I was told to talk to Cindy the warranty person so we could talk about my van warranty and I left countless messages for her but NO reply. These people are sneaky, I hope you won't have to work with them! You hoo Cindy please call me!

What followed was a multi-year pattern of negligence, broken promises, and bad faith dealing. The RV They Sold Me: Structural floor failure across multiple locations throughout the unit (repair estimate: $41,343.37) Wet box water intrusion Multiple leaking windows Leveling system relay box failure causing secondary stabilizer damage Microwave frame and shroud disintegration Roof fasteners and staples protruding through interior Interior trim panels detaching Improperly installed and misaligned garage door Shower pan cracking and drain failure This is not a list of wear items. This is a unit with systemic, manufacturing/factory failures from day one. Will Weigel (Service Advisor): Handled my repair submission to Keystone. After an extended period of back-and-forth, he relayed Keystone's denial in a single sentence: "no manufacturing defect is present." No written determination. No engineering report. No photos. No warranty section cited. When I requested that documentation in writing, I received no response from him, but did from the Service Manager Steve. Steve Brown Jr. (Service Manager): So after I emailed Will asking for a written explanation for the warranty denial. Steve contacted me to say the unit was ready for pickup. This was before any covered repairs had been evaluated, submitted to my extended service contract, or authorized. When I declined pickup via email and listed the outstanding issues, he provided no path forward and stopped responding. I had to reach back out after a few weeks to ask for a status update. Sarah (assistant? sales manager): After multiple failed attempts at having my RV repaired, I resorted to writing a long angry Google review. Due to this Sarah reached out to me by phone claiming that she wanted to "make things right." During that conversation she acknowledged two things directly: that my RV was a lemon, and that Keystone RVs they had sold were on the whole, lemons. She stated this was the reason Blue Compass Wheat Ridge no longer carries Keystone. She offered me maximum trade-in value for my RV with no condition penalty given the factory defect history, which I accepted as a reasonable resolution. However, I was out of town on a work assignment, and it would be a while before I could come in. Approximately six months later when I was able to come in, I called her. Of course, in typical sales fashion, she had no recollection of that conversation. Instead, I was presented with a Brinkley RV priced at more than three times what I originally paid for my Outback. No trade value offer. No acknowledgment of the previous discussion. A straight upsell. I don't appreciate being lied to. I did not give them the chance to make it right to get completely hosed and left with a non-functional RV. I went in because she told me they would make it right. They did not. I guess I'm the sucker for having faith in her word and integrity. Because I was misled into thinking the issue would be remedied shortly, I stopped having mobile technicians come out to quote and work on the RV. Instead, opting to move on from the RV once I was able to get back to Colorado. I didn't expect a straight across trade, I didn't expect to get retail on the trade, I expected to get at least top level wholesale value. So I would be underwater but it was worth it to get rid of the lemon they had originally sold me. The Core Problem: The structural floor failure was reported to a dealer location prior to Keystone's structural warranty expiration. Rather than advocating for coverage on a $41,000 documented systemic failure, this location slow-walked the process, facilitated a one-sentence denial with zero supporting documentation, and is now pressuring me to pick up an unrepaired unit before any extended service contract claims have even been submitted. I paid for an RV and I paid for warranties to protect it. I received a unit that was falling apart from the factory and a dealership that has, at every turn, prioritized getting the unit off their lot over honoring the coverage I purchased. Do not buy an RV here. Do not purchase their warranty products. Do not accept verbal commitments without getting every single word in writing. If something goes wrong, this is exactly what you should expect.

You have to call a dealership and this one which is the closest where we bought our camper NEVER returns calls! Do I have to pick parts up in person ir can they be shipped to me? I have no idea because they never answer or return calls. They certainly reach out to you when they offer winterization or dewinterizing. That's when you'll hear from them. That or at the time of purchase to arrange the down payment or make delivery arrangements. Wave money in their face, they then show interest.

Very attentive to our needs and questions, always quick to respond and worked on our behalf. We had actually started working with him in the fall as we were trying to decide what camper we wanted. Dan was never pushy, always friendly and always attentive to our needs. And once we made our decision, he worked to get the order processed back to Rockwood. Thank you, Dan! Pickup day also went well. The service advisor was very helpful and patient as I went through every detail of the camper, checking all the system and even checking every light switch and electrical plug. Working with Nick in finance was also a pleasure. The process went smoothly, wasn't rushed and, as we considered warranty and other add-on options, never pushy in any sense at all. We appreciate how we were treated! Thank you, Nick! In our opinion, Windish is far superior to those big conglomerates. It is family owned and clearly has implemented family values throughout. Everyone we have dealt with from sales to finance to parts and to service have been friendly and eager to help. Plus, they have quality products in their lineup which means to me that they want to represent value rather than just a quick sale. Integrity is another important factor, and I find that in their organization as well. We had an issue related to the hitch system that was installed and Windish stood behind their product and made it right! No excuses, just doing the right thing to provide that exemplary support. We are glad that we have purchased our camper from Windish and look forward to a long-term relationship with them. They have our full support and we highly recommend them if you are in the market for a camper.

An obviously broken part we needed fixed. They just "forgot"! Forgot to order the new part and forgot to install it I guess! Complete waste of our time. Nobody here goes through and checks to make sure a job is actually done. Incredibly disappointing. Also, they ripped off our fridge latch from the wall. So now we have to travel with a swinging open fridge door for the time being. This was the worst experience at an rv center I've ever had and I have been full time traveling out of an rv for many years.

We discussed this with Thor and they suggested we come back to the factory to get it addressed. We couldn't decide if it was alignment our the controller. With winter, we opted to deal with it until spring. Over the past 4 weeks, we were again stranded 3 times. The first time, Thor service gave us a tip on reversing the wiring at the controller (under the right side bay). That worked and got us on the road. The next stop had the same issue and again we were stranded. A local mechanic showed me a process to override the controller and again got us on the road. We recently hit Denver for two weeks so I began looking for a way to get it fixed. After three calls to Lazy Days RV which were never returned, I talked to a Overall RV. They were helping me with a frozen valve in the water bay. Turns out the tech was the owner...he and his partner did slide alignments at Camping World for years. They looked at my slide and measured the alignment. I was off by more the 1 1/2 inches, top to bottom putting a strain on the motors and the controller. They gave me an estimate to fix it on site. The cost to drive to Elkhart IN along with continued frustration made my decision easy... two hours later, they aligned the slide, checked the controller and motors, lubbedd the tracks, checked the rollers and tested the slide at least 8 times. They ended their appointment by telling me they reduced my expense by $200! Because only one end of the slide was off track, their labor was less... Oh and they did this work on New Year's Day! A huge shout out to Overall RV Service in Denver CO. They walked me through every step of the process so I would understand what they were doing and how I could keep up with maintenance going forward. They never said a negative word about Thor or the Palazzo and demonstrated a strong knowledge of the rig and systems. Awesome job and keeps us on the road! We love our Palazzo. There are things I can and cannot do on my own. When we find a good technician and honest business, we do our best to let the folks know. If in this area and need help, give them a call... I'm back on the road tomorrow!! Happy New Year!

Manny Beauchamp 29 years of sales with Windish (this tells me right off something good about this dealership) Manny showed us the inventory that met with our needs and gave us an initial offer with our trade.... Of course this wasn't what we wanted. So began the negotiations (via text & phone) We countered and our offer was accepted. It was too easy. But quite fair. We gave our deposit and set a date for transfer. We arrived and under Mannys guidance we up graded our tow package and had our cameras sealed over.... This all being done while we toured the new rig and did the paper work Thomas in Customer Service gave us a tour and demonstration of all the features of our new rig. He knew his stuff and wasn't rushing through. Next up we met with Sam Kerner Financial Officer. (Now, we all know how this usually goes with sales pitches and up grades) Pleasantly surprised to report that this was hands down the best experience we ever had in a purchase of a vehicle. We did do the added exterior protection and as always we take on the extended warranty..., but without any pressure and with Sam finding us good discounts. Sam is a gem for Windish RV. (Sam also gifted us a gift card for their store) While transferring our stuff from the old to new rig one of the detailing guys (Nate) noticed we had an issue and offered to help us slide our trike over and unload it. He reported that he loved working at Windish. The detail supervisor (name ?) stopped by and reviewed what had been done to prepare the interior and exterior for years of use. Next up was the transfer of our cameras by (forgot his name) He knew what he was doing and had it done in no time and made sure everything worked to our expectations. When we were ready a Service Tech. came out and gave us a demonstration and hands on with our new tow package. (It was a smart move on our part to take Mannys advice) Since we left with our new rig and have been touring Colorado Manny has contacted us several times to see how we were doing and helped us sort out of a few items (like light switch locations and simple items) My wife Nancy and I can not say enough good things about our experience with this Windish RV and have even referred a couple we met in Glenwood looking to upgrade their rig. Looking for an upgrade or just looking to get into RV/trailering..., go to Windish and ask for Manny Beauchamp You can't go wrong We are really enjoying our 2022 Momentum 29/G Rod n Nancy
