I mainly get oil changes here. They have always been reasonable prices with the coupons. And they typically get it done in 1.5 hrs.

I've come to leave a review after getting a better mechanic shop to tell me the truth. My rotors were fine and didn't need replacing. I saved more than $600 going elsewhere to get my breaks fixed. I also learned I was not in nearly as much danger and I was led to believe. The amount of fear and pressure this place put on me by this place was absolutely ridiculous and they should be ashamed of themselves. Save yourself money and DO NOT this trust fine tune auto. They lie to get more money and scare people into thinking their cars are in worst shape than they actually are. What they tried to convince me was a $1200 was a little over $500 in reality and was not an immediate of a need as I had thought. My back breaks needed replacing, my front breaks were not great but they weren't at 1mm like they told me either. read more

I can not recommend this business highly enough. They went above and beyond to help me out with my tire problem. When Costco managed to mess up my trunks locking ability, they were able to fix it in no time. A huge Thank You to the people of Fine Tuned Auto! read more

They replaced a defective car battery at no charge. Gives me trust in them. Very thorough in reviewing whole car.

Ryan did a great job with identifying and fixing a strange sound with my car. It turned out to have two issues and they solved both.

Hourly labor cost is a mystery! Had some standard oil pan gasket replacement done, which should be at the most four maybe five hours with a labor charge of fifteen hundred dollard! Ouch!! When I enquired about other services the average labor charge figured out to be between three and four hundred bucks an hour. When I asked what their standard hourly labor charge was I was told they don't have one that it goes by the job. ie.. $600 to replace eight spark plugs. Really? Even an unskilled mechanic could do it in two hours. I prefer shops that have a standard labor charge, not mystery hourly fees! Not my kind of place... read more

Amazing customer service the staff was so nice and Shawn bought me and my mom a chip bag and brought my mom a coffee and when I was hungry gave me a slice of their pizza overall great service and I highly recommend. read more

Update: I'm glad to report that Fine Tuned followed through and resolved the issue. The manager was respectful and had the part replaced quickly--at no charge. It only took about 20 minutes. That level of accountability and decency is worth noting. Thank you. read more

Do not go here. Whatever you do, do not go here. I've gotten oil changes on time for the entirety I've owned this vehicle, and one day I'm told that I need to pay 104$ for a regular oil change because they have to move the engine? This is a 2015 mirage, one of the simplest cars ever. I just thought well it's in the air I'm just going to agree to it. Then I was refused a coupon offered on their site. I had met the specifications, but they refused. I met the fine print, but they refused. I was more than happy to pay the additional cost, my oil changes cost 60$ usually and I was cool with 80 or so. I knew the coupon wouldn't get it to the regular coupon price. Already kind of accepting being bent over. No wonder they aren't ever busy. Do not make this your routine car shop. read more

I showed up on a Monday at NOON and expressed I had an issue with my driver's side window not rolling up. They told me they couldn't guarantee looking at it that day but they asked me if I could bring it back early in the AM on Tuesday which I did AFTER mentioning I had to be at work in Boulder at 11:00AM the next day. So I brought my car in at 8AM on Tuesday. They tell me there are a few cars in front of me and it might mot be ready for 11:00am for me to get to work. They also said I can leave it and it will cost $180 "just so I'm aware to diagnos my window" but that money would go back to labor once they figure out what's wrong with my window. I asked IMMEDIATELY "how much are we talking?" I mentioned Safe##te fixed my main window and quted me $215 to fix my regulator on the window. I was told "We don't know until we get the diagnostics" I again expressed I have a coupon at my other place and I should just use that. They convinced me they'd give me a ride to work and help me figure it out. The ONE thing they did right was give me a ride for free to Boulder. I EXPRESSED that I have another job in Broomfield at 4:30PM. The driver, Ethan also working the register told me "No problem, I'll call you by noon to tell you about the "diagnosis". He DIDN'T call at Noon. I called HIM at 2:00PM and he expressed you have a bad regulator. (No ish, dude. Safelite knew that without a phantom diagnostics charge) I said ok can you fix it by 4:00PM so I can go to my other job. He came back after even though HE was supposed to call me at Noon, that they can guarantee they can have the car ready for me by 5:30PM that day. Keep in mind he dropped me off personally at 10am that AM in Boulder. Knowing I had another job to get to. Not only was I confused about the now $400 price when I had a coupon for $215 at the other place I was not going to pay that. I expressed just give me my car back so I can make it to work. I said I'd pay for the $190 diagnostic check as I was prepared to eat the money and bring my business elsewhere. When I picked up my car there was no, "I'm sorry we couldn't service you in time, or I' sorry I didn't call you at noon like I pledged" All that was said to me was "you've already paid for the diagnostic so if things change you can come back and get the window done for $200. So after seeing the dates didn't match up with me for the OTHER place I went back to Ethan at Fine Tuned Auto. Dropped off my car this AM at 9AM. Not only did he not call me to tell me the car was ready. (He admitted to messing up my phone number and he only texted me to tell me it was ready, NO CALL, NO EMAIL, just texted THE WRONG NUMBER) I get there he tells me it's $420. AFTER the work was done. I asked if that was a mistake, he definitely quoted me something different last week. He says no it's another $220 for the parts. Overall I ended up spending $620 on a window regulator that Safel**te repairs for $215. Unacceptable. These people are crooks plain and simple. Bring your car into Boulder do NOT bring it here unless you want to be taken advantage of and have your time wasted. Period. Crooks. All of them. Read the other reviews. You won't get your car back on time and they'll charge you 3x. read more

Fine Tuned Auto - Erie - A real Quote. $215 No diagnostic needed. Save your time and go to Safelite - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Erie, Colorado

Do not take your vehicle here. These clowns don't know how to diagnose a problem and will overcharge you for work that they've done because they can't find the issue. They will change the price for the work from day to day and not offer any updates. read more

With Covid stripping this country of customer service and quality it did not do that here. Jamell was super respectful, honest, and went above and beyond to help get my vehicle fixed. He told me how long things would take and the cost up front. Everything was done with great quality and in the amount of time Jamell said it would be. I feel like I was treated as a friend and not a number. I will be back and would recommend this place if you want to have your car taken care of with honesty and integrity. Thanks Jamell! read more

Cannot thank Dave enough for saving us last night after another shop poorly fixed our steering and it went out on the highway 150 miles from home, almost killing us and a semi driver. He stayed late with almost no notice to put on the correct bolt needed to get us the rest of the way home safely. Fantastic! read more

Take your car here if you want to pay $428 for a battery replacement, also tried to say the car needed an oil change even though one was already done the previous week, shady establishment to say the least. read more

I had my vehicle in for several major maintenance items back in November, including transmission service and replacing the radiator and radiator hoses. Since then, I've had another shop correct their work--a transmission pan leak and a coolant leak. I recommend staying away. read more
