The short story: We stopped in to Windish RV to look at Toy…read moreHaulers on our month long trip from Florida to Colorado. Manny Beauchamp 29 years of sales with Windish (this tells me right off something good about this dealership) Manny showed us the inventory that met with our needs and gave us an initial offer with our trade.... Of course this wasn't what we wanted. So began the negotiations (via text & phone) We countered and our offer was accepted. It was too easy. But quite fair. We gave our deposit and set a date for transfer. We arrived and under Mannys guidance we up graded our tow package and had our cameras sealed over.... This all being done while we toured the new rig and did the paper work Thomas in Customer Service gave us a tour and demonstration of all the features of our new rig. He knew his stuff and wasn't rushing through. Next up we met with Sam Kerner Financial Officer. (Now, we all know how this usually goes with sales pitches and up grades) Pleasantly surprised to report that this was hands down the best experience we ever had in a purchase of a vehicle. We did do the added exterior protection and as always we take on the extended warranty..., but without any pressure and with Sam finding us good discounts. Sam is a gem for Windish RV. (Sam also gifted us a gift card for their store) While transferring our stuff from the old to new rig one of the detailing guys (Nate) noticed we had an issue and offered to help us slide our trike over and unload it. He reported that he loved working at Windish. The detail supervisor (name ?) stopped by and reviewed what had been done to prepare the interior and exterior for years of use. Next up was the transfer of our cameras by (forgot his name) He knew what he was doing and had it done in no time and made sure everything worked to our expectations. When we were ready a Service Tech. came out and gave us a demonstration and hands on with our new tow package. (It was a smart move on our part to take Mannys advice) Since we left with our new rig and have been touring Colorado Manny has contacted us several times to see how we were doing and helped us sort out of a few items (like light switch locations and simple items) My wife Nancy and I can not say enough good things about our experience with this Windish RV and have even referred a couple we met in Glenwood looking to upgrade their rig. Looking for an upgrade or just looking to get into RV/trailering..., go to Windish and ask for Manny Beauchamp You can't go wrong We are really enjoying our 2022 Momentum 29/G Rod n Nancy

This place has such a mix of reviews that I just wasn't sure to come here or not. However, I'd…read morealready been to Schomp and Auto Nation Subaru for previous routine services and didn't like them at all so this was the next closest place... I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted, treated very nice (not like I was an inconvenience, like the other places I'd been). The place to drive my car in was easy to locate with signs and plenty of room to maneuver. Everything was clean and everyone seemed well organized. I was provided all the information I asked for, verbally and in writing, AND they even washed my car for me, before giving it back! All things that were not provided at other Subaru's around the Denver area. This is the kind of treatment I am used to and have come to expect from Subaru; glad I finally found one in the area that provides it. (I was previously in Northern Virginia where all of this is pretty standard). The story: I had an appointment, which I scheduled online, arrived and drove myself in and checked in with Joshua. He was very nice, actually read my online notes on what I wanted, told me it'd be an hour to an hour and a half (I had requested oil change, all fluids checked, and all systems inspection because my service contract was coming to an end soon and I wanted to ensure that no work was needed). We left and went for a walk around the neighborhood, came back about an hour later and sat in the waiting area. The waiting area is nice because it provides snacks and drinks (although I do wish something more interesting was on the TV's). Without having said anything that we were in there, Joshua came in and found me to give me an update on things. He must have seen us come back, which is nice that he was paying attention to that while busy with other customers too. My car did need an alignment which unfortunately took an additional hour (not sure why an alignment takes that long). Afterwards, Joshua came back and brought me out to explain everything. He even gave me an entire analysis write up they did on my car, which I never received from the other places either. Then pointed me to my car, which was brought inside, so I didn't have to wonder around outside looking for it; and it was even washed up for me. Finally, a Subaru that takes care of their customers! I will mention that the only reason I didn't give this a 5 star is because it took over 2 hours to do this work, which in my experience is excessive for someone who made an appointment and didn't just drop it off in the morning to have done anytime during the day. Normally this would be a lot more irritating as a I value my time, but this inconvenience was easy to overlook, given how well I was treated.

I was referred to Aerosuds from Paul at the dealership we purchased the truck from. I called and talked to Nicki (sorry if I spelled your name wrong), and she was very informative, as to what they would need to do. She gave me a price breakdown, for the parts, labor, tax, and alignment, for our particular truck. The following day, me and my wife were off from work, and since I am more of a visual person, we decided to stop by this establishment to see exactly what they were going to do. When we got there, Nicki was busy helping another customer, I ended up talking to Shawn ( sorry if I spelled your name wrong). Shawn was also very helpful, as well as informative, and quoted me the same price as Nicki. Shawn didn't try to upswell, he was catering to what I wanted, which was very comforting. After me and my wife decided to get this done, I called Aerosuds, talked to Shawn, he went over the exact price again, he ordered the part (which I paid for in advance), and had the leveling kit installed two days later. When I picked up the truck, it was later in the evening, so I really couldn't see how the truck looked. I couldn't wait to the morning to get a good look at the truck, and what was done. All I can say is "WOW", I am so happy with how the truck looks, but more impressed with the level of professionalism, and customer service that was provided. Thank you Shawn, and Nicki, for all of your help.
