These people are con men just trying to milk out the biggest bill of the smallest repair ever. A $250 job MAX turns into a $1000+ job just off of their over priced labor and their multiple trips back and forth to your residence to try to run up a "service call" bill at $140 each. They are not transparent with prices no matter how much you ask them. Their labor is $180 an HOUR!! I even helped the old man out with the labor to make his job easier anything to make a buck in today's day and age I guess. I recommend rv doctor, roaming rv tech, or big guy mobile repair. Even if their prices are a little steeper, they get the job done the first time they come, and won't try to screw with you. Look at all the rest of the reviews of these people.

I have intentionally waited several weeks since our repairs were completed at DM RV to make sure that my feelings were in proper perspective before writing this review. But no amount of time will change my opinion of Don, Marianne, Huey and the rest of the staff here. They are competent, honest and they treated us the way they would want to be treated. The golden rule is in short supply in the RV repair industry but we hit the mother lode at DM RV.

The unit was on the lot alot longer than thought that pretty much all the silicone needs reapplied and the skylight already uv cracking and needs replaced. The ac unit covers were pretty warped from snow load. I didn't bother trying to work with them on this stuff because of the fight already with emails and calls When we went out side to hook up i was doing my walk around and looked underneath it and found screws missing , flap waving in the wind and tank drain not secured so the service manager stayed late to secure with screws and tapped it for temporary. Stuff we did see inspection was 2 big tears in the floor and they did take care of that. We seen some more that were covered up good by silicone but did not notice till after the fact when it was discolored. . First night going home we stoped to sleep and noticed the screen door and stairs when stowed the main door did not shut right. Got home and also found the solar charge controller not working and there was a water leak from the shower after using it. I can say keystone warranty is top notch for DIY and you will need it. So I called got a appointment since we are going to be traveling 500 miles and had a trip already planed for the same area. I was going to have them do several more things after fixing the warranty work. Called to verify stuff and could not get ahold of the main person i was emailing. Round and rounds of trying to call then got another service advisor and none of the notes or concerns from the whole conservation was added. So after him got ahold of the operations manager and she helped alot to get things situated. Day of appointment was another story and again butted heads with the service advisor, had to get the operation manger again. They fixed everything half-assed. Screen door warranty does shut better but had a gap about 3/4 inch on the top. There fix for the flap was to put tap on it again and that came off first 30 miles to fist camp site. The tank drain still not secured correctly . Keystone already sent me the solar charge controller. Shower drain was just needed tightened so thats a plus and no leaks. What i would recommend is make sure get on the roof and underside of the camper. It was obviously someone knew a problem and forgot about it. I would recommend going somewhere else unless they have the unit you absolutely want and i will say there buying experience is great but they do try to rush it. I do know i am not great at grammar and i know that.

I called and gave them the list of items and set up an appointment. They were super helpful. When I arrived they have a large work garage, and it is l clean and well organized. They kept me posted throughout each step of the process regarding any findings or items that needed to be done. They even had the replacement awning strut that I needed, and were able to install it for me. You cannot tell that I ever damaged the original. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain RV repair. I got this sewer valve fixed, along with adding sensors to the water tanks. It was $611 but unfortunately it all needed done. The day I got it back, my step was not going in to get into the house part of the RV. I was able to swing back by the next day and apparently the little step magnet fell off. Donnie was quick to not only fix that, but also looked at a leak on the outdoor shower, and replaced a knob that was broken. All of this that no charge since I was in there the day before, getting the other repairs done. He even hooked up a diagnostic machine to see if I have a DEF fluid sensor. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were going to have a safe road trip that day. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain RV Repair! Five stars!

The manufacturer has been out of business for a few years now. I tried 7 trailer and RV dealers and no one was willing to touch the single piece stainless nose with the exception of a dealer who planned to rivet three pieces of stainless steel together to effect the repair. Max at Universal Fleet said that they would find the steel and make the repair as well as get a custom graphic to replace the original. I spoke to him about the cracked fiberglass roof, which was due to age, not part of the accident, and Max said they would look at it too. While making the repair, they suggested a matching coating on the roof to ensure the integrity of the roof. The work is beautiful. It is better than factory perfect. They not only did the stainless steel, but the fiberglass, painted steel, molding, trim and graphics. I couldn't imagine it being repaired any better.
