I initially had a frustrating experience with service on my boat trailer and left a critical review…read moreafter discovering several workmanship issues. After bringing my concerns to Parker Trailers' attention, they took the time to thoroughly inspect the trailer, listened to my concerns, and worked to correct the issues. I appreciate that they stood behind their work and made things right. They addressed the bearing and hub concerns, corrected the wheel hardware, and ensured the trailer was returned to me in proper working order. Throughout the process, they communicated professionally and demonstrated a genuine commitment to resolving the situation. No business is perfect, and mistakes can happen. What ultimately matters is how those mistakes are handled. Parker Trailers earned my respect by taking responsibility for the concerns I raised and following through until I was satisfied with the outcome. Because of that, I am updating my review to reflect not just the initial experience, but the way the company responded. I appreciate their commitment to customer service and their willingness to stand behind the work they perform.

All-in Mobile Specialists will now be our go-to repair company for any and all camper issues…read more Garrett is extremely knowledgeable and he takes pride in his work. His rates are lower than other companies and it is extremely convenient that he can come to our house to do the repairs. I originally heard about All-in Mobile specialists from yelp and first called Garret back in 2020. At that time our furnace went out and he was able to quickly replace the necessary part and fix the issue. Since then my husband and I have upgraded to a different travel trailer, and started to have some electrical issues and refrigerator issues. We knew we had to give Garrett a call, since we had such a good experience with him in the past. He was able to come out and fix our laundry list of issues and explain and show us why it was occurring. I would highly recommend his company!

After about ten days I never heard a word from them, sent them a message with no response. When I went out to assess the situation, I find they actually took the stabilizer motor that was clearly still wired, intact and working, instead of the one that wasn't?!? WTH?! I sent Brian a couple messages, no response until I got rude...this was his response... "I took the one stabilizer motor! THAT IS A LIE I NEVER TOUCHED YOUR RV. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME EVER!" For instance, I didn't need a hitch for 3,000# or greater, just something to carry the trike. Even after we agreed that I should look elsewhere, Robert continues to discuss my needs and offer suggestions, such as contacting my bike shop. Robert went above and beyond to assist me, even after it was obvious that there'd be no money in it for them. Based on my experience, I'd return to them for a quote next time I needed a hitch for another reason.

Robert, the owner, promised to have it ready in two weeks. That did not happen. In February, we finally picked it up. When we took it camping, not only did the furnace still not work, but the entire solar/lithium battery system did not work. We took it back to have the problems addressed in April. Robert quoted an amount of $5400 to revamp the system and to install two new awnings. After 18 unanswered phone calls and several visits to the shop, we were finally contacted and told it was ready. When we showed up to retrieve the camper, we were shocked to discover that the new invoice was for a total of over $13,000. None of this was ever presented for our approval. And just now we tried to roll out the awning, and it is broke. Unbelievably terrible experience.
