I ordered wheel well guards with chrome bolts. I came in and saw a picture with black bolts, but they assured me they would order the right ones. I verbally confirmed when I ordered AND before they installed, but it still came out with black bolts. They apologized and ordered chrome bolts and said they wouldn't charge me. Then charged me $66 dollars for the bolts. When I complained, they lied and insisted it was my fault. The techs did a good job on the install, but I'll never come back because the service managers are liars. read more

I ordered a Snugtop cab-height shell from Aerosuds in April of 2024. It arrived very quickly and I brought the truck over to get it installed in July. Aerosuds immediately called me 30 minutes after dropoff to say that the rear shell door did not fit the truck - the F150 truck has the new pro tailgate. It took a while for Snugtop to work up a solution but Aerosuds kept me informed and was calling Snugtop constantly. They provided an interim solution to allow me to use the shell even with the non-fitting rear door. Finally, the replacement door that correctly fits the tailgate arrived last week and it was installed yesterday. The installation was well done and the Aerosuds team took a lot of time to explain the install to me each time. After many months and four different trips, I'm a very happy customer. I felt that some consideration was due at the end of this process and Sean agreed to zero out the remaining balance (about 10% of purchase price). I strongly urge anyone reading this to not patronize this business for auto detailing unless you like overpriced, mediocre work, and are willing to allow permanent damage to your vehicle without any accountability on their part. Here's what happened. At some point in time between when I dropped of my truck and when I picked it up the next day, the passenger side mirror had been damaged and had to be replaced at a cost of nearly $1200. They refused to take responsibility for the damage because I had left their property and didn't notice the damage until I got home. I immediately called and told them what I discovered and they asked me to come back so they could assess the damage and get photos. It would seem that once they learned how expensive it would be to repair, they informed me (2 days later) that they were not responsible for the damage. They basically said there was no proof that the damage was done while the vehicle was in their possession and said their policy is that once you leave, they are no longer responsible. To be fair, I can understand why they would have such policy to prevent fraudulent claims so I offered to compromise and not press for full damages but they refused to consider even a partial refund for the work. Zero, Nada. My bad for leaving before taking the time to carefully check the truck. Long story short is they did absolutely, with 100% certainty, damage my truck and I'm pretty sure they know that. They offered no restitution, and did a very mediocre job detailing. I'm out $1200 for the mirror plus $659 for a low quality detailing job. This is not a reputable organization. You would be wise to take your business elsewhere. read more

I recently purchased a newer truck, and was interested in getting a leveling kit, rather than a full blown lift kit, I didn't want to be that older couple climbing into a monster truck as we get older. I was referred to Aerosuds from Paul at the dealership we purchased the truck from. I called and talked to Nicki (sorry if I spelled your name wrong), and she was very informative, as to what they would need to do. She gave me a price breakdown, for the parts, labor, tax, and alignment, for our particular truck. The following day, me and my wife were off from work, and since I am more of a visual person, we decided to stop by this establishment to see exactly what they were going to do. When we got there, Nicki was busy helping another customer, I ended up talking to Shawn ( sorry if I spelled your name wrong). Shawn was also very helpful, as well as informative, and quoted me the same price as Nicki. Shawn didn't try to upswell, he was catering to what I wanted, which was very comforting. After me and my wife decided to get this done, I called Aerosuds, talked to Shawn, he went over the exact price again, he ordered the part (which I paid for in advance), and had the leveling kit installed two days later. When I picked up the truck, it was later in the evening, so I really couldn't see how the truck looked. I couldn't wait to the morning to get a good look at the truck, and what was done. All I can say is "WOW", I am so happy with how the truck looks, but more impressed with the level of professionalism, and customer service that was provided. Jeff took my info and was able to find my mats in the area. He had them shipped within a few days and only cost me 2 bucks for the shipping. After a few days my mats arrived and fit perfectly and the color matched well too. I just went back and ordered the cargo mat for the rear and got the same great service from another person. I want to mention the wide variety of trailers they have outside and are also a SnupTop dealer (toppers for trucks). I was very pleased with there service and will definitely be back to get my cargo mats and possibly a trailer. Too many people these days look to be offended and use YELP as their outlet. I have used Aerosuds on several occasions and found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered a Roll and Lock cover for my F150 with extended bed. I ordered and paid for it. It was in the next day. They told me how much to install it, but assured me that, with help (and reading the instructions), I would be able to easily do it myself. I did it with the help of my son and we knocked it off in about 2 hours. Hey, one star people, why don't you take the time to say hello - really? Why don't you ask more questions - really? Why don't you take the opportunity to inform yourselves about the products you are buying - really? If you don't like Aerosuds, I challenge you to go and find someplace else better. Aerosuds Accessories was unable to satisfy me as a customer. If the work you require by Areosuds is a simple "plug and play" process they will likely be able to complete the task. However, if the required is more difficult, such as installing a 12 volt charge line to the 7 prong plug. I would suggest you take your vehicle to a different company. Areosuds was unable or unwilling to install the change line for my vehicle even after I paid to have the 7 prong plug installed. If I could give no stars I would!!!!! We purchased a new 2016 Ford Explorer. They were suppose to do the detailing on this new vehicle. We showed up to Sil Terhar Ford to pick up our new car we ordered and we got a water spotted car that looked like it was just run through the car wash and let drip dry. Water spots all over the car, windows, trim, mud all over in the grill. None of the windows were cleaned. The interior was NEVER detailed. This is a lousy job and for you to make excuses you have a new employee tells me you don't own the lousy job. This is the not the first substandard job you have done! I will never use nor recommend your business to anyone. To bad, we will be putting a clear bra on our new car and you WON'T get our business!!!! read more

I came in to have the seal replaced on my leaky truck topper. It's 11 years old so no surprise there. Aerosuds is where I had the topper originally installed and they did an awesome job then so I thought I would come back. Glad I did because Ryan saved my bacon by identifying that the bike rack attachment nuts were mostly not attached and the rack was barely holding on for dear life by a bolt or two I. The rails! Like another person said before, if I could give zero stars I would. After cutting the check for 3k down I got a call about an hour later from the sales person asking if I wanted to pay extra for upgrades that were standard included items, ( thankfully I had their brochure in hand and pointed it out that those upgrades were a;already included). Started out with a 4 to 6 week time frame for a new topper. At 5 weeks I called to see when I could expect the topper, I was told the manufacturer was waiting on parts and it would be 4 more weeks. Good thing I called because she was unaware of this and the excuse of the manufacturer never told me came out. After about a week of owning the topper the rear door fell off. I also had to point out the boxes and door were not keyed the same and the lock was very difficult to use since they bent it during install. I was told it would all be taken care of in two weeks. After no word for two weeks I went by and was told it would be two more weeks, but not to worry we will take of you and install when it shows up. Well after no word for two weeks again I stopped in to check. Parts were in but guess what, another 2 weeks before we can get you in for install. Went back the next day because I was supposed to get a confirmation call but did not. - No Surprise Given The Track Record Here. They installed then as I think they were tired of coming in to their store and complaining about the poor service. If you enjoy being told one thing and receiving another then this is the place for you ! Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. read more

I had the good fortune to be sent here by Carefree of CO to have the main awning on my motor coach repaired. From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by Mary the manager, I had the feeling that my year old problem would be solved. They started at the scheduled time, found the problem and worked with Carefree and me to get a new motor delivered and installed by 1:30 pm. Doug the technician was very thorough in explaining what he did and how to operate the new awning. About twenty minutes after I left, I got a call from Chris asking if I had dropped some money in the lobby. Upon checking my cash, discovered I was short a $20.00. I took my car to Aerosuds for a complete inside and out detail. I was told that I have to leave my car overnight so that the carpet would be totally dry. The cost was $274 When I picked my car up the next day, I was so disappointed! I could have done a better job my self. I don't think the carpet was even shampooed. There were still bugs stuck to the front of the car the floor mats looked awful there was still rust on the trunk mat. Honestly I don't think they did anything but wipe it down and vacuum . When I complained, they offered me a free car wash. When I looked at her with an "are you kidding Me' look, she took $50 off the ticket . I will never recommend them or go there again. read more
