Every little department inside the giant warehouse-like shop is upbeat, down to earth and amazingly helpful. Happy to support local too. Remember to grab your complimentary coffee and/or drink. I chose a peach Italian soda when I went and that hit the spot. They have car meets the second week of each month. When we went there was a fundraiser and adoption event for puppies. Never would I have thought I'd be excited for a car accessory store (and their headquarters!) but here I am! We stopped by here since they were having a car show along with food truck and puppy adoptions. I've seen commercials for WeatherTech and know that you could bring your dog here which is always an incentive to go somewhere! AND they gave a free coffee bar inside? Sign. Me. Up. I thought it was going to be some crappy car store coffee that would put hair on my chest but nope, full coffee bar with drinks made to order! While we didn't buy anything, their showroom is beautiful and displays amazing accessories that they make onsite. Walking into the Broomfield store I was greeted by Janet. II told her want I wanted for my 2018 Tahoe and within a mater of minutes she showed me what was available and I selected the floor coverings I wanted. Because of the color I selected we needed to place an order from the factory. I was happy to do so and she told me that I would be getting my order bin about 7 days. Well she was mistaken I received the order 3 days EARLY. Not only was it early it was exactly as we had ordered it was the custom color and fit that put the entire experience over the top. I love WeatherTech mats and have had them in my car for the past 3 cars. They are simply bar to none. If you have kids then you need these for sure since nothing can get under these mats. Years ago we had other dealer grade weather mats and milk leaked underneath them so we made the switch and have never looked back. I love the location of this facility in the Denver area. I no longer have to get these shipped to my house which is awesome. Once you arrive and know what you want you simply order from someone on the floor and within 10 minutes they have your order ready for you to pick up without any unwanted boxes and packaging. While you wait they have a complimentary coffee bar with coffee, smoothies, snacks etc. I loved that our stuff was in stock and we were there waiting for less than 5 minutes. I know these items are pricy but 1000% worth it. Especially in Colorado. read more

The Weathertech store is awesome. I had to get a mat warrantied, and was going to have it mailed to me. I checked with the store, and they had one in-stock. Very convenient. They have some cool cars to look at in the showroom, including their Porsche RSR Racecar which my kids enjoyed looking at. What a nice place! Very clean, friendly staff, and lots of displays of their products in simulated use. It's incredible that they have several $100,000+ vehicles like a Wrangler 392 and a BMW i8 on display. The cupfone is clearly a profitable item, as they have many many displays of it all over the showroom. Ethan in particular, one of the service techs, was GREAT to work with, and the free coffee bar is certainly a bonus. It's always nice to be able to touch and feel the product to appreciate the difference and this store is the answer. Almost all the products are on display and the staff is very knowledgeable. They also have a free coffee bar to add that extra special touch. If you are looking for more storage for your car, I would highly recommend their carrier. Ordered new mats and was able to pick them up the next day. They were very friendly and helpful. Did not know Weathertech had so many items available. Quite expensive but if i had to do it all over again i would put the mats in when the car was new rather than after the carpet is destroyed. read more

Great products and they seem to have most things for most vehicles in stock. They don't have Apple Pay however which is inconvenient if you don't have your physical card. They also can't split payment onto multiple cards. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I just got a brand new Tesla and wanted to get new floor mats. We went into WeatherTech in Broomfield, CO on a quiet Thursday afternoon where we were completely ignored. One sales lady on the floor never acknowledged us or spoke to us while 3 other employees were just sitting around (along with several guys just sitting around at the order pick up counter) Nobody came to help us, so we left and decided to just order online. But now we don't even want WeatherTech to have our business so we will get mats elsewhere. What's the point of having a store when everyone is sitting around and do not want to help the customers? I will be sure to let all friends and family not to go to WeatherTech because the customer service at the Broomfield Colorado location is terrible! read more
