Matt and his crew took in my camper on short notice and with an already crazy workload.

Both Victor and Chris are friendly throughout the whole process! We took the 25' one slide out for the week and with two people it was easy to drive overall and easy to find places to stay and to boondock. They were available if we had questions about the vehicle or wanted recommendations on where to go along our trip. The unit was a 2017 so pretty clean and up to date. There was plenty of space for us to store our stuff and to bring a week's worth of groceries to cook as well. We set our sights on going to Yellowstone and Jackson via the east entrance but being the second week of Oct it ended up snowing and the entrances were closed. We stayed safe and warm in the RV while we waited it out in Cody, WY for 2 days and then slowly made our way back to Denver. We'd recommend these guys for anyone looking to rent an RV or travel trailer (pull behind) as they have several models to choose from. We'll be back to tent another next year for another adventure!

The camper was found missing several key components when I recovered it from the unsecured lot in Brighton. Neither the company, nor Chris, has returned multiple phone calls or emails for well over 9-months. The website shows the camper as available for rent but it is not, as I repossessed it in January.

Second time renting!…read more We had an awesome time with the Baja Ford F-350. Although it took some time to get used to driving such a large vehicle, the ride itself was extremely comfortable with all the bells and whistles that a modern high trim vehicle could have! (vented seats in the summer will never be underrated) We had the rental for a total of 3 nights. Pick up was straightforward and as long as you review the helpful manual that they send you (along with watching the Baja walkthrough video on Youtube), it should be all that you need to get settled in! The camper shell is very roomy with plenty of amenities and the fact that you can raise and lower the top makes the handling of the truck (when the top is down) a cinch. Having a roomy shower and toilet onboard is a true godsend when boondocking or if you're at a campground without those facilities. The battery onboard is large enough to run the A/C for hours on end and as long you drive and/or park in the sun, it will help in recharging the batteries so no need fretting if you can't find a place to hook up to power! With a large fresh water tank, it gives you plenty of water to take a shower (or 2 depending on how many people and how long they shower), wash dishes and clean up! The fridge is fantastic and kept our drinks and food cold without any issues (just don't overstuff it!). Cooking in truck was always easy as there is plenty of room to cook and prep your food! Overall we were quite pleased with our experience and the drop off process was just as seamless (just pop in the Rossmonster business and drop off your keys). The company and staff are responsive and their rigs are extremely impressive. Being able to rent one really gives one the opportunity to "try before you buy" and is something I will always appreciate. The company stands by their vehicles and designs and it shows as they actively encourage people to rent them out to see what all the hype is about! Would 100% recommend.

Someone had to admit that all is not perfect with this company. Construction carelessness issues…read moreand shortcuts abound. Some may have related to volume of business that came due to RV popularity during COVID, but -- 1. Refrigerator not properly vented -- vents into a closed cabinet 2. Upper cabinets not safely attached due to over "trimming" alteration of carriage bolts -- no useful advice from Rossmonster (my brothers and neighbors help me get it fixed). 3. One interior side panel is poorly fitted -- I will have to get a carpenter to help me replace it -- it bows out and it is pushing an original "cover" out of place. It was hiding behind the seat/bed, but totally visible and prone to damage when the bed is deployed. 4. Quality of fabric work is not good. 5. Installed screen on side door kept falling down -- turns out they had actually greased the slot in the door trim that they shoved the screen into -- it lasted about 15 miles and kept falling off (I have changed to a better brand) On the good side, the electric system is awesome. They were helpful during van design.

He had to do some serious work in some tight spaces to get my upgrade complete. I felt great about the price and timeliness of the job. I looked over a few custom builds in their shop and was more than impressed.

BUYER BEWARE! In my opinion you should avoid this car salesman. I was sold a van RV that Brian…read moresaid "I could live in on his property with" even though it's a commercial vehicle and not a personal recreation vehicle or even legal to live in. I specifically asked about engine components, the riser arms, on this model. He assured me that they previous owner had done all that engine work already and he had papers. After purchasing, and requesting said paperwork, he refused to give it to me and then promptly blocked contact and ordered all future communications be done through a lawyer. He already has one employee living on site, in a leaky camper that he sold to them and tried to trick me into the same bad deal. I was told bathroom backflow valve is malfunctioning and the owner has known about it, yet refuses to fix it. It smells like raw sewage in there. I would never live in a situation like that, but he found people desperate enough to denigrate themselves into those squalid living conditions. It's offensive that a person could even make such an offer with a straight face to be honest... On top of all of that he calls his employees 1099 even though Brian directs all the work, supplies all the tools, and creates a work schedule and obviously has a team of employees at his disposal. If you're too slow to understand how this situation benefits Brian then you might want to research some tax code. It also harms the possibly misclassified workers because now they have no access to regular employee social services like workman's compensation for injuries, which I did sustain while working for Brian. I injured my wrist while Ben and Brian distracted me while working on a suspension job after not being provided any hand PPE...now I have an injury that I will be stuck footing the bill for. I also spoke directly with other staff who told me that Brian was leading them on about switching them over to W2 and that he was not happy about it. BCV is also breaking ground on what appears to be a campground. The machine operator was witnessed burying massive piles of trash into the ground at the facility while doing this massive grading project. The worst part isn't even all the lies and shady deals, but feeling like I have been backstabbed by someone who was good at pretending to be a friend. I'm more scared of the snakes prowling the bars for addictive potent kratom drinks and their next victim than the ankle biters out on the trails at this point... I've also attached photos of work done by his newest crew member. This ladder install was so botched he had to cut it off and sliced up the body with a grinder while trying to remove the 3 stripped bolts he left on there....thought you'd enjoy seeing some true BCV style installs.

When we returned, I dropped off my crew at the airport and returned the van. He drove me back to the airport so I could be with my crew without having to wait for the shuttle. I highly recommend giving Mile Marker Van Rentals a call if you need a van. They also provide local outdoor tours. Thank you Mr. Chancy Quarles for taking care of my crew.
