We purchased our RV on March 7, 2026, and what should have been an exciting experience quickly turned into months of frustration, poor communication, and broken promises.
From the very beginning, communication was inconsistent. We were asked to choose a pin box shortly after purchase, but no one followed up. We had to repeatedly reach out just to get basic updates, often being told that someone was "waiting to hear back" or that management hadn't responded. This pattern continued throughout the entire process.
We were finally told we could pick it up on March 28, but that date was delayed due to a cleaning issue. When we finally picked up the RV on April 4, it had the wrong pin box installed. We decided to move forward anyway so we wouldn't lose more time. Unfortunately, during our very first trip, the generator failed.
Trying to schedule service was another ordeal. Despite multiple calls and messages starting April 18, no one coordinated with us until we escalated the issue. We finally dropped the RV off on April 25 after being promised it would be ready for us to take a prepaid trip on May 2. That promise was not kept.
What followed was weeks of chasing updates. We often had to send multiple messages in a single day just to get a response. At one point, we were told our RV would not be released due to "unsafe" tires--only to later be told by another manager that the tires were completely fine. We were also told a solar panel had been installed, but when we showed up in person, it clearly had not been.
There were also repeated inconsistencies around the generator repair. We were initially told to approve diagnostic charges despite being within a 90-day window, then later told charges would be removed. Parts were supposedly ordered, delayed, then partially installed, with conflicting explanations throughout.
One of the most frustrating experiences was driving two hours for a scheduled confirmed meeting with the general manager, Cameron Jones, only to be told upon arrival that he was not there. Despite being told he would call us, he never did.
Even when things were marked "complete," they weren't. We later discovered items that were promised multiple times--like a patio castor installation--were never done. Tanks that were supposedly emptied were not. A recall repair that was marked complete later showed signs of failure.
To put this in perspective: in the first 80 days of ownership, we had the RV in our possession for only about 21 days and after one day of use we did not have a functioning generator. The rest of the time was spent waiting, following up, or dealing with service issues.
This experience has been exhausting. We understand that delays and repairs happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through is unacceptable, especially for what is supposed to be a premium purchase.
We have spoken to other customers who have left reviews reflecting their frustrating experiences as well. If you would like to talk, message me.
