I picked up my gooseneck trailer and needed a forklift to lift it a couple inches to get it up and over lip of the truck bed. I asked them for help, waited 30-minutes and called them to see if they were coming with the forklift-I was told they did not want to get the forklift stuck in the dirt parking lot and they were trying to work on a solution. After another 30-minutes of waiting, I used my 4-ton jack, some blocks of wood, and a lot of luck, I was able to lift the trailer enough to clear the lip and lock it on the ball of my truck-WITHOUT THEIR HELP!!! They have lost my business forever and if you were smart then you would avoid this company like it was covid itself
