We had a great experience working with Christian! Truly, he was thoughtful, SO knowledgeable, thought of things we never did. He advocated for us, got us the best deal. The knowledge he provided was TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. Additionally, the general manager, James Paredes, was also phenomenal to work with. Great store, great service...but when you hit the finance office, WATCH OUT. The process working with James Breeze, the finance manager, was truly awful. I have worked with several finance managers in my life...he was truly the most slimy, sales-y, shell game shuffler I have ever met. He started his spiel explaining that he negotiated down our rate by .5 of a percent. What a joke! I saw the rate they locked in on the computer. TWO POINTS LESS than what he offered us. Please do your due diligence and shop for loans. We should have done this! From there, he starts immediately in on warranties. He played the total payment game - and tried to narrow in on where we were comfortable...and he could inflate his profits based on our ideal payment. He showed us three payments with each level of warranty. I asked him AT LEAST 6 TIMES, what the base payment was without the warranty. He never answered. He just shifted his tactic and "slashed" prices, to try and get us to bite. We then see our paperwork and it said 10% down. We had discussed putting 20-25% down. He said that would couldn't do that because it would make "the rate go up." He wouldn't show us or give us option to do it. He made an exception and let us put $2k more down. In my opinion the rate would go down because it is less freaking risk if it is less money financed. We sat and argued about warranties and payments for over an hour. I was pissed, you could tell he was pissed. He made it sound like it was a subscription, $50/mo, for as long as you want it. I clarified to which he said, no, they'd add $7,000 roughly to our loan. He then proceeded to tell us that we could just get the warranty, then cancel if we changed our mind. I asked him what that cancellation policy looked like - he wouldn't tell me. He then said, well I guess I don't want you to buy if you're just going to cancel. Yeah, because you won't make any money! I could see his little warranty calculator on his computer, and the profit he made on every one. It was SICKENING. We waited two weeks to pick up our trailer, due to logistics. He was the one to schedule our pick up time - which he did wrong 3x in a row. We said two weeks out, we got an email a week out. He scheduled a week early because it was EOM and he wanted the books to close. My husband emailed him and ended up having to go in to reschedule due to his inability to get it right. From there, he spoke with him again and specified the correct date and time. To which, again, he scheduled for the wrong time. He's such a joke! Bro, why don't you LISTEN to your clients instead of push your bullshit agenda. I also had an issue with my loan paperwork and called to clarify with him. He was out. I worked with James Paredes, the GM, and we got it ironed out. The General Manager was phenomenal. However, the next day the finance manager called me back. He was inquiring about my issue and the email I sent. We started talking, I was explaining the issue - and he was so lost. He clearly didn't read my email, wasn't paying attention. I asked him if it was up, as I was referencing things ( he said he was confused) --- and he had to fumble to actually pull up the email. Furthermore, when he finally had it up, he tried to fumble his way through in trying to make numbers make sense that were unrelated to the issue. Come on dude, you're a numbers dude (allegedly) / finance professional -- and you're trying to throw false, unrelated numbers at me in an attempt to explain. This shows me you truly don't understand your job - or once again not listening. Last thing I will say. Against my request, my husband bought the ceramic coating warranty. $1495. We discussed it was internal and external ceramic coating. I asked James Breeze (finance manager) how they coat the inside. He said, "they just do." Awful answer, I was skeptical. My husband wanted it. Wellllll, we go to pick up our trailer and apparently it was done. I asked how we can tell for sure it had done, to which the tech said you can't. I did notice drips / water stains consistently all over the outside of the trailer. Which, if that is it, let's freaking hope it doesn't stay like that. On top of that? They left EVERY sticker on the outside of the trailer - so when I will take them off, they'll be huge spots without the "ceramic coating." Cherry on top? There was NOTHING that was done to the inside to ceramic coat it. What a joke. Anddddddd they made $1177 on us purchasing it. Overall, we are very happy with our trailer. After the sale, if you need parts, you cannot purchase them online, but only from a retail location which is a CRUMMY business model! Everyone sells online! You have to call a dealership and this one which is the closest where we bought our camper NEVER returns calls! Do I have to pick parts up in person ir can they be shipped to me? I have no idea because they never answer or return calls. They certainly reach out to you when they offer winterization or dewinterizing. That's when you'll hear from them. I purchased a Keystone Outback from this location along with over $10,000 in warranty coverage explicitly sold to me as comprehensive, top-to-bottom protection for FULL-TIME USE. What followed was a multi-year pattern of negligence, broken promises, and bad faith dealing. The RV They Sold Me: Structural floor failure across multiple locations throughout the unit (repair estimate: $41,343.37) Wet box water intrusion Multiple leaking windows Leveling system relay box failure causing secondary stabilizer damage Microwave frame and shroud disintegration Roof fasteners and staples protruding through interior Interior trim panels detaching Improperly installed and misaligned garage door Shower pan cracking and drain failure This is not a list of wear items. This is a unit with systemic, manufacturing/factory failures from day one. Will Weigel (Service Advisor): Handled my repair submission to Keystone. After an extended period of back-and-forth, he relayed Keystone's denial in a single sentence: "no manufacturing defect is present." No written determination. No engineering report. No photos. No warranty section cited. When I requested that documentation in writing, I received no response from him, but did from the Service Manager Steve. Steve Brown Jr. (Service Manager): So after I emailed Will asking for a written explanation for the warranty denial. Steve contacted me to say the unit was ready for pickup. This was before any covered repairs had been evaluated, submitted to my extended service contract, or authorized. When I declined pickup via email and listed the outstanding issues, he provided no path forward and stopped responding. I had to reach back out after a few weeks to ask for a status update. Sarah (assistant? sales manager): After multiple failed attempts at having my RV repaired, I resorted to writing a long angry Google review. Due to this Sarah reached out to me by phone claiming that she wanted to "make things right." During that conversation she acknowledged two things directly: that my RV was a lemon, and that Keystone RVs they had sold were on the whole, lemons. She stated this was the reason Blue Compass Wheat Ridge no longer carries Keystone. She offered me maximum trade-in value for my RV with no condition penalty given the factory defect history, which I accepted as a reasonable resolution. However, I was out of town on a work assignment, and it would be a while before I could come in. Approximately six months later when I was able to come in, I called her. Of course, in typical sales fashion, she had no recollection of that conversation. Instead, I was presented with a Brinkley RV priced at more than three times what I originally paid for my Outback. No trade value offer. No acknowledgment of the previous discussion. A straight upsell. I don't appreciate being lied to. I did not give them the chance to make it right to get completely hosed and left with a non-functional RV. I went in because she told me they would make it right. They did not. I guess I'm the sucker for having faith in her word and integrity. Because I was misled into thinking the issue would be remedied shortly, I stopped having mobile technicians come out to quote and work on the RV. Instead, opting to move on from the RV once I was able to get back to Colorado. I didn't expect a straight across trade, I didn't expect to get retail on the trade, I expected to get at least top level wholesale value. So I would be underwater but it was worth it to get rid of the lemon they had originally sold me. The Core Problem: The structural floor failure was reported to a dealer location prior to Keystone's structural warranty expiration. Rather than advocating for coverage on a $41,000 documented systemic failure, this location slow-walked the process, facilitated a one-sentence denial with zero supporting documentation, and is now pressuring me to pick up an unrepaired unit before any extended service contract claims have even been submitted. I paid for an RV and I paid for warranties to protect it. I received a unit that was falling apart from the factory and a dealership that has, at every turn, prioritized getting the unit off their lot over honoring the coverage I purchased. Do not buy an RV here. Do not purchase their warranty products. Do not accept verbal commitments without getting every single word in writing. I stopped in to purchase a valve for my fresh water tank on my Class B. JAMIE was very helpful in determining the size I needed. She got right down on the ground to determine the correct size. I asked if I could make an appointment to return for the swap out. She checked if the could just do it right then. CODY then came and said he could do it. Not only the part but he also took the initiative to clean the pump filter and flush out the tank. Of course he filled it back up with fresh water. Great salesmen, low pressure, low stress. Then you get passed through service and the experience nosedives off a cliff. We bought a RV on Saturday and we're told we couldn't take delivery that day because the trailer needed to go through an inspection to make sure it was both safe and functioning properly. The sales staff assured us that while the used RV had no warranty, all functions would work at the time of sale. They also assured us it would be thoroughly cleaned and prepped for us to pick up 5 days after the sale. The salesman even touted that they had to pay the service group $2,000 to prep each RV for sale. The days came and went, I took off work to make the delivery appointment and upon arrival, I found the RV in one of the bays, not prepped, not cleaned, not checked, not ready for delivery at all. They initially tried to rush a walk through and get me out the door, but after requesting the functions checks, safety checks, cleaning and even having to ask for the darn keys...they tried to rush through a few quick things and shuffled me out. To be fair, the technicians themselves were nice and helpful, but they were working through a predicament their management had put them in and were doing their best to minimize the failed situation. A bit over a hour after arriving to pick up our RV, I was ready to leave (with nothing but a quick power wash and keys in hand from the initial promised "pre-delivery inspection"). I decided to stop in and offer some feedback to a manager on site before leaving, to which I was meet with immediate hostility and blame as the customer. I stated the clear let down in service and a general desire for it to have gone better, as we waited 5 days for the service to be done and then had to wait 1 hour for a rushed and incomplete service to be performed after the delivery appointment because it hadn't been performed in the 5 days prior. Ultimately, the service manager was too much of a ego driven narcissist that I saw their true colors and ported just to leave as it was clear the concerns weren't something management gave two shits about, they wanted me (a calm but somewhat unhappy customer) gone. Add to that all, I get home with the new-to-us RV and find the technicians had left the water pump one and the faucet cracked on...so water had be slung everywhere and pooled on the wood inside structure in several locations. Perfect, day one of RV ownership thanks to Cousins RV and their staff. Management here needs to deal with the bad apples, as the sales team was stellar...but I will never buy here again due to the service manager. The technicians mistake was a mistake and I can be ok with that ultimately (and it's Colorado, a few fans and some time open and the RV will dry quickly). However, I will ensure my friends and family know our experience and with this review and others, let the general public know how Cousins RV treats their customers after the sale. Bait and switch is their method, beware...don't fall for their bait, they're in it for the sale and not the service. read more

I'll preface this by saying that our family visited in hopes of seeing what they've come out with since purchasing our camp trailer that is now 10 years old. We did not intent to buy today and were instead on a fact-finding trip. We appreciated that it wasn't a high pressure, stalking situation when we first arrived to check out options of what were available in our set of wishlist items for our next potential trailer. However, we also weren't immediately noticed or offered assistance initially. All trailers are locked, so you need a sales associate to show you around, and it wasn't immediately obvious how to get one of those to attend to us. When we asked the receptionist she did say she could call someone to help us and a nearby sales guy asked us what we were looking for and showed us several models that met what we were hoping for. Pricing seems comparable with other dealers in the area and while we're not quite ready to buy yet, I would definitely consider working with them on a trailer purchase. We just purchased a 2024 Forest River Entourage RV in October and its been nothing but a piece of $hit leaving me and my family stranded and looking for a another place to live while renovating our home! This service dept. is the worst in the business. They never answer the phone to start. I have left several voice mails over the last year and have never once had my call returned. You are forced to just keep calling back day after day until you get lucky and get someone on the phone. Once you do, you get an impatient or rude person who just seems very unwilling to help. It's like they want you to go somewhere else for service. I actually spoke to the new owner one day soon after it was purchased by Cousin's RV. He said he was aware of the service departments reputation and was going to change it. He did, It is even worse now. Purchased new trailer. If you can find another dealer with the same product, go to another dealer. Beware they add a $999 "protection package" into the finance agreement. We didn't ask for this package and felt this was a very "shady" add on to the finance agreement. Additionally, they reduce the interest rate on the loan if you agree to the extended warranty package. None of this was explained on the phone prior to signing the paperwork. Trailer was not very clean and we spent the afternoon cleaning and inspecting. (Tom the technician who did the walk through was great - the only person there that made us feel as if we had some value). Because we had ordered the trailer weeks ago and the very low inventory of small trailers in Colorado, we went through with the purchase. Very happy with the trailer and looking forward to great adventures in spite of this very poor experience. We did not purchase anything other than trailer and hitch from this business. Rather went directly to Camping World down the road and bought everything from hoses and surge protector to sheets. Already removed the Cousins stickers from the trailer. Looking for a replacement water heater for my camper. Looked up Suburban manufacturing and found Cousins as a distributor thought this is great I talked to them at the RV show and was told they have some of the best prices in town and "can really sharpen their pencils" for you. Apparently in reality that means something different here. I was quoted $505.89 on the phone. Amazon was around 470 and Camping world listed it at 523. I thought these guys were great at the RV show so I'll go order. So sharpening their pencils they got it ordered for $555.89. I should have walked out but figured CW would probably do the same thing. I like to buy local. Next time I'll get some names and if they won't honor the catalog pricing I'm out. So for the rest of you write down the name of the person giving the quote or suffer a 10% up charge. If they start to "sharpen their pencils" for you run for the door. Update 6/14/2019 Good news part came in fast, but the box was open? If you pay full premium price I don't think you should get an open box item. read more

To update - because Cousins wouldn't complete warranty work, we had to have coachman pick it up for repairs. We STILL do not have our camper. We've owned it a little over a year and it's been waiting for warranty work to be complete for over 8 months. I encourage you again - do NOT purchase from here. Our salesman, Brandon, at the Colorado Springs location was knowledgeable and courteous. He showed us a few options for what we were looking for and offered good advice. The finance representative, Aaron, was very friendly and made the sale very easy. We never felt any high-pressure sales tactics and walked away satisfied for the most part with all of the additional dealer options that came with buying from Cousins RV. The primary reason we went with 3 stars is because we added a weight distribution hitch and brake controller to the sales contract and expected them to be expertly installed, so we could simply pull away, ready to go camping. When we picked up our vehicle on the initial install, we were told that Cousins did not carry the wiring harness for our vehicle and we would need to buy that ourselves before the brake controller could be installed. That should have been the first clue that we might be getting swindled, because we later found out that other places provide the wiring harness as part of the deal. Regardless, we bought a harness online and installed it in ourselves. Upon picking up the trailer, our technician noticed that the previous technician did not do the wiring correctly at the rear of the vehicle. He had to run a jumper to the wiring harness, so the brake controller displayed properly when the 7-pin was connected. He also noticed that the trailer was riding almost 3 inches too high and said he was surprised that it wasn't leveled properly when the hitch was first installed. He went on to say that we might need to bring it back in to have the hitch lowered, if the trailer didn't level off when we loaded it with our gear. We drove home and loaded over 500 lbs of camping gear and storage crates but nothing changed. Long story short, it will cost us another $180+ to get an additional adapter to lower the hitch and get everything level. The hitch they installed is maxed out and won't go any lower. When I called to inquire about it, the service department acted as if we should have known that an additional part would need to be purchased. We feel very misled about the full-service treatment we were promised. It would have been nice to know about the possibility of needing additional parts, when we signed papers to have the hitch and brake controller installed by them. Additionally, they had a second opportunity to let us know about the additional costs, when we dropped our vehicle off for the initial install two weeks before we picked up the trailer, but said nothing aside from the wiring harness. That tells me that the technician did the bare minimum to get us out the door and this is a clear example of shady dealers cutting corners to save money. After all of this, we felt compelled to check with another dealer and have them make sure we were safe to travel. They said we should definitely fix the hitch issue before hauling the trailer any significant distance from home. In retrospect, it feels like once the ink dried on the contract, the friendly customer service went away. We recently had questions about the contract and it has been hard to get a call back or a reply to emails on the website. When you speak to anyone other than someone in sales, they are very short with you and sound like they are annoyed that you called. Overall, we are pleased with our trailer, but have a bad taste in our mouths now and probably will shop elsewhere for future parts, services or upgrades. read more

While our ordering and purchasing experience was good, I have discovered that Cousins will not help with warranty work. Throughout our research, ordering and purchasing a new Lance I was told that warranty work could be completed at the Loveland Cousins Facility even though we had to go to Cousins in Colorado Springs to pickup our Lance. Today I found the truth when the Loveland Cousins Parts and Service Department informed me that they will not complete any Lance Warranty Orders or Work. Had a very disappointing visit to the Wheatridge Cousins RV today. Drove 1 1/2 hrs to look at a used travel trailer. #1 the video did not match this trailer, #2 the written description did not match this trailer. As soon as we walked up, the trailer looked like it had been run on muddy dirt roads. Opened the door and the first thing you see is how filthy dirty the entire inside was. Sofa was broke from the floor, freezer had melted ice cream covering at least half the freezer floor, entire frig was gross dirty, the bathroom door had a hole the size of a fist in it, and the filth just continued everywhere we looked. The real kicker was the trailer had not been winterized, in COLORADO!! I was really prepared to buy that trailer from what I saw on line. NOT!! I gave them a 2 star rating because the receptionist was very nice and we believe the salesman was a little embarrassed at what he saw too. Otherwise, it would have been a 1 star at best. read more

Sub par at best, the "sale" numbers are actually MSRP and if course, they never mention that. We ended up buying here but it was a rookie move for sure. So far, the mobile service team has been amazing so 5 stars on that front. read more

Where to start??? I'm at odds right now because I have to choose my words wisely. Sales and finance departments, this has nothing to do with you. I'm giving you guys a 4 Star for all your efforts. I still recommend folks to you but will always advise buyers to BEWARE of the service department. You be the judge. I purchased a brand new Starcraft Comet Mini Extreme. I towed this home with my Ford F-350 with no issues. When I got home and disconnected the trailer the plug felt a little warmer than my other trailers. I saw no visible problems and thought nothing of it. A few weeks later I hook the trailer up to my Jeep and within 3 miles I see smoke in my rear camera. I get out and the plug/electrical cord had burned from the plug all the way back to the battery. See photos. I called the dealership and was told the service department believed the Jeep has a special solenoid that will back feed into the trailer. Now, I told the service department I was going to tow the trailer with my Jeep, gave the the specific year and model, and they recommended a brake module but said it will be fine to tow without it. I make an appointment to have it looked at plus have some other work done to my Jeep. I drop the Jeep and camper off on the appointment day. I get a call later that afternoon and I'm told the camper repairs are not going to be covered under the warranty because the tech believes the issue was caused by the Jeep. I asked for further explanation and I was told the 7way plug grounded out the the muffler on my Jeep and burned all the way back to the trailer. Lets backtrack just a little to when I towed it home with my Ford F-350. Remember when I said the plug was warmer than usual, well now I had to investigate. I noticed the same pin inside the 7 way plug on my Jeep and truck were burned. Fact, I only hooked the camper up to my truck once and it was before the Jeep incident. Yes, I relayed this to the service rep. Fast forward, I get a call again and am told that the tech, service rep and the general manager all agreed the problem was my Jeep and I was going to have to pay for it. Warranty my a$$. A little background about me, I've been a master electrician since 2000 and an electrician since 1993. I've seen my fair share of grounds. So no this review is not based on me just wanting to complain. I'm reading reviews from Yelp and other sites, it would appear the service department has a less than stellar reputation. Just in case Yelp feels this review does not meet their criteria, I have posted this on my other social media sites where I have over 1,000 followers with several of the in the Colorado region. A phone call and a simple "We're sorry this happened Mr Schipper" is not going to suffice this time. You want to know how to change my 1 Star review to a 5 Star review, yes I've seen the challenge in previous posts, make it right. I'll pay for my Jeep parts and work, you take care of your defective parts and labor on the camper. I don't need some empty apologies from you. What's done is done. Sorry won't fix your actions. Call me 303-710-3890. For those who took the time to read this far, at this point I would trust the sales and financial departments. Purchased a brand new 5th wheel (2021) at the show at the ranch. We were told it was prepped for a generator & convection oven. When we went to the walk through everything we were told at the show was totally different. Also it was not generator prepped or had a convection oven. On our very first trip with the new trailer, nothing but problems with it. Water leaks all over the trailer & hydraulic jacks would not work. Took to have warranty work done at Longmont Cousins weeks before getting it back. When we did get it back not all the repairs were done & all the service department does is lies about everything. It has been to the shop 4 times from the time we bought it, not only that they wrecked it & didn't tell us. I always take videos of my camper before I take it for repairs for that reason. When I told them they said how do we know it wasn't like that when you brought it in, I said would you like to see the video I took before I took it in. The manager is really good at telling you what you want to hear, so that will keep you content. Having nothing but problems with hydraulic legs because the battery always goes dead, so the manager says we will give you a solar panel to keep your battery charged instead of fixing the problem. Run from this company spend your hard earned money somewhere else, where your respected. By the way problems still aren't fixed till this day. Warning don't buy here ! read more

My wife and I started to entertain the idea of purchasing a travel trailer however we did not have any idea where to start looking or which rv trailer was right for our needs and family. After searching many dealers in Denver and surrounding areas we came across RV Four Seasons online. Read a good amount of reviews and decide to stop by and browse their inventory. From the moment we arrived we where impressed by their showroom hosting a couple of units dressed very well. Our sales rep Dustin greeted us with a smile! We explained to Dustin our wants and after listening he took us outside to show us a couple models we would be interested in. Very impressive selection of travel trailers available on their lot. After going back and forth we found one both my wife and I fell in love with. After settling on a price with Joey the GM of sales we where stoked to pick up our unit. From start to finish RV Four Seasons was amazing from Dustin our sales rep, Joey GM, Tim finance, David delivery Coordinator, Matt delivery walk thru and Tom our service tech that installed the weight distribution system on our truck, these fine group of individuals made our first time buying a travel trailer a pleasure! This was the shadiest experience of my life. We bought a camper from Cousins RV in Loveland a couple of weeks ago. We had to wait a week to pick it up. When we got there the following week they tried giving us a different camper then the one we were under the impression we bought. It was a few months older and missing half of the accessories. They said they wanted to get rid of the older one first so they switched the numbers on the paperwork without telling us. It was missing the sound bar, tv, air conditioner, and heated tanks plus more. After flipping out they ended up putting all of that on the camper but still. I would never buy from them again. What if we didn't notice right away? Not to mention how do you do that to a customer. Show them something and then try to give them something with less and is older. Plus they said they would mail us the owners manuals and still haven't after calling and reminding them several times. read more

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. The bad reviews are not wrong. Long story short. They listed their RV wrong on their site and RV Trader. I had the deal all set up and then they realized the listing was wrong. So rather than just owning it the salesman, the branch manager and the regional manager made up a story. They claim I didn't put down the deposit that morning (which I didn't know I could nor was offered to). So I'm thinking done deal. but i get a call the next morning telling me not to come, that it was sold. They claim that the branch manager sold it to someone else that evening and that the guy was there in the morning to finalize. That he put down a deposit. I was told that these salesman don't know what deals the other is making. As if this is some huge facility, which it's not. When i said that the manager proceeded to tell me that Mark the salesman wasn't there yesterday and was working my deal remotely. With is a lie because i have the pics he sent me of the RV. Furthermore the manager admitted he and Mark made our deal. So at the end of the day there is no "other buyer". This was all made up so they wouldn't have to pay for their mistake on the listing. Which BTW went up $6k the day I made our deal. The regional manager is just as guilty because he let this all fly on the lies of the Loveland branch. These folks are 100% liars and deceivers. There is more that they lied about but this review would be a mile long. I even have all texts to prove it all. These attached pics say it all. Both are taken on the same day. They changed their price on their site but not on RV Trader. Go elsewhere with your money. I wouldn't buy a keychain from these liars. read more

Last year I went to the Wheatridge location to purchase a used 1994 Dutchman RV that was listed for $10K. I saw all the pictures and called to see if it was still available for purchase. I was told I had better hurry if I wanted to buy as there were many people interested in this RV. This was my first time looking at RVs and I really didn't know what I should be looking for other than the fact that everything worked. There was only 41k miles on the speedometer and the generator had 44 hours of use. On a quick run through I felt it was a good deal and paid the $10k without haggling over the price. It wasn't until later that I discovered that the generator didn't work, that it had black mold growing in the rotted walls where it was leaking and that the Kelly blue book value was set at $5k in good condition. Later the shower floor caved in due to rot, I had water pouring in so hard during the first rain that I had multiple cans placed around the camper to catch the water that was coming in from a roof that was damaged and needed a complete new roof install. The tires were too dry rotted to even make short trips to a local camp ground. Needless to say it was the worst purchase I have ever made in my life. Even after putting another $5k into the vehicle I still couldn't enjoy a weekend away. Never again will I trust this company with my business nor will I recommend them to anyone looking for new or used RV. read more
