My trailer is equipped with a VAULT Hybrid Lubrication System, which I later learned is a sealed system that typically requires little to no routine bearing service. Despite having only about 2,500 miles on the trailer, the bearings were serviced using grease that does not appear to be specified by the VAULT manufacturer. After the service, I took the trailer to Lake Powell and discovered multiple wheel studs had been cross-threaded. I was forced to remove a damaged lug nut and ultimately drove home with only four lug nuts on one wheel. Parker later repaired the studs, but I have since discovered the replacement hardware includes mismatched lug nuts requiring different socket sizes. Most concerning, I recently learned the hub/bearing assembly was not properly adjusted during reassembly. The improper bearing preload resulted in excessive wheel movement and premature tire wear, causing me to replace a tire that should not have worn out so quickly. I have contacted Parker Trailers directly and given them the opportunity to review and correct these issues. I am hopeful they will stand behind their work and make things right. If they do, I will gladly update this review. At this point, however, my experience has been disappointing and has left me concerned about the quality control of the service performed on my trailer.

Steve said that Ranch toppers called and had another new topper that might fit my truck even better. A week later I had the new topper on my truck and it did fit my truck perfectly. All was done at no charge to me. They could have just let it all go, but the whole crew at D&E is very helpful and concerned. You do not get this type of service from other dealers. We last camped in a motorcoach 30 years ago with our kids! This time we were looking at C-class and B-class Sprinter chassis camper vans. Enter Danny Watson! We showed up on a Saturday morning and Danny spent hours with us going through their Atlas touring coach - Wow was he wonderful to deal with! Zero pressure, just answering every question and so knowledgable. We said we'd have to think about it, and as we were leaving, Danny spoke to David Delano the GM and they made us an incredible deal on a new 2025. We picked it up last Saturday and met several great people who work there. I don't know about other people's experience with the service department, but so far, ours has been excellent! Brent, the shop foreman and Jake, one of the other techs gave us a very comprehensive delivery presentation, walking us through every detail of its operation. This experience was so very different than our other two purchases, as those other dealers just had us sign the papers, handed us the manual and showed us the door. We took our first short "shakedown trip" to Cherry Creek State Park this week and did as Danny suggested and called him with any and all questions. We had a couple minor issues, and they scheduled us right in within a few days. We have never had such great attention and service from a salesperson and a service team! If you're thinking of getting a B-class camper van, you've got to check out Airstream of Colorado and meet Danny Watson - you'll be so glad you did!

UPDATE: 7 months after my first review and IMO not much has changed. The airstream that was…read morepurchased is still not in a functional state. We had electric issues with it for several months and after those finally got fixed the AC/ heat pump broke and still isn't working as of this review. We had zero confidence that airstream of Colorado would fix the issue so we went on a hunt to find someone that would. Unfortunately airstream has made it non competitive for other mechanics to repair airstreams in Colorado. We took the airstream back to Colorado airstream for multiple repairs and just got it back in essentially the same broken condition as we left it several months ago. Again everyone is super friendly there but getting repairs is seeming to be impossible at this point. Great sales dept terrible service dept. Every time I've taken my airstream in to the service dept. there they have either not fixed the issue or they have caused a new issue. They are polite but at this point I feel that myself and the sales staff have more technical knowledge about airstream than the service dept. They also have a terrible reputation with Airstream corporate and other airstream service depts across the US. It was recommended by airstream corporate that I go elsewhere for non warranty work.
