They had Ozium for sale and I was tempted to buy some just to spray it in the store. After being given the wrong brakes by the clerk that was more concerned about her phone conversation than double checking the part number she was selling I was in for a big surprise. After I had everything taken apart I was pissed off to learn that the clerk had given me the wrong part. People make mistakes, I know, I've made plenty, but not because I just didn't give a shit reeking like B.O. . I was lucky to be able to borrow a vehicle and even luckier that Napa was close by the shop I was working in. Patrick helped me out, double checking the right parts, and I even bought some Ozium there to bring with me when I return the wrong pads to the stinky Advanced Auto Parts. Must include that normally AAP is a good experience and I get the right parts no problem, I blame the clerk. She didn't give one flying fuck and stank like Really stank like B.O. and had an attitude like it was my problem if I found her stank offensive. So Napa was great.

Sandra, my sales specialist, was STELLAR. She and her management did everything possible to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I really liked both vehicles. I really liked both sales associates. The ONLY reason I did not purchase from her is that the Honda dealership is 30 minutes walking distance from my home, not 30 minutes driving distance from my home. I work an overnight shift, and when I take my vehicle in for servicing, I just drop it off, go home and sleep, and pick it up again without having to wait for a shuttle service to take me there and back. That is the only reason I selected to not buy with Sandra and Toyota. Anybody living north of the Denver metro area, please go see Sandra at Stapp Interstate Toyota. She will do absolutely everything that she can to get you into the vehicle of your choice. I'm just sorry I'm not independently wealthy and could afford both vehicles. When the service advisor came to the waiting area to ask about my tires, I mentioned I had recently had a winter-to-spring tire swap done at Discount Tire. She surmised on the spot that Discount had not properly reprogrammed the sensors and that because the cause was external to the vehicle, the warranty would not cover it -- but she would reduce the charge to $199 plus tax. No negotiation. That was simply what I was told. When I checked out and asked the service advisor what the $199 was for, her entire response was a single word: "Labor." No elaboration. No breakdown. Just "labor." For nearly $200 on a car still under factory warranty, I deserved better than that. The issue was ultimately confirmed as incorrect TPMS sensor IDs -- a programming problem, not a hardware failure. What made this experience truly infuriating was what followed. My invoice was so poorly documented that it contained no separate technician cause and correction notes -- just a muddled block of text that didn't clearly explain what was found or what was done. I needed that documentation to seek reimbursement from the tire shop. A completely reasonable request. Instead I spent the better part of my Saturday being passed around, ignored, and ultimately stonewalled. I almost gave up until I contact Ann at Brighton Truck Parts. She told me that she had one. I asked her to send me pics. I received 3 photos of a perfect transmission with the identical part number on mine. It was the cheapest one I had found and she told me that it would arrive within 7-10 days. A week later, the transmission arrived at my mechanic's shop. Three days later, I had my car back again after not having transportation for 35 days. It came with a warranty and I have been doing a great deal of driving in a variety of situations such as going up steep hills and discovered that it performs perfectly.
