I called late on a Friday in need of a repair. They got me in at 8:30a the following morning just as a I needed. Everyone was very nice and professional. They kept me informed of the shape of my trailer, the damage I sustained, and what it would take to fix it. The work was done quickly, thoroughly, and correctly, and got me 700 miles home with no issues. They even offered a couple small additional services that made perfect sense and gave me additional piece of mind. We made and appointment to visit All American Trailers to see a trailer that they advertised online. We were greeted by Lee who was filling in for Crystal at that time. Lee was very knowledgeable, patient and most enjoyable while we were shown other trailers that were competitive to our original interest. We made our selection and returned to pick up the trailer. The customer service here is 0 stars . To keep as short as possible I paid for the wires To my trailer lights to get rewired and repaired when complete. I picked up my trailer and noticed that. The wires were completely hanging all over place and out. Not tucked into the frame as it should have been. My trailer rides pretty low. So when I come out of some parking lots Unfortunately, the Tale end does rub in doing so. It did cut the wires because they were not tucked away. As they should've been severing a few of the wires that i just paid to get fixed. To me it was no big deal because naturally I assumed. I can take it back and considering I had images of the wires being left exposed that they would naturally agree to just fix it since it's a simple mistake of they're tech. Instantly the older women that assisted me was Extremely rude. I don't think there was ever a second that her customer service was to any standard of any industry. I felt as though I was instantly Un welcome in a business that I have spent thousands of dollars in over the years. Naturally I am not a confrontational person so I left good enough alone. I assumed when I come back for the trailer that they would do what was right . Upon arrival for pick up as soon as I walked into the door I unfortunately senced the same vibe from the same woman as though I was not welcome in the store. naturally I brushed it off and left it alone. It was at the moment I was told I was being charged another $300 on top of just paying for the very same service that I actually got frustrated. I still said nothing. Yes, you can probably read it on my face but i was being charged for theyre techs mistake . In my head I told myself I will just no longer use this business and leave good enough alone but no of course for the rude employee she just had to continue her attitude. As i was simply leaving she screamed out you know i did nothing to you so i have numbers and you can use another buisiness moving forward as though my buisiness is not important not like i havent spent atleast 20k plus with them It was not enough to just leave it alone for her she just had to be more unprofessional . Not once did she say I'm sorry can I see those images it was an instant whatever not my problem cry me a river attitude from her. Such a simple repair such a simple mistake they're tech made but her attitude and unprofessionalism made it way bigger then it needed to be. But I'm glad your bank account is that full that your able to turn down good buisiness all to not take accountability. It's so hard to find good, honest service these days. I just happened to call the number on the trailer I bought from a private seller to check it out for service. Not only did they give me a 100% no-pressure talk about maintaining my trailer but they also were happy to give a first-timer helpful info on how to work a trailer break with out making him feel like an idiot. I had a small problem with my pull behind motorcycle trailer. After moving to Denver from Illinois my CO plate was full size rather than the small motorcycle plates from Illinois, a new bracket needed to be attached. Jake thought it may take a week but got me in right away and had me fixed up the next morning. Great friendly people and if I need anything in the future I'll definitely be back.
