My RV had been rewired and the gentlemen who helped me got down and dirty and ended up rewiring the RV so I could hit the road. The saleswoman was super friendly and helpful. I've had the trailer for 6 weeks and it's working great. I'm from Texas and got my paperwork on time and everything was correct. Super highly recommend High Plains Trailers.

I bought a 5x10 Primo with 18" sides from High Plains Trailers in Denver, CO. 2 things to review:…read morethe trailer itself and the dealer that stocked and sold the trailer to me. First the trailer. First off, it's beautiful. I know I'm a guy and that's not supposed to matter but, damn! It's sitting here in my driveway with those beautiful alloy wheels (I popped for the extra cost matching spare tire) and it is just a thing of beauty! Every single one of my friends (all heterosexual, some professional truck drivers) swoon with jealousy when they see my new aluminum trailer! Shallow, I know, OK, here's some substance. I really hate the ramps on other trailers of this type, they are flat unsafe at highway speeds, I don'e care what anyone says. No so my beautiful Primo! The folding ramp is genius, very secure when folded down and works as well or better than the ungainly ones when extended. And at highway speeds I don't have to constantly be thinking disaster is about to happen. Now the tires: very impressive, 15" steel belted radials - as good as the tires on my new SUV. The front wheel swinging out of the way when hooked up is genius also, one less thing to worry about. Bottom line, you can hook this baby up, load it with a reasonable load, get it all bungeed and strapped in and take off for a 1000 mile trip without having to once again about think your trailer. And it's 100% aluminum, 25-30% more expensive than wood and steel but worth every single penny. Most excellent! Now the dealer - Ralph was most helpful, sold me the trailer I had already picked out but helped me in several "beyond the call of duty" ways, even agreeing to store my paid for trailer at their facility for more than a month to help me with my moving schedule. Again, ask for Ralph, he is also most excellent!

We last camped in a motorcoach 30 years ago with our kids! This time we were looking at C-class and B-class Sprinter chassis camper vans. Enter Danny Watson! We showed up on a Saturday morning and Danny spent hours with us going through their Atlas touring coach - Wow was he wonderful to deal with! Zero pressure, just answering every question and so knowledgable. We said we'd have to think about it, and as we were leaving, Danny spoke to David Delano the GM and they made us an incredible deal on a new 2025. We picked it up last Saturday and met several great people who work there. I don't know about other people's experience with the service department, but so far, ours has been excellent! Brent, the shop foreman and Jake, one of the other techs gave us a very comprehensive delivery presentation, walking us through every detail of its operation. This experience was so very different than our other two purchases, as those other dealers just had us sign the papers, handed us the manual and showed us the door. We took our first short "shakedown trip" to Cherry Creek State Park this week and did as Danny suggested and called him with any and all questions. We had a couple minor issues, and they scheduled us right in within a few days. We have never had such great attention and service from a salesperson and a service team! If you're thinking of getting a B-class camper van, you've got to check out Airstream of Colorado and meet Danny Watson - you'll be so glad you did!

We had electric issues with it for several months and after those finally got fixed the AC/ heat pump broke and still isn't working as of this review. We had zero confidence that airstream of Colorado would fix the issue so we went on a hunt to find someone that would. Unfortunately airstream has made it non competitive for other mechanics to repair airstreams in Colorado. We took the airstream back to Colorado airstream for multiple repairs and just got it back in essentially the same broken condition as we left it several months ago. Again everyone is super friendly there but getting repairs is seeming to be impossible at this point. Great sales dept terrible service dept. Every time I've taken my airstream in to the service dept. there they have either not fixed the issue or they have caused a new issue. They are polite but at this point I feel that myself and the sales staff have more technical knowledge about airstream than the service dept. They also have a terrible reputation with Airstream corporate and other airstream service depts across the US. It was recommended by airstream corporate that I go elsewhere for non warranty work.

Robert, the owner, promised to have it ready in two weeks. That did not happen. In February, we finally picked it up. When we took it camping, not only did the furnace still not work, but the entire solar/lithium battery system did not work. We took it back to have the problems addressed in April. Robert quoted an amount of $5400 to revamp the system and to install two new awnings. After 18 unanswered phone calls and several visits to the shop, we were finally contacted and told it was ready. When we showed up to retrieve the camper, we were shocked to discover that the new invoice was for a total of over $13,000. None of this was ever presented for our approval. And just now we tried to roll out the awning, and it is broke. Unbelievably terrible experience.
