First time renting an RV and selected a 2022 Thor Chateaux 24' with 1 slide for a last second impromptu roadtrip with our 2 kids (11 and 13 years old). Nathan, Rachel and team were very accommodating and honored our original RV inquiry to get us what we needed. Check-out was quick and the RV folder they put together was the bible we needed for future referencing - everything spelled out clearly and concisely. 1 complication was the outdoor locks for the side compartments - the key itself is super flimsy (like annealed aluminum!) and broke inside the lock right before we were to take off. Luckily our route had us go semi-close to B&B RV so stopped off there and they replaced it no problem. Guess it's pretty common with that vehicle and of no fault to B&B (*maybe they could have warned us at checkout though?). The RV was powered by a Ford 350 and had no issues navigating the roads & passes in and about Taos and Santa Fe. For any new RV renters: getting a slide was awesome and we didn't realize how nice it was until our first night when we extended it out. Think all 4 of us had our jaws dropping to now expansive RV floor in a huge WOW moment. Everything turned out to be super easy and no issues. Even the return process was simple. I returned the RV cleaned but didn't have time to refill the propane tank. They charged us a most reasonable rate! No sneaky hidden costs, completely open and upfront what rental price would be and they stuck to it. Thanks B&B RV for an epic fun filled family adventure. I had originally looked at B&B, since it is a family run business like our own, but we were really thinking of renting something smaller than what they offered. We ended up putting a deposit on a smaller vehicle back in May, for a two week tour starting Sept 21st., after we closed our seasonal business in Delaware. On August 25th, I received an email stating my rental had been cancelled due to major mechanical issues with the vehicle. I was panicky to say the least, airfare had been booked for weeks, campsites reserved, but no vehicle to get to them! Within one or two emails to B&B, my anxiety came back down to almost normal!My nightmare became a dream come true. Renting from B&B was our first experience at renting and driving a motor home. The check in service was a breeze, and having bought the "works" package, which if you fly in, is the only way to go. No hassle, no worries. The gang was great to work with. Teresa did her best to get us to the closest fuel station to top off the tanks, but we had issues with Denver's highway exits, and went around and around not quite getting off where we were supposed to! Just make sure on the return, you check out were the closest gas station is. It tripped us up, and cost us more than I'd care to admit. We will make sure to manage our time better for the return of the vehicle next time. And there surely will be a next time! Great vehicle selection, great family run business! Thank you! read more

We recently visited B&B RV after attending the RV show in Denver. We truly appreciated that the dealership is family-owned, and our salesperson, Andrew, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful as we explored an Airstream we were excited about. After taking some time to visit another dealership to ensure we were making the right decision, we contacted Andrew and negotiated an offer. We ultimately came to a clear, mutually agreed-upon price. At his request, we promptly submitted a deposit and received a contract reflecting those agreed terms. Naturally, we were very excited to move forward. However, the following morning, my husband received a message from Andrew stating that the contract we had signed reflected the "wrong" pricing. Unfortunately, this "incorrect" price was the exact amount we had all agreed to the day before. A revised contract was then sent with a $2,000 increase. While $2,000 may seem minor in the context of purchasing an Airstream, the issue was not the amount--it was the principle. The agreed-upon price was clearly documented in writing, and changing it after the fact felt dishonest, unprofessional, and undermined our trust in the process. We understand that mistakes can happen, but this situation was handled in a way that left us feeling uncomfortable moving forward. I live in Alaska and end up traveling to purchase big ticket items due to a small high priced selection at home. I have gotten mixed results when contacting dealers but mainly a lazy attitude with slow service. I worked with Adam at B&B in Denver Colorado over about the course of two weeks trying to buy a 32ft used rental unit from their fleet. He was quick to get me answers to my sometimes obtuse questions. He, within minutes of my inquiry, texted me pictures of the unit. He answered emails after hours, stayed after hours and bent over backward to work with my credit union when they did everything possible to delay my purchase through an agitating level of incompetence that I had not experienced in the past. The RV was ready to roll and exactly as described when I flew into Denver with my nine year old daughter to pick it up. He made a very stressful situation for my family as painless as possible. His team member in the office that handled all the ridiculous paperwork that my credit union demanded, Katie, carried on helping me with the same level of professionalism as Adam. We just purchased an Opus OP 4 Air Camper from B&B RV. Adam was great! The place is always busy, but he gave us the attention we needed to get all of our questions answered and to show us how to use the trailer. As a shout out to Opus, our first night using the camper was in 70mph winds and the camper survived! While I wouldn't recommend camping in these conditions, we were happy that the camper held up to it's reputation. ..Especially when we saw tents that had blown away and trees down! Adam is super knowledgeable and great to work with. He stayed on top of our purchase through the entire process and was really accommodating as we had to travel to pick up the camper and work out all of the details. For anyone looking at the Opus, make sure to look at the add-ons. There are a lot of really cool options (the inflatable annex, hot water shower, and built in screen for projectors) and make sure you give yourself extra time the first time you set it up. As a new camper owner, we had to make sure we remembered all of the steps to unlock it and secure it properly, but it's super easy once you have it dialed. We had a wonderful experience buying our Opus camper from B&B RV. Adam was incredibly helpful, answered all our questions, and was absolutely zero pressure. This was a refreshing change from our search at other dealers. Their selection far surpasses other dealers, and we ended up buying a camper we otherwise would have had no idea even existed if it weren't for B&B's display model. After we purchased our camper, Adam still responded quickly to every question or issue. We have had a terrific experience from start to finish and have already told our friends and neighbors that are in the market to start their search at B&B RV. We had an issue with a brake light that needed to be fixed very quickly as we were coming back from one camping trip and headed back on another. We just purchased a Cricket camper at B&B RV and took it to Fruita for our first weekend of the season. The Cricket is an a great camper. it was a great retreat to get out of the afternoon desert wind - we did close it when the gusts were upwards of 60 mph, but i think that was us being protective of our new camper- it seemed like it was taking it just fine. Our experience with B&B RV was awesome. We live in Northwest CO and took a drive to B&B to see their stock. The staff was helpful and not at all pushy. We worked with Adam to finalize our purchase. He was extremely responsive and has been quiet a joy work with. He responded to every text/email quickly with relevant honest answers. When we picked up our camper the process was quick and easy (admittedly we arranged our own financing), I was in/out in less than an hour (compared to 4 hours when we bought our last vehicle). I would recommend B&B to anyone looking for a camper - it was worth the 3 hour drive to Denver to do business with them! read more

B&B are fantastic! We were a bit nervous, because we are from Ohio, and wanted to rent an RV for a big trip out west for several weeks, but didn't want to rent one in Ohio and do all the long, flat, less-interesting parts of the country in the RV. We found B&B in Denver online, booked the RV, and drove out to Denver in our Suburban. They were completely ready for us, with everything they'd promised loaded and good to go. We watched the video, which was VERY helpful, packed our things, and we were off. The RV was everything we'd hoped for, and our family of 6 (18 yr. old girl, and 16, 13, and 10 yr old boys) fit quite nicely. The table-to-bed conversion IS a bit short, as beds go, but the younger boys fit okay. B&B were always on-hand when we needed to ask questions, and checking back in was easy. They were friendly and kind about EVERYTHING. They must have a great reputation, because we went to a LOT of nat'l parks, and we frequently saw B&B RVs there! We have just returned from a two-week trip spent in a 32 foot rental from B&B RV. This is the second time that we have used their service. I can safely say that these people make a vacation FANTASTIC and simple. The price of renting is very reasonable for a longer duration vacation. The entire staff works in a friendly and understanding manner to make your trip enjoyable. Chelsea makes renting easy and explains all the requirements long before you commit to anything. I strongly recommend getting the full service and accessory packages with your rental; bring your stuff and hit the road. The larger RV takes a little longer to adapt your driving skills to operate; however, you'll be comfortable very quickly. This is the only comfortable and intimate way to truly see the western states. We went from Denver, Colorado to Moab, Utah to Gardiner, Montana during our stay in the RV. B&B is the top dealer of Crickets in the country, and we lucked out because we live in Denver not far from their location. This was my first RV rental. Several friends have rented from B&B and we're happy so this was the first and last place I looked. I wasn't disappointed. I rented a brand new 30" Thor Chateau model with a single slide out. There was plenty of room for two of us. What I was most impressed with was the care we got in the months before our trip. I had lots of questions and the staff was always always patient and welcome to questions. The online videos on the B&B website were really useful and we felt prepared. I also appreciated the fact that there is no advertising on the B&B RV's. We passed so many that were rolling bill boards for other rental companies. The knowledge that there is 24/7 telephone support gave me an added sense of security but there was no need to use it. My friends were right- this is a great place to rent an RV. We were totally satisfied and will rent from B&B again. read more

We just purchased a Crux Expedition Trailer from Adam at B & B RV this weekend and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Adam was great to work with from the beginning, and was patient with all my questions as I visited multiple times and debated about which trailer was right for the family. Adam was very knowledgeable, honest about the pros and cons of the different trailers, and didn't put a lot of pressure on us as we made our decision. When we picked the Crux (which is awesome, by the way) Adam and Katie made the purchase process easy. My wife and I purchased a used Coachmen Freelander from B&B RV. Adam Calkins and all his colleagues were very helpful throughout the process. We purchased the motorhome from Canada after seeing it on the internet and Adam sent us additional photos of everything we asked for. When we picked up the motorhome we found it clean, with gas, propane and water tanks full. In order to take it home to Canada there was documentation required for both United States and Canadian customs. Adam and the office staff allowed us to use their WiFi, printer and scanner to obtain, complete and file the required forms. Before we left, Adam and Mark Baldwin went through all the systems with us and Mark offered to answer any questions we might have after we left for home. My wife and I came in late on a Saturday afternoon and Adam greeted us right away and was more than prepared to answer any of our questions about the Cricket. I was in and out in less than 2 hours with a full run down on the unit and a new friend. This is important as my new friend has earned the business of all of my friends and family. My family decided on an RV rental this year instead of the usual flight/hotel vacation. I originally booked the rental through an individual from a share site and quickly realized I did not feel good about the product or the process for securing the rental. We rented a 24 foot RV (model 24F) with slide out for a 2 and a half week trip up to Yellowstone and around Colorado. Much better experience than we had we another firm in Denver used previously. Staff were helpful and efficient and getting our RV and getting out on the road was so much quicker with B&b. Returning the RV and settling up was also quick and professional, despite us having caused some accidental damage, which was handled fairly and without fuss. The RV itself was great - very new and spacious and easy to drive. Good instruction videos are provided (or see them on youtube) by the company, so if you watch these a couple of days before you turn up, the introduction to your vehicle is quicker and easier to absorb. read more

After all, if you are going to spend part of your life savings on a travel trailer/ travel dream with your family, it's going to have to be met by success at the very start.
