Otherwise, I will not be filling out a generic customer service form. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We purchased tires from Discount Tires from this location in Dec 2024 for my Tesla and we made sure to purchase 4 warranty certificates for $274 (Branden V was our salesperson). I barely put 5,000 miles on my car per year as I work from home full time. My husband does tire rotations for me so we never had the need to bring my car back to Discount Tires. However, we noticed there was a staple in a tire as my pressure light was on. My husband brings my car in today and they refused to honor the warranty that we had purchased because there were no tire rotations on file and claimed our thread wear was too close to the limit. They refused to help us with the staple unless we purchased new tires. My husband who knows cars very well can tell the tires do not need to be replaced. If we had known that tire rotations were required to be at Discount Tires and had to be on file, we would have come in every few months for a rotation. However, that was NEVER disclosed to us when we had purchased the warranty. Mind you, my husband also used to work at Discount Tires years ago and he has never heard of tire rotations being required for them to honor warranty certificates. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Frustrated that the company changing my tires failed to do any follow-up after the initial sale, the transparency and communication at Goodyear was refreshing. I hung out in the lobby while the shop performed their magic on my tires. They clearly printed reports to show the measurements that were modified. Pricing is easy to find on the Goodyear website so there's no surprises, and they're always doing some sort of deal over text. Happy I found this chain location for all my future tire needs.

I was already upset that they didn't do everything I asked in a span of 3 hours I waited. considering I scheduled an appointment 2 days prior. 2 weeks go by and my car is squeaky and it's bad, even worse as I reverse so I find a local mechanic. I couldn't deal with the noise for 1 day. Thankfully, this guy knows what he is actually looking at!! First thing my mechanic told me was my tire was SHAKING.... mind you I am a single mother, I drive my car with MY 3 YEAR OLD. That is DANGEROUS. Have I waited, it could've ended up FATAL. Second thing is I have to get my car REALIGNED due to Les Schwab not doing their job right the first time. I spent about $200 for a job they couldn't even do.
