The problem isn't the techs. The problem is the owner, David, who treats customers like they walked into his day wrong. They missed storm damage on my estimate, failed to order a window they said would be "no problem," overlooked two damaged exterior speakers, left grease on the interior during a previous visit, and forgot to leave my keys out so I could pick up my RV before a freeze. That "oops" earned me a wasted trip. But the trophy moment was when David called me the next morning. I asked for a simple verification that the plumbing wasn't compromised from the cold. Instead of professionalism, he unleashed a rant, raised his voice, and cussed at me before I could even finish a sentence. I've gotten calmer responses from TSA agents during holiday travel. Here's the truth: * Nate is the only thing keeping this place afloat. * The shop's actual work is fine. * But the leadership style is "angry hall monitor with a business license," and that's being generous. We have been using the RV Doctor for 3 + years. They can do everything a dealer can do but quicker…read moreand with little to no hassle. They have replaced our water pump, repacked the wheel bearings, fixed leaks, replaced shower head and control, replace the awning and more. We love using them due to the wonderful attitude and broad knowledge of their people. We live in SW Denver Metro area and take the RV to St. Vrain State Park and they come to us. 3 to 5 hours and it is all finished. We have come to hate working with RV dealers and waiting for weeks to get an appointment and they leaving the RV for days to weeks then paying huge hourly rates. We have referred a lot of people to the RV Doctor and all of them have thanked us profusely.

But no amount of time will change my opinion of Don, Marianne, Huey and the rest of the staff here. They are competent, honest and they treated us the way they would want to be treated. The golden rule is in short supply in the RV repair industry but we hit the mother lode at DM RV.

They were not cleaned or serviced. The jacks still do not work and the one that I told him them about is still not working on the right front, they lie about everything!!!! Don't try to blame me for the leaking in the window on the driver side when it's leaking from the very top not from a window that might've been left open, once again trying to put the blame on me for something that someone in your lousy company did NOT DO AND CHARGED ME FOR!!!!!And I have pictures to prove it the leaking's nowhere even near an open window, it's coming from where I asked them to caulk and it was never done. The other window SCREEN is broken because they stuck a hose to it that is what your LYING technician or mechanic or whatever you wanna call him said. I am sick and tired of you guys trying to rip everybody off especially other old people that probably cannot even read the bill correctly. And you did call and ask For an additional $185 for the hitch. On top of the additional 185 you already charged me so that makes it pretty near $400! And I do have all my documentation and I have pictures to prove it. In my car that you supposedly put in a new lightbulb does not work in the back charge me $10 and I had one in the glove box I was going to use now my car blinker will not turn off when I turn the corner and that is due to a faulty lightbulb! The worst part was when I called because the RV braking system that you installed was not charging and I could not continue on my trip. So I stopped in Destin. And now I am going to go ahead and add in economic distress charges along with emotional distress that this has caused me. And I wish you all luck in hiring a lawyer and going to court because the paperwork is in the process!!! I could go on and on but the whole truth is is that I hope and pray nobody ever ever ever takes their RV to your shop ever !!!!... and just because you've been in business for that many years does not mean that you've been an honest person so there's that, this company is horrible!!!!!
