First, let me say that it is impossible to actually talk to someone on the phone. You call and it tells you to text a number. We started with that and got a response asking us to bring it in that day. I rearranged my schedule to drive it up, encouraged by their initial quick response. When I arrived, there was no record of them actually knowing that I was coming, despite the text exchange. However, they had Brandon come out to look at my camper. He inspected it and showed me some details - so far it was going well. He said he would have an estimate later that afternoon ("in a few hours"). That was a month ago. They now ignore any texts that we have sent asking for an update. Absolutely no communication from Brandon or anyone else there. It is impossible to actually get someone on the phone. LazyDays RV is the reason why people hate dealerships. Long story short, don't deal with this shop or directly with Troy in sales. After weeks of them waiting on a part to fix the grey tank on a Popup i was buying I drove all the way from Phoenix to Longmont to pick up the trailer. I was told that the trailer was 100% and ready. While doing my walkthrough with their service tech there were multiple issues such as ripped vinyl and torn canvas along with several other failures like emergency brake, exhaust fan, and even water damage on the cabinets by the front door that was causing the veneer to bubble/peel. Two new batteries installed with NO battery box covers. They said they wouldn't fit so I had to deal with it. Two hot batteries inches from 2 propane tanks with no protection. Sales manager was told I had already inspected the trailer prior to picking it up which I had not since I live 800 miles away. LIE. They also waited for me to drive out before discussing the canvas issue. Sounds like they have had issues with Troy before. For once just be up front with what you're selling and you might get somewhere. Over 1700 miles driven round trip to deal with that shit show. Do better read more

So these guys were apparently acquired by Lazydays RV. It is very difficult to get a hold of anyone. I finally got someone in Finance to call me back. Very dismissive. Not even one finger lifted to help out with warranty info. I just kept getting, "That's the old system. I can't see anything from your purchase." Well how do I get that info? No answer. If another business purchases yours do you not hand over that info? Does the seller just destroy all documents? It was like pulling teeth just to get a single answer. And the attitude the entire time was like I was such a bother for taking up his precious time. If you don't want to be treated like crap stay away from these new owners. Take your bus somewhere else. Hands down the BEST Customer Service we have ever experienced with RV Dealers. I recently fell, And Brandon and Steve both went out of their way to accommodate us. My wife and I have never purchased an RV before so we really were relying on the expertise of the dealer to help us out here, DONT EVER DO THAT. Do some research on what questions to ask because they will not volunteer information. My bad. My fault. Looking at reviews on yelp about other RV dealers, looks like Colorado has an RV sales problem as most are 1 to 2 stars. We would have given this place a ZERO if it was allowed. We purchased a 2015 Keystone Alpine. Very nice trailer. Issues: 1) We were told the roof has a lifetime warranty (It does if your the original owner) does not apply to 2nd owners. My fault I suppose. 2) We were told the worn out material on the chairs would be professionally repaired and we would never be able to tell the difference. Did not happen that way. My 96 year old grandmother had better looking skin then what they was repaired. Wrinkles galore. I will take responsibility for that too. 3) Mattress was filthy and we were told a new one would be installed. They had our trailer for 2 weeks trying to get it ready for us and we got a new mattress the day I picked it up, after asking no less than 5 times as we came and went wondering when our trailer would be ready for pick up. It was the thinnest mattress on the face of the earth. When will I learn. 4) We asked for the trailer to be cleaned as it was filthy. Screens had cobwebs....every screen in the trailer. You could see dirt from hands on doors and switches. Really gross. Needless to say I ad to clean it up. 5) When I eventually picked it up (everything is eventual)....The guy whom gave me the user tour was OK. Funny when we looked at the water hook up compartment. One of 3 black/gray water tank release handles had rust and corrosion all over. I asked about and he says "just pull it really slowely because it will break" It broke alright and now camping world (I will never come back here even for service) wants $350.00 to replace it. 6) The water pump went out. $150.00 to replace it and that was parts only....I did the work. I was more concerned about what water damage that may have occurred prior to me figuring out it was leaking. I mean the thing was worn and you could tell (it was behind a removable service panel not easily seen) so why didn't Century RV replace it??? 7) While it was in Camping world service dept. they did a free inspection on it. The AC units, the vents and wall to roof weather stripping are all cracking and need sealing. $1600.00 worth. 8) The 4 slide outs have bad weather stripping and need replacing. Part of the $1600.00 above. The one thing that I will say positive is this. The finance guy was very good and got us out of his office in like 1 hour. BTW we have only had this RV for 3 months and going on $2500.00 in repairs. We will be contacting and attorney because there are lemon laws in Colorado. This is our 4th RV purchase, 3rd 5th Wheel. We were very honest and upfront that this unit would be stored and used in Nebraska, and that special arrangements with a hauling company needed to be made to return the unit we were trading for the unit we were purchasing. First red flag, were given an interest rate from a lending institution we already bank with when agreeing to their financing. When we arrived to sign the loan papers, the rate had increased and with another lender, we asked to have this redone, took several days and repeated calls. We were told after walking the unit several times, that it would be cleaned, and "put back together" since they had opened the cavity where the furnace and water heater is located and it had tubes and wires just hanging. Second red flag they delivered the unit dry at the end of the day as they were closing, and hurried me through as my husband could not make it. I was shown how things are supposed to work, via a control panel, but no water to test, and nothing was turned on. After paying $1400 in hauling fees, we arrived in Nebraska a week later to find no hot water, and a dirty unit. We only stayed a night so that was the only item we tested. When we returned, we stopped by the dealership and was told that it was operator error and to adjust the temperature. When we returned a week later to winterize the unit as we purchased the unit the middle of August it was cold, and we could not turn the heater on as no option on the control panel, tried the hot water, still not working, the next day when we went to winterize the unit, we flooded the cavity twice, and when we opened the cavity to clean it out, we then observed there was no heater, just the same hanging wires as before, and more than likely the water heater had not been reconnected. We returned to the dealership after noticing Keystone the manufacturer and were advised that is where we needed to take the unit to have these issues resolved. I had them issue me a warranty / service request at that time, now that the unit was winterized and in storage we would address this in May, as again we would need to arrange to have the unit hauled back from Nebraska at a cost of $1400. We ended up purchasing a tow vehicle and a hitch so we could bring the unit back in May, which we did. After 10 days in service, when my husband went to pick up the unit he did verify the installation of a heater, but they still could not get the water heater to work. After 4 technicians they were able to get hot water, and so we took delivery of the unit and took it back to Nebraska. While in Nebraska, the hot water did not work again. I did reach out to the dealership and was advised we needed to bring it back. Unfortunately the date they gave me was post a week long stay already planned, the week of July 10th. Upon arriving in Nebraska in July, understanding we may not have hot water, we were shocked to find out that none of the air conditioning units worked. The command center could not turn them on. We looked at all of the fuses they were fine, looked at the units they appeared to be fine, we opened the black panel under the bedroom where all of the secondary wiring is located, and noticed 5 wires had been cut, 3 labeled water heater and 2 were unknown. The command center was also not functioning correctly. I texted Century RV service as that is their protocol and was advised over 24 hours later, that the soonest they could get us in for service was the week of August 29th, but since our warranty expires August 18th they could get us in August 15th at 10:00am. So now I have to cancel 2 trips bring the unit back to Colorado and hope they get it 100% before we take delivery as our "warranty" will have expired. My husband was able to contact someone at the manufacturer of the Command Center and they advised we purchase a wireless mouse and connect it to the Command Center, which we did and then at least it worked so we could open the awning and use the lights, but the HVAC still would not work. At this point I have contacted Keystone 3 times and they keep referring me back to the dealership, and I contacted the manufacturer of the water heater, and they too refer me back to the dealership, so now I have a brand new unit I have not been able to use fully since I bought it a year ago, to have warranty work done prior to the expiration of the warranty period and then back in storage another year before I can use it and hope it is all functional. This should not happen with a new unit, I believe we were deceived during the sale process with the financing and was delivered a unit that had been used for parts for other units during the supply chain issues. They knew we were delivering this to Nebraska and thought we may never notice the missing heater, and we may not have had we not had the cold spell and flooded the cavity with the winterizing fluid. The original sale was pretty good! They helped us get into a starter toy hauler. There are things that we should have thought of, like the size of the garage with the slide in, but that is on us. We didn't have a machine at the time of purchase, so we had to look for something smaller than we originally wanted, but there was NEVER a question from the salesperson regarding the size of machine we had or were looking to get that could have helped with our decision. The problem started after our FIRST trip in the camper. There were some minor fit and finish issues, but we also had a MAJOR issue. One of the brackets that holds our freshwater tank in place came loose. Thank goodness it was a close and easy haul. We didn't dare fix it ourselves, because we don't want to void the warranty. A text was sent the Monday after we got home, because you can't call and talk to someone in the service department, and 4 weeks later, we still don't have a service/warranty appointment. They asked for pictures, which we sent through text and email, several times. We are currently looking for another dealer that does Cruiser warranty work, and we will NOT be going back to Century RV for any reason. read more

Such a bad experience. I wanted to buy motorhome class A came across there add online. Called them to close the deal , we agreed on the price and I gave them a deposit. The motorhome is brand new not used. After a couple hours I asked for a detail video of the motorhome and saw in the video that it missing a lot of parts that got "stolen" according to the sale person. I asked him to order the missing things or to reduce the price and the salesman got upset and told me we are to busy to deal with it. Omg such a bad customer service. As mentioned, this is now Lazy Days. We neglected to read the reviews before purchasing which was our first mistake. We tend to be informed customers and knew exactly what we needed, how much it could weigh, and how much our budget was. To be fair, the sales lady maria was great to work with, answered all of our questions and helped us navigate our choices including verifying our vehicles towing capacities and the realities of towing a trailer with a weight distributing hitch. After some shopping around we found they had a deal on some new trailers that were sticker priced under 13k. We were considering paying cash but were informed we could finance it and get a $2,000 manufacturer rebate. A new camper at 11k? Sign us up. The manager Ray came out with pricing after the rebate and adding on $650 for a weight distributing hitch and $1200 for "dealer handling fee" which I assume is tied into the commission for the salesperson which I understand. Total pricing came in under 13k. We were running low on time and asked if we could put down a deposit and complete the purchase in a few days. They told us they could not guarantee the pricing, rebate, or availability and said they could complete paperwork in "under 20 minutes". HERE'S WHERE THE SCAM STARTS 4 month old baby in hand they proceed to have us wait in a side room for almost half an hour. This is making me worry I'm going to be late for work and now we've got to rush things along. I ask what is going on and they say "they're coming to get us now". 10 minutes later Jesse the finance manager comes and takes us to an office and starts going over an extended warranty. I politely decline and explain that we really have to get going. Then he starts going into his assuredly rehearsed script and after many attempts to get me to buy an extended warranty fail he asks about GAP coverage for $20 a month more and shows me that the gap coverage add on is $300 (MORE ON WHAT $20 A MONTH MEANS LATER). Anxious to get this over with I agree to a sensible "in case" security and tell him again we really have to go. Now instead of signing papers, since we ran the credit on my wife's name he says she has to sign them so the baby is passed to me. He then proceeds to ask for signatures while folding up the pages halfway so we can't see the tops of them. It was only after looking through this later that we found these were various add ons, including the extended warranty I rejected, and a bunch of things that we 100% never discussed because I told him I was not interested and we did not have time for his sales pitch. Examples of these additions were some coating they spray on the tires for $750 and some coating they spray on the camper for another $750, membership to a motor club, and roadside assistance WHICH I CLEARLY STATED WE DIDN'T NEED BECAUSE WE ALREADY HAVE. All things never mentioned or agreed to. All said and done yes he added this for $20/ Month but secretly extended the loan terms from 60 months to 144 months. We were sent home in a rush with a copy of the contract and a plan to pick up the camper the following week. I take responsibility as it is my job to read everything signed and make sure, but we had developed so much trust with our sales person I could not forsee this man legitimately taking advantage of our situation to put some commission dollars in his own pocket a week before Christmas. Main point, make sure to read everything down to the last word and know that others have had the experience of them literally trying to slide in extra money on your contract to the tune of almost $5000 and hide it behind a modest monthly payment increase with drastically extended loan terms. My first contact was with the salesperson who assured us her role ends once we go to financing but would ask them to call us. I was able to sift through the contract and cancel all the gauging through direct contact with the service department at lazy days (to halt the add ons) and finding all places in contract where it says you can cancel them at any time. Their service manager hung up on me and behaved like an entitled manchild when I first contacted them to correct everything so the only progress I made was through contacting the General Manager who made him correct the contract which we signed before taking delivery on the vehicle. After all that we find out that the manufacturer rebate they supposedly award you for financing instead of buying cash... is "included" on the sticker price (contrary to what was scribbled in sharpie by the GM as we sat with the salesperson). Of course they lied to get us into a room with the snake, Jesse. A smarter person than I would take their business somewhere else. There are enough scams in this world and collectively folks should support businesses that operate ethically. The saleslady Maria was nice though and very helpful. The rest was a racquet. read more

Absolute worst service ever the minute the paperwork is signed. I still have questions about the travel trailer I just purchased. These guys prey on you before you even get out of your car but we did find an RV we liked and purchased it. Picked up my RV today after they sold us on the protective sprays and extras and literally told me it's over there, hook it and you can go. Did not show me how things worked nor did they perform any safety checks to make sure lights were working. Don't buy from these guys, they are shady and let me lesson be your warning. read more

Buyer beware.... Purchased brand new camper in March 2018 from Century. Realized a year later that there was an issue with the rear axle for my camper due to the tire tread being warn down on the inside of both tires attached to that axle. To the point where one of the tires was worn down to the wires and I got a flat.... This is due to an issue with the rear axle and I believe the axle was bent due to it being tied down too tight when it was getting transported to Century because I only took the camper on five camping trips the year prior and babied this camper. When I contacted Miranda (via phone) in the service department, she was trying ways to get out of even looking at the camper to make a diagnoses. Miranda ultimately said there is nothing Century can do and I would have to contact the manufacturer. Miranda said Century doesn't do anything with the rear axle other then replace them.... I was just asking for Century to take a look at the camper to see what the problem was but still, she didn't want to help. I contacted Cruiser RV (the manufacturer) and they were shocked that Century said this. Cruiser RV gave me other RV dealerships which can take a look at it and help me with my problem. These other dealerships were Windish and Camping World, which both were willing to take a look and go from there. Extremely upset with Century.... They are very quick to make a sell but any ongoing issues with your camper that you buy, they aren't willing to help you out. I wont be going back to Century after this.... read more

We recently had a defect with a couple of the cosmetic trim pieces cracking and was told it was not covered under warranty. Unfortunately, this was the only retailer that had one left of what we wanted so we decided to buy it. BIG MISTAKE! After all the paperwork was signed they said we would have to pay an extra $400 for a brake system to legally drive it off the lot. This information was never disclosed to us during the buying process or signing and was not in the contract. They had no excuse and basically said f*** you, we don't care and there's nothing you can do. So they took our money and wouldn't let us take our property without paying this extra fee or getting it put on somewhere else first. After a long battle and talking to everyone there looking for any sign of help, we gave up. They showed no shame and actually showed pride in what they did to us which was even more disgusting. We went here to look at an older RV. We wanted to get something older, gut it, and redo it the way we want to. Derrick helped us pick out a 1992 RV that was mechanically in great shape. He gave us his honest opinion of what may or may not be wrong with the RV. We bought it, took it to inspection, and it passed with flying colors! He told us which RVs to stay away from and which ones would be great in our price range. I definitely didn't feel like I was shopping for a car. It was more like shopping for a house. Everyone was friendly, fast, and efficient. If we ever decide to get a different or newer RV, we will be back! I was wary initially about going here. But as someone who has been hauling horse trailers for years and my husband used to drive large military vehicles... the negatives reviews appear very biased. Many people complaining that they wouldn't fix things that were wrong or that they wouldn't honor the manufacture warranty a year later. PEOPLE. YOU MUST CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER. If you have any basic understanding of how this industry works you should know that. They are not shop. They will not fix your mechanical issues. Using consignment to sell my RV. The good thing is they sold the RV as they said/hoped they would in only 31 days. The bad thing is they lied to me. I received a call from them asking me to lower my consignment agreed to price by $3000 because they had an offer and needed me to lower it to make the deal. I agreed to lower it $1500. I thought this was a strange call because the RV ad disappeared from 2 websites 2 days earlier, indicating to me they had a deal (I would presume you do not take an ad down until you are sure the unit is sold, otherwise you have to pay to put it back up). They called me a couple of days later and told me they sold the unit. They said because I lowered my agreed to amount, and the dealership came down and the buyer came up they were able to make the deal and only made "couple thousand" dollars plus D&H. Recently, the new owner of the RV found me and gave me a call. He told me what he paid for it and I was shocked, I am sure I heard him right, and it resulted in Century RV a making a PROFIT of $18,000! I told them I did not care how much they sold it for as long as I got my agreed to price. After hearing what they sold it for, and asking me to lower my price, you cannot spin it any other way but they lied to me when asking me to lower OUR agreed to price. I probably should have listen to that little voice in my head when I saw the dealership and kept on driving. It looked like nothing more than a 1970's double wide and mostly a dirt lot. Buyer/seller beware. I know this is one person story and there are 1 or 2 positive ones out there. read more

We purchased our Cruise /MPG trailer from Century an year ago at an RV Show at Denver Convention center. From viewing, to deal and delivery the transaction and service experience was great. Im writing review now as we just had service and warranty repairs done. Miranda took great care of us. There was a wait to get in for service but that is to be expected. Miranda was helpful, knowledgable and thorough. She went item by item through warranty issues as well as upgrades and add ons we wanted. Miranda communicated as soon as she had estimates on cost as well as turn around time. All items were completed in 24 hours. Do not waste your time going here! We went in knowing what we wanted and what it cost us if we drove 12 hrs to another state. We could get the same trailer a year newer {both unused} for about $3000 cheaper in another state. When I brought this up to the salesman who buy the way didn't know much about the trailer we were looking at said he would talk to his boss. When the manager showed up and heard we could get a better deal somewhere else he said good luck and drove off. He came back and proceeded to lie to us by saying that if we buy it in another state the warranty wouldn't transfer to anywhere but where we bought it. I looked into it and found it to be a lie. I guess because right now people want trailers they feel they can lie and treat people like shit. read more

My daughter purchased an RV from the Longmont location. Not only did the third party delivering it end up in an accident with damage to the 5th wheel, but the dealership also didn't include a power cord despite it being plugged in on their lot. Sadly my daughter and son in law realized this only after it was delivered. The dealer said it is "AS IS" and didn't have a power cord. Now my daughter and son-in-law have a damaged trailer with no power - and this dealer is unwilling to help even by giving them a power chord!!! I've owned RV's all my life. I was interested in buying a truck camper. Jerry did all he could for me. I have a flatbed 3500. Which I told them from the start. After two days of going back and forth ok time to put the deposit, and they say they can't sell me The camper due to my truck being a flatbed, I would need to have a "frame" fabricated. They don't have anyone that can do this. Ok I am a certified welder. I will pay someone to build a frame and have it ready to go. They now say they just won't do it. Flat out. Retract there first statement and just won't sell me a camper..... Edit, one day later a different palomino dealer was confused and blown away that they would not mount a camper into a flatbed, as it sits on the bed floor not bed rails it makes no difference and is actually by far easier. We went into look at a 5th wheel that was advertised at $59999. We get there and Maria showed us the 5th wheel but said she couldn't open it up because the battery charger was dead. She then informed us that if we paid cash instead of using their fin person we would have to pay 10% more $6k. I asked if the do anything with military or police discounts as my brother was also looking for a new camper. She says no, me and my manager have decided you signed up for it so we don't do anything wise for that. She then told me she did 22 years in the Navy bullshit! No one would say that who actually severed. My brother did 20 plus years and has multiple purple hearts and he was also looking for a camper. They are a shady company. Here's another review on Jimmy.... Spoke to him about consignment of a 2021 5th wheel. He told me he does take them although he would rather not as "he is not a storage facility". When I told him what I paid for it used, he scoffed at me and said, "they sell for less than that new!". Which is absolutely untrue. However, this guy is full of it, full of himself and what he was willing to give me to sell it was outright offensive. Sorry thought this would go on my original comments please search and read the original along with the response from Century 7 months later you get around to posting a comment! It just validates everything I wrote in my initial review I would have expected a phone call from the owner or senior manager to find out what happened and why I was so unhappy. Not one call since the day I left your lot. Not even the salesman. No follow up on the trailer.... nothing Rather than saying, "sorry for the poor service, we will take note and make improvements in the future" you write "you're sorry I feel that way"? Again poor customer service. Maybe some training in customer service would be a great way to improve customer opinion and possibly improve business with referrals and return customers It training isn't available just try to treat customers as if you were the one making the purchase not just the sale And closing with my 2 day drive being a testament to your low prices.... way to pat yourself on the back with the only positive thing I said There is no overhead in customer service yet the dividends are endless. We love our camper but the experience was terrible. We really wish we didn't love the Cougar camper so much. When you spend the amount of money on a brand new camper it really should prompt a thank you for your purchase. That wasn't even close to our experience. And eager to sell you a new camper. But working with their service department is very unprofessional. Their method of requesting service is to text your concern to a number. There is however no response stating they receive the request or any follow up just almost like there's nobody nobody there on the other end. I called the main sales number because they will answer the phone and asked about why the system was in place with no response and really was overwhelmed how little they cared about the issue just stated that they were understaffed and that was it. I suggested I was going to look elsewhere for warranty service and they said you're welcome to do whatever you want to do. Bottom line you can buy these things from a lot of other places I am surprised they don't have any more regard for their brand or their service. read more

After picking a model, providing all our info and receiving pricing from our sales rep, my wife and I told her we'd discuss it. Later that day I called to commit to the purchase but after 2 tries I had to leave a message with their operator for our rep. We didn't hear back that day so I called the next morning and reached our sales rep. She had not received my message but confirmed my details again and later texted me that her manager had raised the price by $3,600. I asked if we could keep the price we discussed yesterday, especially since I tried make the purchase. After discussing with her manager again she apologized and said she was embarrassed to say that her manager and owner wouldn't honor the price. She suggested that I call their GM "Ray" who might be willing to help. When Ray returned my call, he was rude and aggressive. He said the sale was over and there was nothing he could do. He refused to compromise an ounce and literally chastised me for "not pulling the trigger" yesterday. He showed zero interest in a productive conversation or finding a resolution that worked for both of us. He literally wanted to argue every point and talk over me. I had proof of my phone calls to demonstrate my intent to purchase the previous day but he did not care. Ray told me it was my fault for not being able to make a quick decision the previous day. Apparently with Ray, if you don't make an immediate decision on a significant purchase within minutes of receiving his first and final offer, then you're not quick enough to do business at Century. It was clear that Ray was offended I didn't buy the day before and was happy to be "winning" our discussion. Sadly, when I texted back our sales rep that Ray was unhelpful and we couldn't work out a deal, she informed be she'd just been fired. She was the only positive part of the experience and they fired her, seemingly for advocating for her customer. What a shame. We really liked the model we'd selected, and we feel pushed away by Ray. Both the general manager and the salesman Jimmy flat out told me they were looking for people who are willing to pay a significantly higher price than nada. They're banking on foolish buyers in the current covid environment. This is akin to price gouging as far as I'm concerned. I had cash in hand and these guys have no idea what it is to run a business properly. They obviously don't even inspect their inventory much less clean or maintain it. They're looking for suckers and I highly doubt this business is going to last very long. read more
