They had Ozium for sale and I was tempted to buy some just to spray it in the store. After being given the wrong brakes by the clerk that was more concerned about her phone conversation than double checking the part number she was selling I was in for a big surprise. After I had everything taken apart I was pissed off to learn that the clerk had given me the wrong part. People make mistakes, I know, I've made plenty, but not because I just didn't give a shit reeking like B.O. . I was lucky to be able to borrow a vehicle and even luckier that Napa was close by the shop I was working in. Patrick helped me out, double checking the right parts, and I even bought some Ozium there to bring with me when I return the wrong pads to the stinky Advanced Auto Parts. Must include that normally AAP is a good experience and I get the right parts no problem, I blame the clerk. She didn't give one flying fuck and stank like Really stank like B.O. and had an attitude like it was my problem if I found her stank offensive. So Napa was great.

When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by several people telling me that a Service Advisor would be with me soon. Sure enough, before too long, Scott Sloane showed up to help. Scott has 20 years experience in his field (!!), so he was quick to get to the point. Eventually, he walked me downstairs to speak with the mechanic, Jacob. Jacob showed me the problem with my door. Although unable to explain exactly WHY the problem occurred, he was able to fix it, permanently. Scott applied a discount for me, and managed to keep my cost down to what I felt was reasonable, and my car is once again working well. As much as I hate the 80-mile roundtrip freeway driving, I will not hesitate to do it again, should it become necesary. (By the way, a local garage offered to fix the problem for "up to" $1,000!)

Sandra, my sales specialist, was STELLAR. She and her management did everything possible to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I really liked both vehicles. I really liked both sales associates. The ONLY reason I did not purchase from her is that the Honda dealership is 30 minutes walking distance from my home, not 30 minutes driving distance from my home. I work an overnight shift, and when I take my vehicle in for servicing, I just drop it off, go home and sleep, and pick it up again without having to wait for a shuttle service to take me there and back. That is the only reason I selected to not buy with Sandra and Toyota. Anybody living north of the Denver metro area, please go see Sandra at Stapp Interstate Toyota. I then discovered that my 99 Suburu Outback 30th anniversary had a transmission that was only used one year for that model. As a result, I spent a month trying to find a transmission to replace mine. I almost gave up until I contact Ann at Brighton Truck Parts. She told me that she had one. I asked her to send me pics. I received 3 photos of a perfect transmission with the identical part number on mine. It was the cheapest one I had found and she told me that it would arrive within 7-10 days. A week later, the transmission arrived at my mechanic's shop. Three days later, I had my car back again after not having transportation for 35 days. It came with a warranty and I have been doing a great deal of driving in a variety of situations such as going up steep hills and discovered that it performs perfectly. I took my car in, and it didn't need a head gasket at all! The repair was around $500. 2) A new mechanic at a different garage quoted me $184 to clean up one of my headlights. I went to O'Reilly's and bought a $10 headlight cleanser, and the guy at the store cleaned it off for me! 3) Last night my car stalled in their parking lot (next door to my gym), and had a couple of scary warning lights! (Check engine and brakes!) The guy in the store Came out to my car, popped the hood and also used his little diagnostic machine and: saw I needed brake fluid (filled that up with the $5 bottle I bought there), showed me what the check engine doohicky diagnostic tool had said needed cleaning, and also tightened down an air intake thingamajig that was totally loose. After my workout I drove home and the dashboard warning indicators were still on, () but this morning, I started it up and all the dashboard warning lights are off.
