I called James and described my issue. He sounded very promising. I even agreed to pay him for his extra mileage charge even though he states his service area is the entire state of Colorado, (he needed to travel from Thornton to Lakewood). He said he'd come out the following Monday after I told him it wasn't an emergency. He never showed up the day he said he would and hasn't answered his phone or responded to any of my inquiries to schedule the work. He completely ghosted me. I called on a Tuesday and arranged for them to come the next day as it was not an emergency. Was home all day Wednesday waiting for a call. I called Wednesday afternoon and left a message as directed, no response. Called again Thursday and left a message. again, no response. I'm not sure why they use a telephone. Would rate lower if possible. Guy named James took my husbands call and seemed to understand the issue with the vehicle even scheduled to come out to fix issue within same week. Similar to other complaints I've NOW read, requested vehicle info be sent along with our address. Come Saturday (scheduled day of service) James wouldn't respond to texts or calls. Now feeling like this guy should have never been trusted I looked up the business address, it's the post office address in unincorporated Adams County. Also, the business is not registered with the State of Colorado either. Moral of the story don't trust this guy or his "business." read more

James is the most apt person to reach out to, if you're looking to fix something on your car while on low budget. He knows the automotive stuff in and out. He has tons of experience, formal automobile education background and great intelligence to diagnose and resolve most complex problems. I called him primarily to replace brakes on my Jeep. Eventually he not only replaced the brakes but also fixed squealing and rattling sounds arising out of metal parts rubbing the wheels, at no extra cost. He was recommended to me by a friend who resorts to James for most automobile repair jobs. I'd say a great recommendation, indeed. Will do business with him again. read more

My daughter is in college in Denver and her Jeep had issues. I called James and he was very friendly. I explained the situation to him and he went to my daughters home and diagnosed the issue then he let me know what the issues were and what the estimated costs were. He was super nice to my daughter and made her feel very comfortable. He explained the issue to her and gave her pointers on her Jeep . We had a bit of a brake emergency while roadtripping across the states. We were only in Denver for a night, so we needed to take care of the problem ASAP. We tried an autobody shop first, but they said it would take all day and quoted us at 600-650 dollars to replace a warped rotor and caliper. We chose to contact James, the mobile mechanic, instead, who said he could meet us within the hour. We met up, and James immediately knew the issue and informed us that the other place had way overcharged us for what essentially amounted to an easy job for an experienced mechanic. James was kind, funny, and very informative, and he wanted to make sure we were safe to get back on the road and continue our trip as soon as possible. He took care of the problem within the hour and saved us hundreds of dollars in the process. As soon as he was finished, the car drove perfectly. No grinding sound. No shaking. It was great. I truly cannot recommend James enough. He's a true professional who cares about his work and his clients. He's fast, proficient, and our experience with him was the best we've ever had when addressing vehicle issues. I would love to give my opinion on their service, unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity. It took two days to be disappointed. The first day was spent trying to get a hold of the mechanic (James). First contact was an email letting me know he provided the service I was asking for, and asking my availability. I told him I was available that day. James said he would see if he can get to it, and asked me to text him my address. No response. Day two, I texted James again and said I was still interested in service, and asked out right if I can make an appointment. We agreed to 4pm that day. At 4:45pm, James texts me and says he is not going to make it due to an emergency. His claim: Flat tire on his van. He asked if he can come the following day. I asked what time could I expect him. He replied he will see if he can deal with his flat tire that evening. That is it. No reschedule, and he made no effort to do so. He also did not follow up with me the following day. Poor customer service through bad communication is what lost my business. I do not recommend this mechanic if you need prompt service. read more

We have an RV and finding good service for it is always interesting. Andy first came out to winterize it in November of 2016. He was prompt and did a great job. Then we had a problem with an almost brand new generator. Andy came out to troubleshoot the problem, determined that it was the generator pump not getting gas to the gen. We made an appointment with him to fix the gen. He ordered a new pump, came exactly when he said he would, and fixed it in an hour. The generator started right up and it sounded quieter and ran smoother than when the original pump was in there. Highly recommend Andy. read more

I called after 10:00 am, left a detailed message and never heard back. I'm giving him a star for providing an easy means to obtain the cost after hours but not calling back is a huge negative. I had James come repair my 2012 Jeep Cherokee on June 5. Originally I had used MyMechanic who originally replaced the Serpentine Belt which had broken off on the highway only to find that the Water pump had seized up.. James came out on June 5 to replace the water pump,belt and thermostat... only to then find a major oil/coolant leak. The communication was poor to start as he is not very prompt to return calls or text messages...He then told me I had to either get a new part from Jeep at the cost of about 275 or order it online which he was able to find "aftermarket at 99.95..so I ordered it....Part came in and James is no where to be found. He left the manifold cover off as well as some other engine parts off because he said he would come back to install the new part.... after several unanswered phone calls and text messages...and over $500.00 later my Jeep is now at Christian Brothers....with all that being said...
