Very attentive to our needs and questions, always quick to respond and worked on our behalf. We had actually started working with him in the fall as we were trying to decide what camper we wanted. Dan was never pushy, always friendly and always attentive to our needs. And once we made our decision, he worked to get the order processed back to Rockwood. Thank you, Dan! Pickup day also went well. The service advisor was very helpful and patient as I went through every detail of the camper, checking all the system and even checking every light switch and electrical plug. Working with Nick in finance was also a pleasure. The process went smoothly, wasn't rushed and, as we considered warranty and other add-on options, never pushy in any sense at all. We appreciate how we were treated! Thank you, Nick! In our opinion, Windish is far superior to those big conglomerates. It is family owned and clearly has implemented family values throughout. Everyone we have dealt with from sales to finance to parts and to service have been friendly and eager to help. Plus, they have quality products in their lineup which means to me that they want to represent value rather than just a quick sale. Integrity is another important factor, and I find that in their organization as well. We had an issue related to the hitch system that was installed and Windish stood behind their product and made it right! No excuses, just doing the right thing to provide that exemplary support. We are glad that we have purchased our camper from Windish and look forward to a long-term relationship with them. They have our full support and we highly recommend them if you are in the market for a camper.

    We had a great experience working with Christian! Truly, he was thoughtful, SO knowledgeable,…read morethought of things we never did. He advocated for us, got us the best deal. The knowledge he provided was TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. Additionally, the general manager, James Paredes, was also phenomenal to work with. Great store, great service...but when you hit the finance office, WATCH OUT. The process working with James Breeze, the finance manager, was truly awful. I have worked with several finance managers in my life...he was truly the most slimy, sales-y, shell game shuffler I have ever met. He started his spiel explaining that he negotiated down our rate by .5 of a percent. What a joke! I saw the rate they locked in on the computer. TWO POINTS LESS than what he offered us. Please do your due diligence and shop for loans. We should have done this! From there, he starts immediately in on warranties. He played the total payment game - and tried to narrow in on where we were comfortable...and he could inflate his profits based on our ideal payment. He showed us three payments with each level of warranty. I asked him AT LEAST 6 TIMES, what the base payment was without the warranty. He never answered. He just shifted his tactic and "slashed" prices, to try and get us to bite. We then see our paperwork and it said 10% down. We had discussed putting 20-25% down. He said that would couldn't do that because it would make "the rate go up." He wouldn't show us or give us option to do it. He made an exception and let us put $2k more down. In my opinion the rate would go down because it is less freaking risk if it is less money financed. We sat and argued about warranties and payments for over an hour. I was pissed, you could tell he was pissed. He made it sound like it was a subscription, $50/mo, for as long as you want it. I clarified to which he said, no, they'd add $7,000 roughly to our loan. He then proceeded to tell us that we could just get the warranty, then cancel if we changed our mind. I asked him what that cancellation policy looked like - he wouldn't tell me. He then said, well I guess I don't want you to buy if you're just going to cancel. Yeah, because you won't make any money! I could see his little warranty calculator on his computer, and the profit he made on every one. It was SICKENING. We waited two weeks to pick up our trailer, due to logistics. He was the one to schedule our pick up time - which he did wrong 3x in a row. We said two weeks out, we got an email a week out. He scheduled a week early because it was EOM and he wanted the books to close. My husband emailed him and ended up having to go in to reschedule due to his inability to get it right. From there, he spoke with him again and specified the correct date and time. To which, again, he scheduled for the wrong time. He's such a joke! Bro, why don't you LISTEN to your clients instead of push your bullshit agenda. I also had an issue with my loan paperwork and called to clarify with him. He was out. I worked with James Paredes, the GM, and we got it ironed out. The General Manager was phenomenal. However, the next day the finance manager called me back. He was inquiring about my issue and the email I sent. We started talking, I was explaining the issue - and he was so lost. He clearly didn't read my email, wasn't paying attention. I asked him if it was up, as I was referencing things ( he said he was confused) --- and he had to fumble to actually pull up the email. Furthermore, when he finally had it up, he tried to fumble his way through in trying to make numbers make sense that were unrelated to the issue. Come on dude, you're a numbers dude (allegedly) / finance professional -- and you're trying to throw false, unrelated numbers at me in an attempt to explain. This shows me you truly don't understand your job - or once again not listening. Last thing I will say. Against my request, my husband bought the ceramic coating warranty. $1495. We discussed it was internal and external ceramic coating. I asked James Breeze (finance manager) how they coat the inside. He said, "they just do." Awful answer, I was skeptical. My husband wanted it. Wellllll, we go to pick up our trailer and apparently it was done. I asked how we can tell for sure it had done, to which the tech said you can't. I did notice drips / water stains consistently all over the outside of the trailer. Which, if that is it, let's freaking hope it doesn't stay like that. On top of that? They left EVERY sticker on the outside of the trailer - so when I will take them off, they'll be huge spots without the "ceramic coating." Cherry on top? There was NOTHING that was done to the inside to ceramic coat it. What a joke. Anddddddd they made $1177 on us purchasing it. Overall, we are very happy with our trailer. Christian and James Paredes, the GM were phenomenal. The finance manager, James Breeze, however, was Truly awful, slimy, and a deceitful snake oil salesman.

    After the sale, if you need parts, you cannot purchase them online, but only from a retail location…read morewhich is a CRUMMY business model! Everyone sells online! You have to call a dealership and this one which is the closest where we bought our camper NEVER returns calls! Do I have to pick parts up in person ir can they be shipped to me? I have no idea because they never answer or return calls. They certainly reach out to you when they offer winterization or dewinterizing. That's when you'll hear from them. That or at the time of purchase to arrange the down payment or make delivery arrangements. Wave money in their face, they then show interest.
