I have had negative experiences at other places that nickle and dime you, upsell you or put you last in the queue when you turn down the upsells. This place is different. They have always been very clear about what is included in my oil change. They check my tires, lights & turn signals. They have offered additional services, like windshield wiper replacement, but with zero sales pressure. And, they figure out how to turn off that obnoxious "service" light that every new car makes impossible to reset. I love that I can stay in my car throughout the service and take off as soon as they are done.

From the…read moremoment I pulled in, the experience was next‑level fast, incredibly smooth, and honestly impressive. Kevin, the manager, and the entire team were welcoming, professional, and clearly know their stuff. They explained everything as they went, made sure I understood my options, and never wasted a second. This place redefines FAST! It honestly felt like being at the Indy 500 in the pit lane. You're the driver, and Kevin and the team are your pit crew, moving with precision and speed, changing fluids, checking everything, and getting you back on the road before you can even process how quickly it all happened. They were also incredibly thorough--the only thing they found missing on my truck was a single nut from my air filter holder left behind by the last place I took it (not throwing anyone under the bus, but that was Midas). Valvoline was a great recommendation from my stepdad, and after this experience, I'm a forever customer. I'll be back next week to finish up my transmission fluid change and take care of a few small things to make sure my truck is purring pretty. Huge shoutout to Kevin and his highly skilled Auto Mechanic Specialists working alongside him.

Back then, they were noted for their great customer service. But not here in Colorado. The customer service here is really bad so won't be coming back. I agree'd thinking it would not cost anything more than $50 dollars. At check out the clerk informed it would be an additional $300 dollars. Not sure why this wasn't communicated to me if it was going to so high. Was not going to argue with the clerk since he already provided the service but just felt it was a deceptive to not inform the consumer the price until after he completed the service. Other grease monkey stores like the one in Centennial have been more upfront with pricing. Because of this, I will have to take my business elsewhere. -Dooley Batnasan

Do not use the location in Boulder, Colorado!…read more I brought my truck in for a brake inspection and left extremely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism. Something about the interaction did not sit right with me, so I pulled over shortly after leaving. I discovered a bolt that was nearly falling off -- an issue that simply required tightening. Despite this, I was quoted approximately $700 for upper control arm bushing replacement, which appeared to be completely unnecessary based on what I found. That experience seriously raised concerns about the accuracy of their inspection process and the recommendations being made. Bradley and the individual managing the service desk did not inspire confidence, and unfortunately, I left feeling that the diagnosis and suggested repairs were not trustworthy. I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before approving expensive repair work here.

When I followed up multiple times, I was only told they were "still looking." Eventually, I was told the car had misfired and then stopped, but they could not identify the cause or recommend a repair. Any time I had a question, I was told to take it to a dealership. Even after I simply asked if the car was safe to drive, they just said "I don't know. Take it to the dealership." I understand that some issues can be intermittent, but I expected at least basic diagnostic information (such as codes pulled or which cylinder was affected), or a clear next step. They didn't even have anything in writing for me to take when I picked up my car. The lack of communication and unwillingness to provide even an estimate was frustrating and the whole thing was a waste of time.
