There was not enough time to order the parts, but the repairs ended up costing several thousand dollars. We repeatedly approached Cooper's asking them to pay for at least part of the repair, but they did not. Their mistake and lack of communication cost us a lot of money and broke what had been a very solid and trusting working relationship.

They were supposed to be put in the spare set and even if they were confused about the service they should have asked if we wanted the sensors back. Very untrustworthy. No warranty is worth having your property taken from you.

After paying a FRACTION of what Roadmasters said it would cost, the other shop fixed it and a week later it is running just fine. I am not sure if Roadmasters waas trying to take advantage of me being a woman, or if they just flat out completely misdiagnosed the problem, but I will not be taking my vehicle back to this location.

Cheap part left oil leaking out of my engine, they explained. "That can happen." I suspected they didn't replace it the first time. I kept being addressed as "Miss Amanda" over and over. Riddle-me-this, with all of their (so-called bells and whistles), 2 front tires (I wanted to balance the front) was $635. They don't ask if you're aware of the extra BS charges. The tires were noisy, cheap, and nasty. We just purchased top quality tires this morning, at Sam'sClub for $778 total, with actual all bells & whistles for 4 new tires. Four, 4, new tires. No discount, no quality at Discount Tires.
