The little details count too: like the cleanliness of the bathrooms and showroom. When we meet Adam at an RV show, he was not high pressure, just honest and informative. He let the camper sell itself. It was refreshing and even talked with my wife. A lot of the other RV salesman would only talk to me. I promised myself to keep my reviews very honest and not driven my my own situations. I will start of by saying I have been searching for for my next RV for a long time. I came across the Tent trailer concept that sets up in 90 seconds. You just open it up and press the button. These come at a premium price so I hoped to find one very lightly used. I live in Iowa, so any dealers with these are going to be a drive for me. I found one at B&B RV. I emailed Them and a nice guy Adam got right back to me. I explained what I was looking for and was excited he had one used. After a couple of emails I stated working on financing of this unit. Adam called me to talk financing and how busy they are. We talked about how fast the trailer sets up and I expressed how excited I was to find a lightly used trailer. After a bit of work with my final company, and some further calls to Adam, we arranged to drive to Denver to take delivery of our new trailer. Adam informed me he was really too busy to help me on the day was coming for it. I was floored as I was paying 20k for it, and he could not find time to help a customer out. In the end we decided we would do a quick walk through and would hook up and head back. He understood this would be a 1300 trip for us, and really wasn't super helpful. We made the trip to Denver and stayed in a hotel to be at the dealership right at opening. Once we arrived we were greeted with Adam and the rest of the team. They really were very nice in person, however once again he informed me that he really did not have time for me. He did say we could do a quick walk around, but could not open it, as he didn't have the time. We did a quick walk around and it was a great looking rig, we were really excited to hook up and head home. Last step was to go inside and pay the last $1500, sign, and hook up and roll. On our walk back in we spotted one already up and asked to go see it, so Adam walked us through it. While inside I spotted something that was not in any of the pictures we saw online. There were aluminum poles holding this tent up, and I asked confused, "what are these". He said oh this is the pole version of the OPS 200. This is the same model you bought. Completely floor I said, Adam, this not what we were buying. Adam went on to say well that's what you are buying. I know it was in the ad, it's a Pole tent trailer. I told him I needed to talk with my spouse and we would be right back with him. We tried to look up the ad and it was removed from the site, so we could not see it. I called my bank and asked them if I was stuck with this purchase and they indicated they would unwind the loan. The whole reason we wanted this trailer was the air system that inflated the tent. Without it it was just another tent trailer. We went back in the store and let them know we were not going to buy it. Adam seemed very surprised we would drive this far and walk away. No one tried to make it right or work with us, they just said , sorry it didn't work out. So I left with 20k in my hand and drove home to Iowa very disappointed. I wanted to flame Adam and his dealership because i felt deceived, and mistreated, however I take responsibility for not asking the right questions. I did not know there was a pole version of this trailer or I would have asked, and there was no distinct note in their ad that stats this is NOT a Air Opus200 This is not all on B&B, but this follows the pattern I've read about in reviews. Buyer beware! B&B RV sells junk and lacks the capacity to service what they sell. My wife and I purchased a camper from B&B in August of 2023. The first trip out it was obvious that there was absolutely no quality control prior to us receiving the camper. We had 10 major issues and one minor issue that were very obvious and there is no way the camper should have been allowed to drive off the lot. Immediately after our trip, we contacted B&B and they got us right in to fix the problems. When we picked up our camper after repairs, we had to clean up all of the construction dust from the kitchen area where they had to do repairs as they were too lazy to clean up after themselves. We immediately took the camper on another trip and discovered several additional new problems. Again, we contacted B&B and dropped off the camper just after Labor Day. Well, after going back and forth with In Tech and the manufacturer of the broken equipment for the warranty, we finally got our camper back in April. When we picked it up, they assured us that everything was working. We have a big trip planned so we took the camper out for a quick overnight to make sure everything was good to go. Another electrical issue arose that had never happened before. A fuse was blown and every time it was replaced it would immediately blow out, effecting two fans and two USB outlets. The water pump also stopped working which was a problem that had supposedly been fixed the first time it went back for repairs. We took it back yet again with the assurance it would be an easy fix. With a big trip coming up, I took a day off work and drove a total of three hours (again) to pick up the camper. I took it home and discovered that the ground issue had been fixed, but one of the electric fans on that circuit still did not have power. On top of that, there was fiberglass dust everywhere in the kitchen for us to clean up. Additionally, they had to get under the bed to access the water pump and electrical system. The service techs could not even put the mattress back on the bed, it was thrown half on half off the bed pressed up against a closet. Nothing says, "we care" like leaving a massive mess for your customer to clean up. Overall, I will say that everyone at B&B was very nice and made like they wanted to help, but the staff is grossly incompetent and there is no quality control whatsoever. I still have a month and a half left on my warranty and I am forced to go somewhere with a competent service staff and pay to have electrical work done. When I spoke to Nick, the General Manager on the phone, he actually wanted me to drive another 3 hours round trip. When I told him that I would never return to B&B, all he stated was, "Well, I guess there is nothing left to talk about." Not a care in the world that he manages a shop that is so unprofessional. We are so disappointed that we spent so much hard-earned money on such a lemon of a camper and there is no sense of customer service, and no one cares. The most unhelpful shop I have ever done business with. Avoid this business. Save the headache and frustration. read more

We searched for a lot of RV rental places and decided on B&B over services like Outdoorsy because of the reputation. The expectation was that they had new equipment and provided inspections so our trip would be safe. We were driving across the country so having a safe RV was the most important factor. On the phone we made this very clear that we were driving 1,200 miles each way. We paid a premium for this but we were severely let down by the staff and the vehicle. As soon as we hit the freeway we noticed a major vibration in the steering even at 50MPH. This caused the RV to pull to the right and the entire dashboard vibrated. Along I80 there are high winds and it made the drive extremely dangerous. We made it to Utah and spend the night where we noticed the shower leaked because the door frame had no silicone to attach it to the basin. I immediately sent an email to B&B on Saturday (1 day into the trip) to notify them that the RV had problems. We didn't receive a response until Monday but it was by phone and we had no cell reception. I stopped in Elko, NV to get a $5 tube of clear silicone to fix the shower for the rest of the trip. The night before we were to head back to CO the rear jacks did not retract and the slide out would not operate. It took us 2 hours to get both retracted and ended up spending the night in tight quarters because we could not risk the issues leaving so early the next morning. The issue seemed to be with the generator or batteries since it worked on city power (batteries were fully charged). Once we got back to the facility we made an extensive list of the issues so they were aware of the problems (even more than above). The response I got back was "unfortunately, we cannot test drive all 70 RVs we have so we have to rely on customers to report the issues back to us". Completely inexcusable to tell customers that their safety is reliant on self reporting. Nothing was offered other than a sorry and then we were asked "other than that, how was the trip?". It was horrible and it was due to the terrible RV we rented to make this drive. This is the last time we will rent an RV and customers need to be aware of B&B's policy of safety. No test drives, and nothing other than a quick walk through by a mechanic to get the rental back on the road. read more

We had a wonderful experience renting from B&B RV. My family of 4 flew into Denver from Florida for a trip of a lifetime. We took an Uber from the airport to pick up the RV. Nathan was great, he efficiently completed the paperwork and showed us how the RV worked. We were on the road in 20 minutes. Over the course of 12 days, we traveled to Mt. Rushmore, the Badlands, Crazy Horse Memorial, Devil's Tower, Yellowstone, and Jackson Hole. We didn't have any issues and the RV was perfect for our family of 4. I am so glad we choose B&B RV, it cost a little more than competitors, but it was totally worth it!!! read more

We purchased a used motorhome here and had a good experience. This is a family owned business, and I have to say everyone from the office to the shop were very friendly. We had a few little glitches, but everything was worked out. We had a lot of questions, and they did their best to answer them. I would say that their garage is a little unorganized, but it is a small area and the middle of winter when we were there. I understand at some point they are moving to a larger facility. All in all I felt as though we had good service from the point of looking to purchase to purchasing. All the paperwork was in good order as well. read more

We paid nearly 6 thousand dollars to rent a RV from B&B RV for 8 days. Halfway through our trip we started having electrical issues that couldn't be resolved. When I requested a refund for 1/2 of the rental fee and the cost of the hotel we had to rent they refused. Our trip was ruined and filled with constant stress. My mother in law was stuck in the RV because the stair wasn't working properly. Think twice before renting from here. They didn't have any resources for us and taking the RV in to be looked at before our long trip home wasn't an option. read more

I had about 10 things go wrong with the RV I rentEd. All electrical problems but at the very end they will tell you I don't know how to operate electrical things. Fine one thing they didn't do was do the recall Ford issued on their vehicles in March I rented an RV in May that broke down on the highway going 65 miles an hour no power steering and no brakes. How I manage not to wreck is a miracle. And what they did was take $300 from me because I didn't fill the gas tank up that left me stranded in the Rocky Mountains. Our RV experience with B&B was fantastic! Great RV & great customer service. We rented the C Class 29' with king bed, 2 TV's, a sofa, a slide out that gave us an extra 4-5 feet width that opened up to a nice little home at each RV Campsite! LOTS of storage. Ample freezer & fridge room, a kitchen nook that seated 4, and the kitchen had everything you need. We purchased the complete package which included dishes, pots & pans, bed & bath linens & clean up service. All we had to do was empty out the RV of our belongings (including food) take out the trash, drop off the RV & go. They even called us the next day yo make sure everything went well. I would call for an update and was told "We are really busy, we should get it in a few days. ". When it finally was worked on I wasn't given an update. I wanted to share my experience with B&B RV service department to show what other potential customer could face when doing business with them. Our trailer was in a hail storm in WY on 5/27/18 damaging the skylight covers (2), A/C shroud, antenna, and the awning. I called my insurance company and I opened a claim and was told I could take it to any RV repair shop that could repair the damage. On 5/29/18 I called B&B service manager, Mark, and was told that they can help me with the repairs so I dropped it off that day to get a quote so it can be passed on to my insurance company, which I told Mark would be involved with this process. I was also told by Mark that he would have their techs look at it and get me a quote by the end of the day. On June 5th I still have not heard from their service department so I wrote them an email asking for the quote on what they found...No response...On June 8th I called Misty about the lack of communication from the service department and she said she would get back to me later in the day or on June 11th (Monday). On June 11th at 3:45pm I call Misty since she did not return my call per our conversation, and she put Mark on the phone and he was upset that I went to a higher up about my lack of communication issue from the B&B service department. During this phone conversation Mark stated he would get back to me Tuesday morning June 12th. On June 15th since Mark did not follow up with me as stated in our previous phone I call and left a voice mail at 11:05am. Fast forward - eventually they fixed the skylights, A/C shroud, and antenna and I did pick up our trailer for trip that we had planned since the first of the year. BUT... I have issues with the repairs...1 - the antenna cable was so taught that it pulled the screw and plastic retailer out of my roof and the cable was blowing in the wind...2 - the roof membrane around the skylights is not longer secured (glued) to the support structure under the rubber membrane around where the lap sealant is. 3 - During the hail storm I removed the inter skylights to stop more damage and water running down the inside of the ceiling and B&B did not even reinstall them, they were sitting on the bed in plain sight. At this time I was still waiting for the awning to come in that Mark stated was ordered but due to all the hail storms they are backed ordered. I can accept that until August 31st when I called the awning manufacturing company to inquire about ordering my awning...What do you know, I could get in it in 3 days...I did write the service department another email stating I just want to pay my bill for the repairs they completed to date. After not hearing from them yet again, I called and talked to a Nate about wanting to pay my bill...I have to say Nate is what a service department needs not Mark. Nate help me get my invoice for the repairs and I was able to pay for it over the phone today with him. Now for the biggest issue I have with them....During all my talks with Mark and some emails I sent him I stated need before repaired photos for my insurance company so they can approve the repairs. I also email and told Mark that my insurance company has been trying to reach B&B service department by calling and mailing a letter and they also could not get ahold of him. When I paid the bill today I found out that they did not have any before photos like I requested and I had to pay for the full repair and I will not be able to request reimbursement from my insurance company. This is an our of pocket cost of ~$1200. Like I stated I wanted to share my experience with them in hopes that if you do use them you are ready for the time you will be spending trying to get ahold of them and for the subpar work they do in my opinion. Everything was really great with this company, but I can only give them four stars because of how expensive they are. I mean, $3000 for seven nights in a 24' RV. That's a bit much. But since we planned our travel late, we were forced to go with them. But everything else was great. Coach was new, clean and performed well. The only thing was that the gray and black water tanks still showed almost full every time we drained them so we drained them more often than we probably should have. It would just be great if a company could rent you and RV fully stocked and ready to go for that price. At $3000/wk we had to provide everything like dishes, sheets, blankets, etc, etc, etc............ So, if you need to rent an RV and have lots of money to spend, this is your place. read more

We recently rented a 24ft C class RV for an trip to Utah. Paul was really great, he explained everything and made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle. The RV was clean and well equipped and perfect for us (2 adults and 2 kids). We had a blast and had no issues with the RV. On the way back to the rental place (btw it's REALLY hard to find that place) we hit a bump and the loose door came off, the dishes fell out and some broke. B&B was really cool-we did not get charged for anything, even though we were technically at fault and slightly late. These guys are completely straight with customers, no hidden charges and no extra fees. We get 'the works' and I do recommend this for out of town renters. So nice to just return a rather used RV. I highly recommend B&B and we hope to rent again. read more

So full disclosure, the reason that I purchased anything from B&B is that this is where one could purchase an ITWO Boreas XT. On the other hand, having made this purchase from B&B I would ABSOLUTELY choose to work with them again, if possible. To begin with, I live out of state so getting there involved a trip. However, B&B's sales staff worked with me to get as much of the paperwork done as possible so that when I arrived everything was ready to go, and the transaction took no time. Or it would have, had I not screwed up my trailer brake install. I drove a block, realized that I had no lights on the trailer, and drove back. Matt the salesperson, who on top of having other people to look after and duties to perform was SICK still grabbed a multi-meter and an impact driver and lay on his back in the parking lot helping me get on the road. Now THAT is service!!! Ok, so they have the best service, but they also have a REALLY interesting selection of RV's that you just can't find other places. However, I am CERTAIN that is not a coincidence, as the fact that B&B seeks to build relationships would naturally draw niche builders to work with them, instead of a "faceless" corporate entity. The measure of a business is not how they perform when everything goes according to plan, but how they handle problems. Most of our trip in the rental Thor Citation was great but we did have an issue. When I returned it to B&B and explained the problem and what I thought would be a mutually fair solution, they said that they would consider my proposal. I do think that their problem resolution process is a little convoluted but within a week I heard from Nick. He agreed to what I requested with no conditions and no complaints. Just wanted to state that this is my first review and usually never write ones. I rented RV for 7 days. Had no issues with anything besides the fact that I got charged $250 cleaning fee for some crumbs that were found in RV and an item accidentally left in the fridge. The contract states that cleanliness is determined by the owner and i am sure it takes 15 min for someone to clear the crumbs found. This wasn't clearly explained at the time of the rental ppickup. In addition we had to wipe everything down when we got the RV and surfaces were far from clean (we used basic Clorox wipes and they were quite dirty). Our party has rented several RVs for this trip and ours was by far the most expensive one even before extra charge. read more

My family rented a motorhome from B&B in June 2008. Let me start by saying this was WAY easier than I had expected and B&B far exceeded my expectations. I did a bit of research before settling on them by looking at the big chains (Cruise America, El Monte) and also looking at some local dealers. Price-wise, B&B came in at about the same or less than everyone else for the same type unit and features. But one of the things that sold me was the pricing that was listed on their website featured an option called "the works", and that's what you get. All the other RV rentals will nickle and dime you to death for linens, kitchen utensils, camping chairs, cleaning upon return, etc. "The Works" includes everything you could possibly want or need when you rent an RV and all you have to do when you return the unit is to make sure that the gas tank is full and that the inside is reasonably clean (just use some common sense here, folks). They will not pick you up at the airport (if you are coming in from out of town), but they will re-imburse you for transportation. In our case, we used Super Shuttle for our group of 6. On the day we picked up the unit, they gave us a brand new (!!) 31' Coachmen Freelander with slide-out. We viewed an orientation video to show us the normal stuff to expect (and what NOT to do) as first time RV'ers. Then we were given a very informative 1/2 hour tour of our unit going over the in's and out's of our RV. Now, I have NEVER driven and RV before but I felt almost like a pro after we were done. I just wish I had gotten our tour-guides name, because he deserves kudos here for doing such a great job. We traveled 2000 miles through Wyoming and South Dakota and ending up spending about $3000 on the RV rental. There was only one incident while traveling where the shower door got broken while driving and upon our return, B&B's manager tried to re-assure us that he would try to work this incident (which was NOT our fault, it was a design flaw) out with the manufacturer. I've heard horror stories about the condition of rental units from other dealers and we were all pleasantly surprised to receive a brand new RV for our trip. B&B isn 't located in the best part of town, but you can't always judge a book by it's cover. The facilities were very nice and clean as was our rental unit. read more

Took a family trip through Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, and Moab. Rented class C 32' and had an amazing time. The RV was clean, 2014 that ran great and was easy to drive. All the staff were amazing, friendly, met all our needs and were very interested in not just our money but made us feel like family! I highly recommend B&B RV as I did lots of research and they came out on top before and after trip! I read a review posted stating they were money hungry and disrespectful? I am sorry, they were amazingly friendly, extremely respectful and I would absolutely use them every time I wanted to rent an RV again as well as highly recommend them! Every staff there was accommodating to our every need from initial contact months in advance, all the way through checking us out after returning vehicle. Rented a 24 ft. RV from these guys in July. I had previously rented from them in 2014 and had a good experience. This time not so good. First night out an alarm started screaming at 3am, woke us up. Same thing on 3 other nights. I called after the first night and they said I needed to run the generator more to keep the battery charged. We don't use much power and I've rented RV's many times before and understand about keeping the battery charged with generator. In this case there was obviously an electrical issue causing a battery drain. Called them on day 5 and got No Return Call. On return I pointed out to Misty that only one of the electrical outlets worked even after GFI reset, which she acknowledged. This company appears pretty professional but it seems like they they don't own their mistakes and they lost me as a customer because of that. Beware. read more

Excellent! We rented a 32 foot Coachlander for our Colorado trip. We drove about 500 miles in 5 days. The RV was comfortable for my family (probably could have gone smaller). We'd never driven a RV before, but the orientation was very clear and we quickly became comfortable. The condition of the RV was top notch. We had the "works" package which I highly recommend. We called B & B rental and booked a 24' RV. When we got there, Paul went through the entire RV with us to show us how things worked. This was great as this was our second time to ever rent one. He took his time and answered questions. The RV was in great condition and almost new, i believe a 2011. During the trip, the dog ripped one of the screens to say hi, our son ripped the curtain between the bedroom and kitchen down and i broke the utility lock as i started to drive away with the power still hooked up to the RV site. When we returned the RV, I told Paul what happened, and not only was he not irritated, he said I have seen it all making me feel a little better. He then said some these things are minor and can be fixed easily. Not only did he not charge for the curtain incident, he also didn't charge for the extra time we used on the generator. In my opinion, not only was Paul very professional and knowledgeable at what he does, he also went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy, when in fact, i was in the wrong. We rented a 3-4 person RV in August 2014. The RV ride was smooth. The RV was comfortable but, we had 3 sleepless nights due to the carbon monoxide alarm going off. We had 4 nights in the RV. There is no information on the training video regarding a low battery alarm and the carbon monoxide alarm. We followed the instructions on how to charge the battery. In fact there is no information that the RV has a carbon monoxide alarm. We slept with the windows open and the temperature went down in the 40's. We were scared that we would be harmed by carbon monoxide. In fairness, one of us uses a CPAP machine that is used at night for sleep apnea. We were told when we returned the RV that the CPAP probably drained the battery charge thus the carbon monoxide alarm went off. We are not sure how the two issues relate to one another. The RV representative told us that he would have the RV maintenance associate inspect the RV but he thinks the CPAP machine drained the battery was the issue. We are not experienced campers. The RV representative non caring attitude was disappointing. We were not expecting any discount or money back for the RV rental but an apology for the eventful experience would have been customer service friendly. We are writing this review so you can ask about the battery charge process so you do not have the same experience. read more

What a wonderful experience! We recently purchased a Cricket camping trailer - the salesman Don was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. Knowing nothing about campers and RVs, we just wandered in one weekend to browse and Don was patient and very informative. The buying process was excellent. We just had the best purchasing experience with B and B RV. Their attention to detail, and customer service was amazing. It's a good old fashioned run business, where customers are treated with care. Paul was our main point of contact, and we enjoyed every aspect of working with him. The detail department guy is very professional and went above and beyond to make our used unit look nice and clean. To date, we have never experience this level of customer service. TERRIBLE service department - if you can even get them to answer the phone or call you back! And quite evidently from our experience, they don't QC their products before selling. We bought a CampLite from them 2 summers ago. Adam in Sales seemed friendly enough, so we didn't haggle on the pricetag at all, in trying to support a local small shop. BIG MISTAKE. We dearly overpaid for the camper and found out the hard way that they don't QC their products. First camping trip, we discovered the hot/cold water lines were reversed and the outdoor water was not functional. We had to wait several weeks to even get it back to B&B for repair which meant canceling our summer camping trips. Next, after winterizing last fall, we found loose plumbing parts inside the camper that my husband had to watch YouTube videos to figure out how to put back together b/c B&B never returned our phone calls. Lastly, we took it camping last month and smelled gas and the carbon dioxide detector kept going off. After several unreturned voice messages, we just had a mobile service come take a look and they found several things that were incorrectly put together from the manufacturer that B&B never caught: the injector line was never wired correctly so our circuit board was fried (which we just had to replace at cost) and the area where the gas line enters the cabin was never fully sealed correctly. So gas has slowly been leaking into our camper the entire time we've been using it! First, a huge health hazard. Second, although we are still under warranty, we paid out of pocket for the fix since B&B never called us back. NEVER BUY FROM THEM! TOTAL RIPOFF and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. read more

The owner of this business is a swindling crook! I rented one of their 21ft RVs for 10 days to travel to Austin TX for a music festival, which ended up costing me more than the monthly morgage on my $350k home. Even at this steep price, I was willing and agreed to pay because I was treating myself and friend to a well needed vacation. I even paid extra for the "works" package with linens, pillows, kitchen utensils included because I was flying into CO and wanted to travel light. First off, the pillows were the flattest pillows ive ever seen that offered zero support, and the utensils provided were a joke! No small omlete pan provided, just a large sauce pan and an even larger stock pot that were too large for what I would have needed. When I was already on the road, I noticed that one of the locked and properly closed windows was rattling constantly to the point of being very annoying while the RV was moving, so on a 2600 mile trip, you can imagine how annoying it became. All the other windows were silent so it was obvious this one had an issue. Also, the outside light by the door did not work so while camping I had to fumble around in the dark with my keys to get into the RV at the campgrounds after the concerts. And the third inconvenience I had with their RV was a broken AUX input on the stereo so I could use my digital music player for the road trip. Since this 2015 RV was not equipt with Bluetooth, I needed this option to play my music. Well needless to say, this did not work either. And after trying 3 different AUX cords with the same results, it was obvious that the stereo AUX input was faulty. After returning the RV, and doing a walk through inspection they discovered that the retractable awning had a long white mark on it. I never hit anything on my trip so Im really puzzled how it got there. And after seeing the other review with someone having the same issue makes me wonder if something fishy is going on here. This was a white mark, on a black vinyl awning. It was not mangled, ripped, or torn. It looked to me that it probably could have easily been cleaned off. But the owner said while he was looking at it, he saw pin holes that would quickly turn into bigger ones. This was coming from a guy wearing bifocals, and looking into the sun at an awning that you would have needed a ladder to see these so called pinholes but he saw them from where he was standing on the ground right next to me. What a crock!!! This guy runs this place like a sleazy used car salesman! And after I told him about the issues I had with the RV, he shrugged it off with no apologies, or reimbursement and acted like he could care less! I can say without any DOUBT that I will never do business with B&B RV again. And I advise anyone reading this review to shop elsewhere unless you like that peaceful pleasent feeling you get from being on vacation immediately stripped away and replaced with frustration and anger. read more
