If you need a dependable trailer this is the one to purchase. Ease of loading and unloading far exceeded my expectations.

Rocky Mountain RV Service & Trailer Repair

DO NOT take your RV to this place. We took our 2019 Lance Camper in for a couple small repairs, a…read morefurnace service, and to have a lithium battery and solar panels installed in December. Robert, the owner, promised to have it ready in two weeks. That did not happen. In February, we finally picked it up. When we took it camping, not only did the furnace still not work, but the entire solar/lithium battery system did not work. We took it back to have the problems addressed in April. Robert quoted an amount of $5400 to revamp the system and to install two new awnings. After 18 unanswered phone calls and several visits to the shop, we were finally contacted and told it was ready. When we showed up to retrieve the camper, we were shocked to discover that the new invoice was for a total of over $13,000. None of this was ever presented for our approval. And just now we tried to roll out the awning, and it is broke. Unbelievably terrible experience.

But at 10:30 no one had arrived. I called and they said my tech had called out sick and did I get my confirmation to which I said yes. To be I honest I was grouchy as they made it sound like I was not getting a tech. They then agreed to send someone out. Asked for my phone number and email which was weird as I had been communication via email. They asked for a card and I explained I was paying in cash, to which they said they would let the tech know. The call ended and not 5 minutes later I get another call asking for my email, phone number, and credit card information. Excuse? I just went through all this. She got defensive and then hung up on me. I called back and after a brief exchange I gave them my email and ended the call. The techs ("you got two for one" ) showed up approximately 1 1/2 hours later. To be honest they over didn't seem like they knew what they were doing and didn't come with all the needed equipment. Neither wanted to get under the RV, but reluctantly did so. They had to create a wire to get it done from my left over junk. When it was all said and done they wanted $160 more than the quote. I showed them the quote and the accepted the amount in cash. Additionally they also made me feel that the issue couldn't be repaired more than moving the slide in and locking it. I kind of felt taken advantage of when it was all said and done. I will not be using them again.

Thank you to Nick Benallo and the entire team at Lampert Hitch…read more In June I scheduled a hitch installation with UHaul that was delayed for over two months due to supply issues--totally get it, but never received updates or calls. I finally gave up and asked for some quotes from local businesses on hitch receiver installations (to carry a bike rack) for my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Nick from Lampert responded first thing the next morning with a more than reasonable quote, time he'd need to complete the job, and scheduling instructions. I was able to schedule a few days later, the whole installation took less than an hour and a half, and the price I paid was exactly what Nick had quoted me. Highly recommend Lampert Hitch for hitch and trailering needs!

They muttered something about it would void the warranty. Then we took it to the dealer. After 4 hours they gave up. At least they washed the car. They recommended Lambert Hitch. I emailed them with the situation, and they almost immediately responded, saying what we needed and what it would cost. So we made an appointment and took it there. The people there were amazingly friendly and helpful. I asked how long they would be, and they said it would be about an hour and a half. They called me almost exactly in an hour and a half, and they did what they said they would do. And the price was exactly what they had quoted me. These guys were awesome.

My wife & I recently retired and have been thinking about getting another RV (the last two we had…read morewere crummy and cheap A-class units with Ford or Chevy chassis). We last camped in a motorcoach 30 years ago with our kids! This time we were looking at C-class and B-class Sprinter chassis camper vans. Enter Danny Watson! We showed up on a Saturday morning and Danny spent hours with us going through their Atlas touring coach - Wow was he wonderful to deal with! Zero pressure, just answering every question and so knowledgable. We said we'd have to think about it, and as we were leaving, Danny spoke to David Delano the GM and they made us an incredible deal on a new 2025. We picked it up last Saturday and met several great people who work there. I don't know about other people's experience with the service department, but so far, ours has been excellent! Brent, the shop foreman and Jake, one of the other techs gave us a very comprehensive delivery presentation, walking us through every detail of its operation. This experience was so very different than our other two purchases, as those other dealers just had us sign the papers, handed us the manual and showed us the door. We took our first short "shakedown trip" to Cherry Creek State Park this week and did as Danny suggested and called him with any and all questions. We had a couple minor issues, and they scheduled us right in within a few days. We have never had such great attention and service from a salesperson and a service team! If you're thinking of getting a B-class camper van, you've got to check out Airstream of Colorado and meet Danny Watson - you'll be so glad you did!

UPDATE: 7 months after my first review and IMO not much has changed. The airstream that was…read morepurchased is still not in a functional state. We had electric issues with it for several months and after those finally got fixed the AC/ heat pump broke and still isn't working as of this review. We had zero confidence that airstream of Colorado would fix the issue so we went on a hunt to find someone that would. Unfortunately airstream has made it non competitive for other mechanics to repair airstreams in Colorado. We took the airstream back to Colorado airstream for multiple repairs and just got it back in essentially the same broken condition as we left it several months ago. Again everyone is super friendly there but getting repairs is seeming to be impossible at this point. Great sales dept terrible service dept. Every time I've taken my airstream in to the service dept. there they have either not fixed the issue or they have caused a new issue. They are polite but at this point I feel that myself and the sales staff have more technical knowledge about airstream than the service dept. They also have a terrible reputation with Airstream corporate and other airstream service depts across the US. It was recommended by airstream corporate that I go elsewhere for non warranty work.
