I've been to many discount tires and this one by far I would not recommend... I made an appointment waited for 30 min they took my keys and then I guess never checked me in. so when I called later that day to see when it would be done they had not even started it and could not find my keys. then when I went back to pick it up (the next day), the workers were rude, unhelpful and told my ride who dropped me off to move their car so they didn't have to park their car far. Long story short my company will not be using discount tires for our fleet anymore. read more

Let me start by say how AWESOME DILLON is here at this store. I brought in my Mini Cooper because there was a slow leak in the right front tire. The inspected all four wheels and found that all four wheels had been abused. In a matter of minutes Dillon was able to locate and order me four custom 17" wheels for my Mini. The value of Dillon's work along with the new custom wheels was way over the top, but is the exact reason I ONLY do business with Discount Tire. I don't recommend this place. Got my snow tires/seasonal tires swapped out here.. they placed the hubcap on wrong pitching my tire valve. Then uncharged me to fix the problem. Employee clearly lied to my face. Not a happy customer. Instead of getting me in right away to fix their mistake, I had to wait over an hour after being quote 30mins on the phone. My tire pressure light came on 2 days before my drive from Colorado to California so I came in with a last minute tire check. Alejandro took care of me at the front desk. He was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. He walked me through and explained as he inspected ever tire. I got 2 repairs and 1 replacement. I was hoping I wouldn't need a new tire but honestly best to be safe than sorry. The entire process took about an hour. I pulled in here after the nearby Volvo dealer recommended them. As soon as I pulled up, Alex met me at the car. I explained I was traveling and had a tire leaking pretty fast. This car does not have a spare. Alex said he would take care of it right away. They were busy but were willing to take care of my issue right away since we were traveling. (Unlike the Volvo dealer who wanted my car for the whole afternoon). This is the kind of customer service I strive to provide at my business. The products they offer are of good quality, but the service is very slow. Even with an appointment for a basic tire rotation, you will never get out of there is less than an hour. As a result, I will not purchase any tires in the future there. Going back to Peerless Tyre, who may charge a little more for the tire, but does the same free rotation and flat fix services. A full rotation there is only 20 minutes as expected. read more

Brought my BMW here after getting a low pressure warning on the dash, the shop was extremely busy witch is pretty usual for a late morning on a Saturday here but they got me in as an air pressure check was quick and no appointment is required for this. As the attendant was checking and refilling my tires he noticed a hole in my tire that was leaking air out quickly, I was told it needed to be repaired and that it would be a 4 hour wait unfortunately I was pretty short on time and explained this. The manager (Aaron?) came over and was understanding and assured me his team would have my car done within an hour! This was probably the best customer service I've gotten in a while with just that alone I definitely will be returning to this location for all of my tire needs. read more

I work down the street. leaving work had a flat and managed to put enough air in the tire to make it to Discount. there was only one person in the waiting area when I arrived around 3 o'clock. I waited over two hours, and they only took my car in when I complained that it had been so long and that I needed to go home.. was surprised that they did not charge me to fix my flat tire. Dropped in for a tire plug and rotation. Was quoted 45 minutes to an hour, but an hour and a half later, I got my truck back....with only the plug. They forgot to rotate. They also missed the fact that both front wheel bearings were super loose and wobbly and needed immediate replacement. What's the point of measuring my tread in 3 spots on each tire if you aren't going to look at the data and reach the obvious conclusion that my tires aren't wearing properly? I have had good luck with DT in the past but this seems to be the worst location. read more

Bobby is super friendly and extremely competent and knowledgeable. He got me setup for a quick flat repair. Discount Tire has always been very reliable. We have purchased many sets of tires through them at multiple locations and have never had issues. This location is no different. It is annoying to have to spend money on, well cars, in general. But even more so on tires. Discount makes the process easy and calm, plus the roadside hazard benefit is awesome. I've come in with a screw through the sidewall and they just haves new set since they cannot fix that and my tires still had a lot of tread on them. read more

I really enjoyed Discount Tire in general. This store on Highway 287 and 10th Ave. in Broomfield. The management staff these guys have the best attitude's. They are all wearing masks during the virus right now. Took my car in for a tire rotation this morning on April 27, 2020. Great experience they allowed me to drive my car in and out so they would not contaminate everybody had a mask on curbside service you guys are doing a great job thank you so much kudos to them Once again on May 4 I brought my second vehicle for a tire rotation. The staff outstanding everybody has a mask on they are very conscious and very aware of respectful Spacing between customers. These guys are sharp on it and they do fast work. Dishonest, Unethical, Extortionary. Through an unfortunate series of circumstances, I ended up at Discount Tire in Broomfield with a flat tire that need plugging. I would normally do it myself (it's not that hard) but the rubber cement in my kit had evaporated. Nathan at Discount Tire talked me into letting him remove the tire to plug it. He smiled smugly and said it would only take a few minutes. As soon as he had the tire off, he insisted that it was not repairable and had to be replaced. I told him to put the tire back on and I would fix it myself. He refused. I demanded he put my tire back on. He smiled smugly again and refused. This went back and forth a few times as I got more and more angry. He still kept smiling and refusing to do as I asked. I wanted to call the police because he was basically extorting me. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry to get to a special event and didn't have all day to waste with him. So, I ended buying 2 new tires even though I didn't need either one of them. Bottom line: this place is blatantly unethical and the guys there will smile smugly as they lie to your face. Avoid. read more

Mighty random as it might be, we ended up here in Broomfield, CO because the car we were driving had a bit of a tire noise. We weren't sure if it was coming from the fact that the car was lowered and the fender liner was cutting into it ... or if it was going flat. Although my friends car had the warranty from Discount Tire to replace or repair the tire, they basically said we could sit down and wait while they took a quick look at what it was (i.e. how long it would take), and after about 40 minutes told us that it would be another 3 hours before they could even take a quick look. Honestly, it would have been better if they had just told us what the ETA was instead of making us wait for a while and then ... saying they couldn't even take a look. Liars and Cheats. Went in to get winter tires off and summer tires on. They damaged the tire saying it was sealed to the rim, took a chunk out of the tire. Thought nothing of it until I spoke to an actual tire expert. He could tell in one second that it was due to someone who is inexperienced working with the equipment. No surprise as it seems that they only employee high school students there. The front desk rep didn't even say anything about it until i noticed the damage and went in to confront him about it. He then made up some elaborate story how my stems were seized and they couldn't get them off, and the normal procedure to get a tire (and i quote) "usually the only way you can get them off is if you stab them with a knife to deflate them". We hit a ladder on the highway yesterday and of course at 8pm before a holiday weekend. We called Firestone and Big O Tires and they said they had nothing in stock nor could refer us to anyone who had the tire size we needed. But when we called discount tire Tanner not only helped us find a tire and rim to fit our car but he also checked other stores, gave us numbers, addresses, and the price it would be out the door. Tanner also took his time explaining what our options would be to get it done today instead of pushing us off the phone. This has been my favorite tire store this year. After 3 flat tires within 6 months I purchased a new set of 4 tires. Overall I have paid $1000 in tires. During my last tire blow out there was a dent in my wheel and an extreme bend. I asked 3 different people at Discount Tire last Saturday about this - needing security that it was not a problem before I take a 3 state road trip. I was assured by 3 people it was not a big deal. After just driving the car 30 miles with my brand new tires I could feel a wobble. I was near the Audi dealership in Broomfield and stopped in. A wheel weight was missing and they showed me the extreme bend. I had a bent wheel which would have caused vibration when driving to increase and ultimately worn on the tire. I have it all on video from Audi. I am absolutely disappointed and concerned that I was sent back on the road with a hazard. I did not expect this from Discount Tire after all the business we have done together in the last few months. I have lost confidence.
