I just saved a trip to Elkhart!! We live in a Thor Palazzo RV full time. We've been stranded multiple times because we couldn't get our right (kitchen) slide to retract. We discussed this with Thor and they suggested we come back to the factory to get it addressed. We couldn't decide if it was alignment our the controller. With winter, we opted to deal with it until spring. Over the past 4 weeks, we were again stranded 3 times. The first time, Thor service gave us a tip on reversing the wiring at the controller (under the right side bay). That worked and got us on the road. The next stop had the same issue and again we were stranded. A local mechanic showed me a process to override the controller and again got us on the road. We recently hit Denver for two weeks so I began looking for a way to get it fixed. After three calls to Lazy Days RV which were never returned, I talked to a Overall RV. They were helping me with a frozen valve in the water bay. Turns out the tech was the owner...he and his partner did slide alignments at Camping World for years. They looked at my slide and measured the alignment. I was off by more the 1 1/2 inches, top to bottom putting a strain on the motors and the controller. They gave me an estimate to fix it on site. The cost to drive to Elkhart IN along with continued frustration made my decision easy... two hours later, they aligned the slide, checked the controller and motors, lubbedd the tracks, checked the rollers and tested the slide at least 8 times. They ended their appointment by telling me they reduced my expense by $200! Because only one end of the slide was off track, their labor was less... Oh and they did this work on New Year's Day! A huge shout out to Overall RV Service in Denver CO. They walked me through every step of the process so I would understand what they were doing and how I could keep up with maintenance going forward. They never said a negative word about Thor or the Palazzo and demonstrated a strong knowledge of the rig and systems. Awesome job and keeps us on the road! We love our Palazzo. There are things I can and cannot do on my own. When we find a good technician and honest business, we do our best to let the folks know. If in this area and need help, give them a call... I am an elderly disabled person who lost his home and is now living in a small trailer. $960 is my monthly income. Firstly, the only reason I fell for this company BS was because my air conditioner cable needed to be reattached during a heatwave. I have service pets. Short and sweet . When I pulled up to this company, the cops were giving everyone who parked at their store tickets because it is illegal to park at their parking The 30 Amp cable was not reattached. They did not clean or replace the sealer, and the solar panels don't work. My home was ransacked, items missing, and left a mess. They dropped my trailer off at a Safeway parking lot 4 hours late and threatened to steal my trailer if I didn't pay the full amount. When I called the owner to complain, the SOB tried to sell me a battery!!! Nothing they did works. I had to hire another person who only charged me $200 to do over the work they charged me $650. I have 8 text messages from the owner where he changes his explanations 3 times . This is a chop shop .... read more

I was charged $1132 dollars for ONE HOURS work from a technician. The work he supposedly performed was not authorized. Of course, this occurred at the end of winter, their slow season. I had a problem with an inoperative water pump and after wrestling with the issue for a couple days was still unsure whether it was an electrical issue or merely a bad pump. The crew at Overall RV was busy but said they could work me in if I would bring the trailer to them. I did and they jumped right on it, ending up installing a new pump while I waited. Glad to be able to get the work done quickly and efficiently. As has been said, the best ability is "availability", and these guys deliver in that regard. my car broke down near coors field and after waiting for statefarm to confirm a towing service for me and then being cancelled on by the original towing company they set me up with (waited for four hours), jj's towing was finally called and jj was to my car during rush hour in denver in 30 minutes. jj was incredibly nice, fast, and professional. Asked them to quote a job. It took two weeks before they could even come look at the job site, and they told me it was not possible to repair due to the age of the RV. They gave me some line about liability and said that more than $10,000 overhaul was needed. I found a experienced repair man 3 days later who completed the work in 2 days for $1,000. My honest take is that they just didn't want to mess with it. I gather they do good work - when they do it - but this was a very disappointing experience to be put off for some work that really needed to be done. read more

In truth, I did not use this company, because when I phoned for a quote on a job, his minimum charge to come to my location and look at my problem was $240. $100 to show up, and $140/hr with 1 hr minimum. I felt that was excessive so I did not hire him. read more

Our AC went out. I called them. They diagnosed the problem quickly: I needed a new AC unit. They ordered the new unit and scheduled the install. That's where things blew my mind! We drove to an agreed location for the install. They were already there. I thought, "This is going to take a little while," so I made my husband and myself a sandwich. I didn't even finish the sandwich and they were done with the install. I eat fast. Put another way, I was very happy with Overall RV: fast and skilled. read more

Do not trust these so called rv experts. I contacted Josh to come out to our campground to replace our step motor. I gave him the motor part number, and Josh said he had the part new. When he came out he brought and installed a used part- which failed after opening and closing the rv door 5-10 time. Then used a 7.00 tube of JB weld to try and fix the original motor. He said he would order a new part and install it before we leave. I tried contacting Josh multiple times to let him know that we are leaving soon. He never got back to me until we left Colorado. He even offered to return my 300.00 charge, Which I gave him my Venmo and still no refund after 5 days later with multiple reminders. As a professional firefighter in California, you would think he would have been an honest mechanic and do the right thing. Do yourself a favor, order the part on Amazon and watch a you tube video...to fix your problem before calling these clowns. I repaired the motor myself when I got to California and only cost me 40.00 and 15 min of work. Minus paying 300.00 to these dipshits. read more

Josh and Mike upgraded my Aqua Hot 400D to an Aqua Hot 600D and did a great job, quickly. They worked efficiently and were able to complete the process in only about six hours (so I didn't have to go a night without heat or hot water). I was getting desperate. I had been trying to find a RV mobile tech to replace an a/c under warranty for over a month. I called them on a Tuesday and they were here at 9am on Wednesday. They diagnosed the unit and turned it in for warranty replacement from my roof. We had a slight delay due to the factory being slow on the shipping. As soon as the unit arrived Tony and Josh were here the following afternoon. They wasted no time in replacing the unit. If I could give them 10 stars - I would!!! We are new pop-up camper owners and we called and got some advise from another company with stores in the area. We ordered a new converter from amazon and called them for install. We reached out to Tony and explained our issue and was quoted a very reasonable price! Josh was able to make it to our home on the same afternoon and did a thorough inspection. We learned that the converter was fine and what options we could take to fix our power needs. I was worried we had a bad leak after de-winterizing our travel trailer. Water was everywhere on the interior when we turned on the water for the first time this summer. Approximately mid March we needed our rig de-winterized for our move to Arizona. The big name dealer we normally go to said they couldn't get us in until May. That was not going to work with us leaving in early April for our move. My husband called Overall RV and they set up an appt to come to our house and take care of our rig. They got it done in a half hour and didn't leave near the mess the dealer location normally did. Then a few days later one of our slides wouldn't go all the way in. I called and they sent the tech right back out to our house. My husband had placed something in the way of the slide keeping it from closing. Talk about embarrassing! The tech didn't charge us for the visit which was so nice though he should have. I cannot recommend Overall RV enough. Wish we had found them long before we left Colorado. I can't praise the service and professionalism of Overall RV enough. When we scraped our roof on a low hanging tree, Tony immediately came out to patch the roof to avoid additional damage from rain that evening and the next day. He said that the tree had ripped the rubber roof from front to back and needed to be replaced. He provided photo documentation and an estimate for insurance by that evening. Once we got the go ahead from insurance on Friday afternoon he and his partner Josh worked through the weekend to replace the roof and seal the satellite antenna (that had not be properly installed by another RV technician) and finished by Sunday afternoon right before a large snow storm. We have used a couple of other RV technicians in the past that have over promised and under delivered on both their technical ability and quality of work requiring the work to be redone. If you are looking for someone that is highly professional and competent to work on your RV you could not make a better choice than Overall RV. I know they will be doing all of our service work in the future. read more
