If you're considering this shop, let me save you a headache: the work is good, but the leadership…read moreis a full-time safety hazard. I've spent around twenty five thousand dollars with this place over time, and I kept coming back for one reason: Nate. His work is outstanding. The man could rebuild an RV blindfolded while reciting torque specs. He deserves a shop where his skill isn't overshadowed by someone trying to run the place like a discount drill instructor. The problem isn't the techs. The problem is the owner, David, who treats customers like they walked into his day wrong. They missed storm damage on my estimate, failed to order a window they said would be "no problem," overlooked two damaged exterior speakers, left grease on the interior during a previous visit, and forgot to leave my keys out so I could pick up my RV before a freeze. That "oops" earned me a wasted trip. But the trophy moment was when David called me the next morning. I asked for a simple verification that the plumbing wasn't compromised from the cold. Instead of professionalism, he unleashed a rant, raised his voice, and cussed at me before I could even finish a sentence. I've gotten calmer responses from TSA agents during holiday travel. Here's the truth: * Nate is the only thing keeping this place afloat. * The shop's actual work is fine. * But the leadership style is "angry hall monitor with a business license," and that's being generous. When the owner acts like every reasonable question is a personal attack, it doesn't just push customers away -- it risks the reputation of everyone who works there. I'm amazed the team sticks around, especially someone as skilled as Nate. He deserves better. If you want quality work without being treated like an inconvenience, choose literally any other RV shop in Colorado. As long as David is running the show, this one is a hard pass.

I got this sewer valve fixed, along with adding sensors to the water tanks. It was $611 but unfortunately it all needed done. The day I got it back, my step was not going in to get into the house part of the RV. I was able to swing back by the next day and apparently the little step magnet fell off. Donnie was quick to not only fix that, but also looked at a leak on the outdoor shower, and replaced a knob that was broken. All of this that no charge since I was in there the day before, getting the other repairs done. He even hooked up a diagnostic machine to see if I have a DEF fluid sensor. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were going to have a safe road trip that day. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain RV Repair! Five stars!

Paid another shop to remove the roof and Discovered that they actually broke through the roof support during repair and then put plywood on top of the sunken roof and then ground sown the metal support brace and the covered it up and tried to blame it on water damage They have been given every opportunity to show integrity, stand behind their work, and make this right Yet they continue to deny they did anything wrong despite being dishonest and the pictures of the repair not matching the repair that was actually done. The manufacturer has been out of business for a few years now. I tried 7 trailer and RV dealers and no one was willing to touch the single piece stainless nose with the exception of a dealer who planned to rivet three pieces of stainless steel together to effect the repair. Max at Universal Fleet said that they would find the steel and make the repair as well as get a custom graphic to replace the original. I spoke to him about the cracked fiberglass roof, which was due to age, not part of the accident, and Max said they would look at it too. While making the repair, they suggested a matching coating on the roof to ensure the integrity of the roof. The work is beautiful. It is better than factory perfect. They not only did the stainless steel, but the fiberglass, painted steel, molding, trim and graphics. I couldn't imagine it being repaired any better.
