I specifically said that the cab AC was not working and that I thought a rodent bui a nest in the intake. The rear AC probably needs a new compressor. 3 weeks later I got an estimate for $800 and a note that said there was no house battery. I called and said that I knew there was a house battery under the chassis on the driver side. They said they didn't look there. They said they needed to order parts. After another couple weeks I wanted to take the van camping so I went to the location and the business was gone! I called and they said they moved. I decided not to go camping. A few weeks later I called to say I needed the van in early October and they said the parts were on the way. I called every day and the day I was to leave they finally said the van was ready. The bill had grown to $3,500! When I went to pick it up I discovered that they only serviced the house AC Which was working fine. They said they didn't work on the van's AC. Be sure you are very clear on what the are doing and do not let them proceed with work without an estimate of both costs and time. Buyer be aware !!!

For instance, I didn't need a hitch for 3,000# or greater, just something to carry the trike. Even after we agreed that I should look elsewhere, Robert continues to discuss my needs and offer suggestions, such as contacting my bike shop. Robert went above and beyond to assist me, even after it was obvious that there'd be no money in it for them. Based on my experience, I'd return to them for a quote next time I needed a hitch for another reason.

I was able to locate it, but didn't have the tools, knowledge, or ability to contort my old body into the position necessary. Managers at the RV Park gave me names of three people who they thought could help. The first gentleman had recently undergone surgery and couldn't help. I left messages for the other two. One returned the call and said they, too, could not help. The third never returned my call. I searched Yelp and found an entry for NOCO. Even though there were no reviews, I was in a real bind, so I called and left a message. Shortly after, I received a call from Nate. I explained the problem and location. He indicated that he could come to my location in about an hour. Nate kept me informed about his progress an location the entire time!
