When our fridge just went out, we called him again. When he no showed 2 hours after the scheduled time, I called to check. I was told there was an emergency. Rescheduled for the following week. Sadly, again no show. I left a message. No response. Now, a week later, still no response. We have been totally blown off. While Gary did good work, whoever does his schedule is horrible and has cost him our business. I have to rate him unreliable based on our experiences with him. I had previously left a positive review based on his work, but this time the lack of reliability and customer service overrode that.

Their years of experience is immediately apparent in their vast knowledge base; you' d be hard pressed to find a shop that knows more about building high quality van conversions than BCV. If you're looking for a great small business that will do van conversions right, look no further.

They called us immediately the next day and were so friendly, they got with our insurance immediately, made it so easy to digitally sign paperwork, and then gave us their "expert" advice on what to do since the trailer is 20 years old. They operate from the highest integrity and fixed our trailer so it was safe to drive, and made recommendations on what to do next since they don't work on trailers that are over 20 years old. They truly know how to run a business and provide top-notch service at every level. I HIGHLY recommend them for the BEST RV Repair Business in Colorado!

Once our situation better aligned with moving forward with a purchase, just for grins, I searched "new" camper vans instead of searching used and I landed on a new 2025 Thor Twist at Mericle that was priced competitively with used models I'd seen. It had 1,200 miles from being driven from the factory in Indiana and was taken to a trade show, but everything Thor was unused and still under warranty. We reached out via their contact us form and was out in touch with Brandon. This is a small, mom and pop dealership-and we love supporting small businesses. Brandon was upfront and very fair. It was up there with the best "car-buying" experiences I've ever had. We corresponded by phone, FaceTime for a video walkthrough of the van and checked everything on the van to make sure everything was in order. They specialize in tow behind trailers, so the van wasn't for their primary audience. After we did our due diligence, we made arrangements to drive from Texas to Colorado to see it in person and to purchase it if everything checked out. And it did. Brandon, DJ and Mike took great care of us, getting us acquainted with all of the systems, researching and fixing a noise on the roof that ended up being some cables for the awning that had broken free of their zip tie before we headed back to Texas. No sales pressure, just genuine, nice people that went above and beyond for even out of state buyers! lol. If you're looking for a place that remembers how to give great service, reach out to them. Thank you Brandon, DJ and Mike Mericle for your patience and attention to all the details.
