The man could rebuild an RV blindfolded while reciting torque specs. He deserves a shop where his skill isn't overshadowed by someone trying to run the place like a discount drill instructor. The problem isn't the techs. The problem is the owner, David, who treats customers like they walked into his day wrong. They missed storm damage on my estimate, failed to order a window they said would be "no problem," overlooked two damaged exterior speakers, left grease on the interior during a previous visit, and forgot to leave my keys out so I could pick up my RV before a freeze. That "oops" earned me a wasted trip. But the trophy moment was when David called me the next morning. I asked for a simple verification that the plumbing wasn't compromised from the cold. Instead of professionalism, he unleashed a rant, raised his voice, and cussed at me before I could even finish a sentence. I've gotten calmer responses from TSA agents during holiday travel. Here's the truth: * Nate is the only thing keeping this place afloat. * The shop's actual work is fine. * But the leadership style is "angry hall monitor with a business license," and that's being generous. When the owner acts like every reasonable question is a personal attack, it doesn't just push customers away -- it risks the reputation of everyone who works there. I'm amazed the team sticks around, especially someone as skilled as Nate. He deserves better. After dealing with local Dealership my Slide Out still did not operate correctly after being repaired on NEW Reflection 5th Wheel. Dealing with Nate ar Premeir he ordered a new complete Schwintek Slide System. Installed in one day and it works perfect every time. Every person that I dealt with were so nice. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received from Colorado's Premier RV Services. I've had the RV in their shop twice this year to correct the problems created by a local major RV dealer's service department. First visit I had them inspect a leveling system I had the dealer install but witch had failed. They identified the problem and corrected it in a timely and reassuring manner. Second visit I had them fix a problem with the heater (they replaced the sail switch), repair the kitchen electrical circuit which the dealer left disconnected when replacing a bathroom, cabinet, and rebuilding the waste tanks draining system which had been installed incorrectly by the factory. Again all work was done in a very timely manner. I was also impressed with their communication with me during the process of diagnosing and fixing the problems. They really know what they are doing, are friendly and professional. Couldn't be happier! I will always have them service our RV instead of taking it to the dealer. read more

I recently saw a instagram video of a very close friend of mine who is currently being robed by this company. Personal property was stolen from his HOME rv. Employee who stole personal property has not been fired. My friend was originally quoted 1,000 for work on his personal HOME rv. Walked out paying 4,000 and had no issue paying the price. However, let me say this is a very odd situation. Employee then contacted my friend and tired to go to his address. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. read more

Now this is the story all about how, My camping season got flipped-turned upside down, And I'd like to take a minute, just sit right there, I'll tell you how I... got my camper fixed in time... (okay I can't rhyme) I called The Great Outdoors at the beginning of the year to schedule my annual tune up (as I do every year) and also to change the wiring harness, which was shorting out and the wrong one for my vehicle. They had told me last year that we would need to change the wiring harness and we agreed to wait out the season and they could do it with their annual once-over. When setting up the appointment, we talked about their recommendations from the previous season- they remembered that the wiring harness needed replaced. They have seen my camper annual for quite a few years. So I had an appointment to fix the wiring harness on my camper. The day came for my appointment. My parents dropped off the camper for me. Two weeks went by and it was time for my annual camping trip that kicks off the season. I called since I had not heard from them. The camper wasn't ready. They wouldn't be able to "look" at it for another 3 weeks. Not only that but they had not ordered the parts. They said that they cannot possibly know what my camper would need before "looking" - I wondered that they have my information saved and work on my camper every year but still not know what parts it would need, especially since I had brought it in for the past few years with wiring issues and they were anticipating fixing the issue for the next season. They told me that 1. They were behind and it would be a few weeks before they could even "look" at it (making over a month before they reviewed the camper) 2. It would be about 4 weeks for the parts to come in 3. After that it would be another couple weeks to get it installed. Effectively, this would be the entire season and school would be back in session. I started calling around to different places. Camping World let me know that they were also booked out several weeks...BUT! They had a guy that would be able to get me in in the time frame that The Great Outdoors would just be able to "look" at it. I called Colorado Premier RV Services 970-342-6957 (Nate). Not only would they get me in, they would get my camper information and order the parts ahead of time. I went to pick up my camper from The Great Outdoors (quite put out that I was pulling my camper from them-they store the campers they are not working on off site somewhere). So yesterday afternoon, my appointment was with Colorado Premier RV Services. I dropped off the camper at 2pm in Johnstown. This morning at 8:28am, they called and let me know that everything I had asked for was complete and working properly. So I went to grab it on lunch, checked out all the lights and the connection to my Acura, checked the new vent cover, refrigerator cover and anything I asked. It was perfect. They had gotten all the parts and replacement items I had asked for ahead of time, and installed it the same day of my appointment. Nate was super helpful and it was an easy transaction- drop off, pick up. Done. Absolutely using them going forward. I really prefer it when a business can be professional and on-time. They really exceeded my expectations with the one day turn around. So give them a call for your RV Repair needs. It was still a convenient location, and much better service. *side note- this was not the first time The Great Outdoors had done something like this to me, my family, or friends.yes I continued using them because it was a convenient location in the Greeley area - it was worth giving them more than once chance since we are all human. read more

I had been on the road for three days and had just pulled in to the Loveland RV Park. As I was extending the jacks on my Dynaquest RV, a hydraulic line blew which left me with no jacks and no way to extend the slides. In a panic, I began calling the local repair facilities and mobile services, and no one would take me in for service. I was so grateful when I called Colorado Premier RV Service, as Amanda, the person who schedules the mobile service: was able to send a crew out the very next morning. The crew (Tech's) was Nate and Dave who diagnosed and assessed the repairs. Dave asked me if I was willing to take my coach to their shop, and if so, they would complete the work that day. Well, needless to say, I drove the coach to their shop. They replaced the blown hose, filled the reservoir with fluid, and repaired a few other minor problems. I cannot express my gratitude enough. All I can say is, if you have service needs and you are in the Loveland area call this company. Their customer service and Tech's are professional and the Best. Thank you Colorado Premier RV Svc.
