We love using them due to the wonderful attitude and broad knowledge of their people. We live in SW Denver Metro area and take the RV to St. Vrain State Park and they come to us. 3 to 5 hours and it is all finished. We have come to hate working with RV dealers and waiting for weeks to get an appointment and they leaving the RV for days to weeks then paying huge hourly rates. We have referred a lot of people to the RV Doctor and all of them have thanked us profusely.

In my car that you supposedly put in a new lightbulb does not work in the back charge me $10 and I had one in the glove box I was going to use now my car blinker will not turn off when I turn the corner and that is due to a faulty lightbulb! And now I am going to go ahead and add in economic distress charges along with emotional distress that this has caused me. That "oops" earned me a wasted trip. But the trophy moment was when David called me the next morning. I asked for a simple verification that the plumbing wasn't compromised from the cold. Instead of professionalism, he unleashed a rant, raised his voice, and cussed at me before I could even finish a sentence. I've gotten calmer responses from TSA agents during holiday travel.
