My vehicle was checked by them and confirmed not to be the cause of battery failure. The first one was replaced under warranty without issue however the second battery failed within 5 months and was verified inoperable by the store. O'Reilly refused to replace this battery and charged me $92 for a new battery that should have been covered by the warranty. THEIR BATTERIES ARE JUNK AND THEIR WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS in my humble opinion.

They were getting a LOT of foot traffic because Auto zone was closed and yet Scott was patient with every customer and got to me as soon as he could. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted, treated very nice (not like I was an inconvenience, like the other places I'd been). The place to drive my car in was easy to locate with signs and plenty of room to maneuver. Everything was clean and everyone seemed well organized. I was provided all the information I asked for, verbally and in writing, AND they even washed my car for me, before giving it back! All things that were not provided at other Subaru's around the Denver area. This is the kind of treatment I am used to and have come to expect from Subaru; glad I finally found one in the area that provides it. (I was previously in Northern Virginia where all of this is pretty standard). The story: I had an appointment, which I scheduled online, arrived and drove myself in and checked in with Joshua. He was very nice, actually read my online notes on what I wanted, told me it'd be an hour to an hour and a half (I had requested oil change, all fluids checked, and all systems inspection because my service contract was coming to an end soon and I wanted to ensure that no work was needed). We left and went for a walk around the neighborhood, came back about an hour later and sat in the waiting area. The waiting area is nice because it provides snacks and drinks (although I do wish something more interesting was on the TV's). Without having said anything that we were in there, Joshua came in and found me to give me an update on things. He must have seen us come back, which is nice that he was paying attention to that while busy with other customers too. My car did need an alignment which unfortunately took an additional hour (not sure why an alignment takes that long). Afterwards, Joshua came back and brought me out to explain everything. He even gave me an entire analysis write up they did on my car, which I never received from the other places either. Then pointed me to my car, which was brought inside, so I didn't have to wonder around outside looking for it; and it was even washed up for me. Finally, a Subaru that takes care of their customers! I will mention that the only reason I didn't give this a 5 star is because it took over 2 hours to do this work, which in my experience is excessive for someone who made an appointment and didn't just drop it off in the morning to have done anytime during the day. Normally this would be a lot more irritating as a I value my time, but this inconvenience was easy to overlook, given how well I was treated.

Otherwise, I will not be filling out a generic customer service form. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We purchased tires from Discount Tires from this location in Dec 2024 for my Tesla and we made sure to purchase 4 warranty certificates for $274 (Branden V was our salesperson). I barely put 5,000 miles on my car per year as I work from home full time. My husband does tire rotations for me so we never had the need to bring my car back to Discount Tires. However, we noticed there was a staple in a tire as my pressure light was on. My husband brings my car in today and they refused to honor the warranty that we had purchased because there were no tire rotations on file and claimed our thread wear was too close to the limit. They refused to help us with the staple unless we purchased new tires. My husband who knows cars very well can tell the tires do not need to be replaced. If we had known that tire rotations were required to be at Discount Tires and had to be on file, we would have come in every few months for a rotation. However, that was NEVER disclosed to us when we had purchased the warranty. Mind you, my husband also used to work at Discount Tires years ago and he has never heard of tire rotations being required for them to honor warranty certificates. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Frustrated that the company changing my tires failed to do any follow-up after the initial sale, the transparency and communication at Goodyear was refreshing. I hung out in the lobby while the shop performed their magic on my tires. They clearly printed reports to show the measurements that were modified. Pricing is easy to find on the Goodyear website so there's no surprises, and they're always doing some sort of deal over text. Happy I found this chain location for all my future tire needs.

It must have kicked up from something I ran over on the highway. I began to try to take it off but it seemed to be caking on even more than it was originally. I decided to take the car to the service department at Audi Flatirons where I purchased the vehicle to see what they could do. After I pulled into the bay, I met Scotty. He had a great personality and was eager to help which I certainly appreciated! 15 or so minutes later, he was able to remove all of the gummy substance and I was very grateful! The vehicle now looks good as new again! Service with a smile! Thank you!
