Recently I loaned it out and the back door was slammed shut so the cables came off track. I called in, they got me in that afternoon, and in about 45 min I was on my way! STAY AWAY. My wife and I went to this place years ago to buy a trailer to travel around the country. My wife is a PT and she always wanted to be a traveling PT to help underserved communities. We browsed the inventory at this spot and found a trailer we liked and the woman (forgot her name) that helped was great. We left to price shop and decided we liked her, so we went back at 3pm. She was no longer there but there was an older guy there, I assume an owner, and we said we wanted to buy the trailer. He looks at us, looks at his watch then goes. Do you know how long trailer sales take? It's like a car. Takes a while. I'm like, okay, I've got time. So we start the process and this old dude keeps huffin and puffin grabbing everything we need to make the sale. My wife was getting visibly distraught. After about 30 mins this dude goes, "ugh, I'm gonna be late picking (someone up)" at this point we were in the middle of credit forms etc. and at this point my wife is really flustered. I just asked the dude for all the paperwork to make sure we filled them out right. Then I grabbed them, asked my wife to leave and said sorry to be an inconvenience. Please let that woman know you lost this sale for being a dick. His look of Surprise was priceless. Don't go here. They suck. They really do. I'm surprised there aren't more bad reviews. These guys are first class jerks to do business with. I called and they had the trailer I needed and the price was fine (I'd seen it before on the lot). I told them it was 2 hours to get there and was on the way. When I got there they sold it to someone else. When I was leaving they were all laughing at me. I'd stay away, there are other places to buy trailers that are ethical and not mean-spirited. This is a 1 star business. Maybe half a star. read more

I bought a 4 x 8 trailer here to tow behind my 2008 Volkswagen Jetta. I got what I felt was a reasonable price for a nice, used, enclosed trailer. The people here are pretty nice and will give you the right advice on the type of trailer to buy. I felt comfortable and super-excited about my decision to buy from these guys. The bottom line is that I'm very happy with my purchase. Generally, I got a quality product for what I feel is a reasonable price. I am very excited about towing this beauty around. I'm so proud that I've been posting pics of it on Facebook. However, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement and these are the reasons for 3 instead of 4 or 5 stars. 1) Minor Problem: I found out as I was taking it home that the right tail light on the trailer wasn't working, despite their assurances that it was fine after we tested it. It turned out to be a broken wire that I fixed pretty easily. It was annoying, but not a bad-review maker. 2) Minor Problem: The purchase process takes a long time. All the forms are filled-out by hand and it takes about an hour to complete. This isn't really the main problem, though. What I didn't appreciate was all the political BS being spouted at me the whole time the salesman (owner?) was filling out the purchase agreement and title paperwork. I like this guy, but disagree with him completely in terms of politics and it made for a very uncomfortable hour as I didn't feel that it was the time or place for this kind of discussion. read more

I just bought a 4X6 cargo trailer. Hardly the big sale they likely hope for each month, but I was treated like it was their ONLY sale. Each sales person I dealt with not only answered my endless questions, but also took the time to give me information beyond yes or no. I price-shopped all over Colorado, and even Wyoming. Not only was the price/value the best, but their business model stood out as superior as well. I really don't like bait and switch tactics, or fuzzy math pricing used by the other dealers. Classic Trailer had what I wanted, in stock, at the lowest price and in my choice of color. Then they went over the top to ensure my experience was perfect. I have bought quite a few vehicles, and there is always a ton of paperwork. Vicki was the most efficient and thorough at it that I've seen, and she's really nice and funny as well. read more

Visited this store several times looking for an aluminum utility trailer I could pull behind my SUV or F350 truck. Staff in office very friendly and you definite feel they put the customer first. Gordon was very professional and friendly and provided loads of information and spent time with me looking and comparing trailers on their lot. Finally picked out a trailer and then needed an additional tie down installed. No problem at all as their are full service repair and maintenance shop including steel and aluminum welding. Prices were very competitive and comparable to anything on-line. Highly recommended. read more

I cant believe there are any good reviews on here honestly. The owner of the company sold me a trailer with the wrong axle on it KNOWING THAT THIS WAS A PROBLEM FOR THE TRAILER and now wants nothing to do with making it right. This is an ATV trailer that is designed to hold 2 ATVs. When loaded the deck rubs against the tires which causes damage to both the tires and the deck. This clown pretty much told us it isn't his problem!!!! Totally unethical!!!!!!! Stay far far far away from Classic Trailers!!!! read more
