The waiting room consists of a chair in the corner of the front office, no vending machines or TV. As it is an automotive shop with just males, do not expect great cleanliness. Lol!! Only reason I gave 4 stars is that it took 3 separate appointments to get the back fender the way I wanted it. First attempt embossed letters were covered by vinyl making them semi-unreadable. Second attempt the vinyl was cut around the letters and then plastidip was sprayed on top which was noticeable. Third attempt I got it the way I wanted: vinyl and plasti-dip completely removed and the whole thing plasti-dipped. Looks great now and ACE is great for sticking by until I was happy.
