave us an even better experience.
